Why IPOB Must Continue To Adopt Extreme Measures In Her Freedom Demands

Why IPOB Must Continue To Adopt Extreme Measures In Her Freedom Demands

For every freedom seeking movement that have suffered injustices and continued to suffer all possible mayhems that can be meted on an adversary, the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) and the entire people of Biafra will continue to suffer until they attain the absolute freedom they have been clamoring for. However, remaining focused on the original goal is the only thing that will guarantee success.

Historically, freedom seeking movements that have achieved their quest did not set out pleasing the powers that be or the general populace, they simply set out with the objective of freedom and ready for every sacrifice it requires. Like the Irish revolution, Sudanese freedom struggle that lasted decades, the self rule war in Afghanistan by the Taliban, the Donesk peoples republic and Donbass republic recently recognised by Vladimir Putin of Russia; they simply set out to achieve freedom and stuck to their grounds until victory is achieved.

They were only ready to negotiate for their goal.

It stands out that freedom movements that went on to achieve their goal stood their ground on initial ideology and goals. The Irish were not deterred by superior firepower neither were they by numbers of British forces. The initial driving force and ideology proved to be enough motivation to fight to the last man.

The tactics being used by the Nigeria government against the IPOB's quest today, were used at them too. Their ranks were heavily infiltrated by spies, they were divided, they were killed and executed summarily. It is just that the worlds searchlight is barely pointed to Sahara Africa and the atrocities of the government against its people.

For the fallen comrades, honor demands that their death not be made in vain by compromising or deviating from the initial goal. Negotiations as allowed by the IPOB Directorate of States(DOS) does include possibility of referendum. Infact, it is a large word that can include any possibility. What is important enough is the leverage it has against the aggressor, who currently have the IPOB leader in custody.

How much bargaining chips do you have and ready to deploy? The important April ban on beef is one, and must be intensely enforced!  Now is the time to strengthen the grassroot movement and local fundraising and diversify sources even more, incase the conspiracy of silence and oppression intensifies as expected.

Finally, It is really annoying to think that you are actually demanding for freedom of choice, association, self rule and self sustainance from a country where such freedoms are already supposed to be everyone’s right. Notwithstanding, IPOB must very importantly refuse to be distracted. The movement must stay always ahead of the Nigeria government, even seven steps ahead, in order not to get left behind in the expensive media war that Nigeria have levied on her. Military strategy also, should be a priority as usual in civil disobedience campaign of defiance to buttress our resolve for freedom and independence.

Nigeria: Did Ambassador Wilfred Die Naturally Or Was Silenced To Cover Up Something?

Nigeria: Did Ambassador Wilfred Die Naturally Or Was Silenced To Cover Up Something?

It is no longer news that the Kenyan Ambassador to Nigeria, Wilfred Machage mysteriously died in Abuja on 19th February, 2022. But, the timing of his death, and the circumstances surrounding his dead is apparently what makes it mysterious and suspicious. Reports from Daily Post and Sahara Reporters says he slumped in his house, and was confirmed dead in an Abuja Hospital. Other Intel says he slumped after a meal in his abode.

Why did he die now that he has much more questions to answer about the extraordinary rendition of the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? Why did he just slump and died without any signs? Could it be he was silenced from making the very becoming inevitable confession of what he know about Kanu's rendition?

Back in June 2021, during the life time of the now Late Ambassador Wilfred Machage, he had been accused by IPOB of conniving with, and aiding the Federal Government of Nigeria in the illegal rendition of the IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Recall that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was abducted in Kenya by the Nigeria Department Of State Services(DSS), tortured and extraordinarily renditioned to Nigeria on June 19, 2021. That is why IPOB, being an internationally recognized freedom movement, who understands what is obtainable in international extradition process, questioned the Kenyan government's participation in Kanu's ordeal. It was then suspected that the Nigeria government must have fine-turned this illegal exercise with Mr. Wilfred, who had been in Nigeria since 2018 as the Kenyan Ambassador.

To make matters worst, Ambassador Wilfred Machage quickly rushed out in that June to outrightly deny that Nnamdi Kanu was abducted in Kenya, probably because he hoped that the Nigeria government would easily sweep the case under the carpet as they promised.

However, Nigeria failed to silence IPOB, and Nnamdi Kanu's legal team.

So, IPOB movement's persistency hung the heavy case chain on Kenya government's neck until Kenya admitted recently that Kanu was actually abducted in their country, but there is no extradition warrant showing that he was legally renditioned. Kenyan government went on to say that the documentations from their immigration sector reveals that Nnamdi Kanu arrived Kenya and is supposed to still be in Kenya till now, as no signatures of him exiting the country was recorded.

Apparently, Ambassador Wilfred Machage was unavoidably about to explain what he know to the world, regarding how Nnamdi Kanu found himself in Nigeria, which he had earlier denied that it is from Kenya. More so as Kenya government is trying to wash their hands of the delicate case. But suddenly, he meets his untimely death at age 65 after having a meal in his abode, according to some intels.

Everyone knows what the Cabals in Nigeria Aso-Rock can do, especially regarding this case of extraordinary rendition of Nnamdi Kanu, which they are desperately trying their possible best to close every loopholes that might possibly reveal their tracks to the international bodies. Could they have poisoned Ambassador Wilfred to prevent him from revealing the truth?

These are petinent questions that mostly needs to be asked by Kenyan government, because silence from them will mean that they truly have hands in the extraordinary rendition of the IPOB leader and more sadly, in the murder of their own ambassador.

This should as well serve as lesson to all that are enemies of the truth that Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB stands for. The dirty contract that Ambassador Wilfred signed has sent him to his early grave, and none others of the remaining collaborator in this dirty deal will go unpunished.

Binta Nyako Is Playing the lawless DSS script ---IPOB

Binta Nyako Is Playing the lawless DSS script ---IPOB

IPOB PRESS RELEASE

24/02/2022

MAZI NNAMDI KANU CAN NOT CONTINUE TO BE IN DSS DUNGEON - IPOB

Following the continued disobedience of the order of a court of competent jurisdiction by the Nigerian DSS, we the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU wish to alert the international community about these brazen disregard to and desecration of the sanctity and sacredness of the judiciary by the DSS with impunity.

It is compelling now to inquire into the reason why Justice Binta Nyako has been indulging this contemnors each time report of disobedience to her orders is brought to her attention in open court.

It therefore goes to reason that the only explanation apposite in the circumstance of this grave infractions on the orders of the court is the simple truth that Justice Nyako is acting the script of the federal government and the State Security Services.

It is our demand that since Justice Nyako is incapacitated by circumstance beyond her control to enforce the very orders she made, she should immediately remove ONYENDU Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from the custody of the DSS without further delay at the next court date.

Perpetual and continued disobedience to justice Nyako’s Order with impunity without being held accountable is the only reason why the infringement has become a ritual with no end in sight.

It is to be noted that the DSS flouted with impunity all court orders made in Favour of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu between 2015 and 2016, even when a Federal High Court orders for his unconditional release, still they flouted it. Disobedience of court orders is second nature to the lawless DSS.

Justice Binta Nyako is fully aware of the antecedent of the DSS but still chose to remand and keep Mazi Nnamdi KANU in their solitary confinement where her orders will be treated with levity and disdain instead of remanding him at Kuje Correctional center Abuja, a statutory sanctioned place for the custody of people waiting for or facing trial.

Justice Nyako is to be blamed for this continue flouting of court orders by the DSS. Our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU has not been convicted of any offence in Nigeria or elsewhere in the world, he still enjoys his full constitutional rights as provided under the Constitution. Justice Binta Nyako must ensure that our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU does not remain in the custody of the DSS if she cannot release him unconditionally in the next court sitting date of April 8th.

Biafra: How The Intellects Miss The Point, Embrace The Culture Of Speaking Half-truths

Biafra: How The Intellects Miss The Point, Embrace The Culture Of Speaking Half-truths

Chidi Anselm Odinkalu, for those that know him, is not a name to be thrown around loosely. He is a Professor and a former Chairman of National Human Rights Commission, NHRC. He is not a type that uses words carelessly. Infact, every word he chooses has its important place in the sphere of discourse.

On February 14, 2022, his opinion article titled: “Nigeria and the price of sovereign innumeracy” was published on Punch Newspaper.

The article summarily highlighted three events that plunged Nigeria into a dicey state of unaccountability and politico-economic mismanagement.

Those are the 1962/63 national census, the 1964 federal elections and the 1965 elections in the old western region.

In their usual fashion, but in a display of double standardness since Jonathan's era, he refrained from directly blaming Buhari. Instead, he deflected and talked about how Nigeria has been troubled from before the emergence of this administration without pointing out that Buhari has been a constant from 1966 coup.

The history of mismanagement and miscalculation by Nigeria as outlined by Chidi Odinkalu started from the controversial census of 1962/63, irregular federal election of 1964 to old Western region of 1965 misconducted elections leading up to the civil war in 1967/70, the Yakubu Gowon fiscal irresponsibility of cement importation, the unpublished census of 1973, the oil and gas windfall of 1973-1975, the unproductive military era of General Obasanjo that threw up Shehu Shagari and Alex Ekwueme. The Umaru Dikko rice importation licence reminiscent of the cement importation debacle, the Buhari coup of 1983 and the Babangida counter coup of 1985. The 1993 annulled election unofficially won by Abiola, the enthronement of weak Ernest Shonekan, the palace coup of Sani Abacha, his death, and the lacklustre tenure of Abdulsalami Abubakar and the imposition of 1999 shari’a constitution. The recycle of Obasanjo from 1999 till date is relatable to this generation.

While this history is of utmost importance, it is incomplete because it smartly avoided ruffling feathers by including the role of United Kingdom. For the purpose of clarity, it was United Kingdom that unconsultationally forced the merging of northern and southern protectorates, despite knowing that such union is like mixing oil and water. The Professor cleverly avoided mentioning that southerners(Biafrans especially) have been the casualties of United Kingdom’s instigated violence of divide and conquer since 1943 in Jos, the present day Plateau state. Again, in 1953 in Kano, there was a spontaneous anti-independence riots leading to loss of many Biafran lives. Again, why would a sane person not include the fact that before the 1967 continuation of the United Kingdom’s war of attrition, the Eastern region(Biafra) had one of the world’s fastest growing economy under Michael Iheonukara Okpara? Why would a simple question of why that region has no embassy, international cargo and commercial airports, seaports and infrastructure, 52 years after the war, not be asked? The truth is that there is a determination and competition from the intellects to tell the story from the middle. A point of less or no conflict of interest. After all, the same abusive, racist and white supremacist colonialists trained them.

As an example, Professor Odinkalu used to head the National Human Rights Commission(NHRC). Now ask a simple question: Who funds NHRC? It is still the same people that conscionably colonized you. Is that not the solid definition of ‘conflict of interest?’ However, if you ask me, I will say that there seems to be a sense of privilege conferred on these supposed elites and intellects for the simple reason that they are the chosen ones and the rest of us subhumans. There lies their loyalty!

So, in reality, there is a sense of deference and half-truths from the Odinkalu’s, Soludo’s, Okonjo-Iweala’s, Moghalu’s of this world, who want to mention a few that churns the stomach and releases the bile from the duct. How could someone, who by the way is lettered, be talking about the political and economic injustice without talking about the social injustice? Is it that a hard really to figure out that social injustice leads to political injustice, which in turn, leads to economic injustice?

Nobody should take Professor Chidi Anselm Odinkalu and his generation seriously, until he starts talking about social restitution and justice. This must start from complete decolonization of Nigeria. That in essence means the organizing of a ‘referendum’ and the seeking of the indigenous peoples consent on the establishment of a nation of patriots. Anything less than that is an effort in futility!

Kenya Files Court Papers Showing There Was No Official Record Nnamdi Kanu Left East African Country For Nigeria

Kenya Files Court Papers Showing There Was No Official Record Nnamdi Kanu Left East African Country For Nigeria

Court papers filed by the Kenyan Attorney-General have shown that the repatriation of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu to Nigeria was illegal.

This was disclosed by a brother to the detained IPOB leader, Kanunta Kanu, according to a statement issued by Aloy Ejimakor, Kanu’s special counsel.

The Kenyan government, according to the statement, has filed an affidavit stating that there was no immigration record of Kanu’s departure from Kenya after his last arrival on 12th May, 2021. Kanunta stated that the affidavit is an official confirmation that the Nigerian government had contravened the provisions of the Kenyan, Nigerian constitutions and International law.

The statement reads: “In the latest Affidavit filed by the Kenyan government in defense of the suit filed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya, it asserted that there was no immigration record of Kanu’s departure from Kenya after his last arrival on 12th May, 2021. “In the Affidavit “drawn up and filed” by the Attorney-General of Kenya and deposed to in Nairobi, Kenya on 10th February 2022, the Government of Kenya attached Kanu’s arrival and departure record from Kenya from 17th July 2019 to 12th May 2022 when he last entered Kenya.

“Paragraph 12 of the Affidavit stated “That it is evident from the schedule below that since 17/7/2019, the said Nwannekaenyi Nnamdi Kenny Okwu-Kanu has visited and departed Kenya on several occasions”.

“Paragraph 13 of the Affidavit states “That from the above travel history, it is evident that his last arrival date was 12/5/2021 and there is no evidence exhibited to prove that he thereafter left the country”.

“Paragraph 14 of the Affidavit stated “That I am not privy to his (Kanu’s) arrest, detention or extradition”.

“It is pertinent to note that this Affidavit, having been “drawn up and filed” by the Attorney-General of Kenya is the clearest official confirmation yet from the government of Kenya that what happened to Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya amounts to crime, both in Nigeria, Kenya and under international law. “With this latest development, Kanu’s ordeal in Kenya has turned a new corner where domestic and international criminal indictments will lie against the persons that directly or indirectly participated in this high crime. It has gone beyond extraordinary rendition.”

A 15-count terrorism charge was slammed on Nnamdi Kanu by the Federal Government.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges and asked the court to discharge and acquit him without standing trial because the charges were incurably defective and not worth being defended. Kanu had last Tuesday filed a preliminary objection challenging the competence of the new charge as well as the jurisdiction of the court to hear the matter.

According to the defendant, the fresh charge preferred against him were baseless, worthless, defective and could not stand the test of the law hence, should be dismissed. Kanu made the submission through his lead counsel, Mike Ozekhome, SAN, shortly after his re-arraignment and his not guilty plea.

The South-East Of Our Dreams

 The South-East Of Our Dreams

No good student of African history would tell the story of the African continent and miss the overwhelming magic of Dr. Michael Iheonukara Okpara of the blessed memory, nor would anyone who is familiar with the history of Eastern Nigeria since the 1950s and 1960s overlook or dismiss Dr. Michael Okpara's enormous influence and developmental strides in the East, coupled with his political clout and sagacity in Nigeria.

The economy of Eastern Nigeria under Dr. Okpara, was the world's fastest developing and industrializing economy in 1964. Today, the designed absence of his purposeful leadership from the Nigerian Governmental Administration exemplifies the fundamental change, monumental carnage and abandonment of standards of merit and quality in our national affairs. The global alliance that helped to install incompetence, entrench ineptitude and nepotism has continued to abuse every strand of national cohesion and patriotism; thereby robbing the region of generations of selfless and visionary leaders.

Michael .I. Okpara's administration and generation of Eastern Nigeria represented the pinnacle of Nigerian progress. It indeed, was a testament to the unequalled and unparalleled local thinking but global action of the eroded era. By 1965, five years after Okpara assumed the premiership of Eastern Nigeria, the region had become the world's fastest expanding economy, surpassing Korea, Taiwan and Singapore. It was the realization of Okapra's singular vision, in which agricultural and industrial expansion were the twin pillars around which the Eastern economy was built.

In the agricultural sector, his plans focused on the creation of farm communities as the foundation for food crops (such as rice and poultry farming) and the establishment of oil palm, cocoa, and cashew plantations for export. His singular vision made a far away country like Malaysia the highest export of palm oil in the world today, while Eastern Nigeria that taught them, are buy from them today. An Error!

Along with the agricultural projects, there were a number of industrial projects strategically scattered across Eastern Nigeria from Enugu through Abakaliki to Aba and from Owerri to Nnewi. His main achievements include the opening of the Universal Insurance Company's headquarters building in Enugu on March 22, 1964. The Nigerian Gas Factory in Emene, Enugu was commissioned on May 10th of the same year. The opening of Aluminium factory at Port-Harcourt was on 16th May. On August 24th, the Glass Factory became operative in Port-Harcourt. On October 18th, the Asbestos Cement factory was opened in Emene, Enugu too. On November 9th, the foundation of the Central Bank was laid in Port-Harcourt. On November 30th, the Golden Guinea Breweries was commissioned at Umuahia, for the production of lager beer and allied products. All these happened in the same year, 1964.

Infact, Okpara made it a priority to build infrastructure and businesses in each of the nine states in the former eastern region, now one of three regions in the newly independent Nigeria. And because each region was in charge of its own spendings, known as fiscal federalism, Okpara could use tax from agricultural produce to fund projects. Some of the significant ones included the Trans Amadi Industrial Complex in Port Harcourt, Obudu Cattle Ranch and Resort, and the Eastern Nigeria Development Corporation’s rubber and palm plantations. But Okpara was also one of the founding fathers of the prestigious University of Nigeria and key to the launching of cement factories, breweries and textile mills.

Apparently, with the travesty of justice in the leadership we have today in Nigeria, where one hear some of the politicians complaining bitterly of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) destroying Southeast economy, it will seem as if IPOB started the day after the end of the war. It appears as if IPOB were the people that closed Ulonnam Palm and other companies. A complaint devoid of reason and emanating from a position of greed and selfishness. These crop of leaders has debased our society before our eyes.

To say the truth, the Southeast we have today was never the type of Southeast Dr. Michael Okpara craved for. It is in all certainty, not the Southeast of our dream.

Dr Okpara certainly deserves intense study, if we are ever going to appreciate where the rain started to beat us, given our current circumstances.

We need the Southeast of Dr. M. I. Okpara (Biafra), not the one we have today. It is only in a restored Biafra sovereignty that we hope for such South-east again. That is why we have said it is either Biafra or everything in Nigeria dies!

Biafra: The Three Breeds To Beware Of; Because They Are Infiltrators In Our Freedom Struggle

Biafra: The Three Breeds To Beware Of; Because They Are Infiltrators In Our Freedom Struggle

The Mazi Nnamdi Kanu ably led Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB)'s noble struggle for the restoration of Biafra's sovereignty has encountered some very carefully orchestrated government sponsored turbulents in recent months, majorly from some gluttonous infiltrators who call themselves autopiloters. They are a group of very terrible creatures that feels nothing distressing about selling their own people for mere selfish benefits.

Lessons drawn from the actions, and careless utterances made by some of these agents of distraction clearly depicts that intentionally, and/or ignorantly for the respective groups, their agenda is to destroy the leadership and operational structure of IPOB and thereby, put a stop to the Biafra restoration course.

A few Careful and investigative findings I made went far to reveal that these infiltrators are in three(3) groups.

Thy are:

1.  A group of those that are contracted by politicians as political errands. This group is made up of the 50% of the "autopilot" infiltrators. It also includes Simon Ekpa, Nelly Offoegbu and most of those that were expelled from IPOB for several reasons. Their Common goal is to utilize their assumingly much knowledge and followership  they have in IPOB to try destroying the movement from within. They are the agent provocateurs ,the chief infiltrators, moles, Chief Blackmailers, and professional Sweet liars. The easiest way to identify them is that they claim to love Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, but can not obey the least of Kanu's  instructions. Some of them outrightly displays hate for the IPOB leader and his followers.

2. These are those that have always hated anything related to Biafra and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. This group make up 30% of the infiltrators. In here, we mainly have Fulani persons with mazi Nnamdi Kanu's image as their social media profile pictures. Some even change their names to igbo names, just to achieve their aim. These people are amongst those assigned to ceaselessly make mind poisoning comments on Biafra posts and discusses.  They also fan the baseless accusation, that  Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was betrayed by IPOB leadership.

3. These ones make up 20% of the infiltrators. They are not among the original provocateurs, but they are weak emotioned. They are most IPOB members and other sincere Biafrans who were too emotional. I called them little faith freedom fighters. Their sense of right judgement is so undisciplined that they cannot decipher between which side of the fight to support. So, they tell you things like;  "when Mazi Nnamdi Kanu comes out of DSS detention, we will know the truth. This persons are terribly ignorant. They do not understand what freedom fighting is all about. Some may later retrace their steps, and if they ask right questions, while some will eventually hide their face in Shame.

Therefore, my advice will not go to any of these three(3) groups. I will only advice the true Children of truth(Ezigbo Umuchineke). I have to remind all of us(Umuchineke) that we should remain consistent, disciplined and Obedient to the leadership of IPOB, which is DOS. This has been the part that brought this fight for Biafra restoration to the limelight, where the whole world is presently aware of the Biafra people's plights. It is our duty as Umuchineke to protect this noble IPOB family jealously, and defend her structure at every instance.

At the End, we must surely win this fight against the infiltrators. It will definitely be so, not long from now, because Chukwu-Okike Abiama pụrụ ime ihe nile(The Almighty, All Capable God) is with us.
