The Fulanisation Script And The Self-Imposed Conquest By The Southern Leaders

The Fulanisation Script And The Self-Imposed Conquest By The Southern Leaders

Leadership in the Southern part of Nigeria, be it within the East or West, has remained on silent mode even when the country seems embroiled in war. Present day Nigerian constitution was so structured to wholesomely promote Islamic agenda and influence and nothing else. It is in direct contrast to normalcy in a given secular society, which is pointedly giving support to Northern hegemony. The Nigerian Constitution is infact Islamic in all it's content. It lends credence to Islamism. Overtime, the Southern leadership has gravely lost it's steam based principally on the squabble/division between the East and the West. With this incoherence, the Fulanis boldly stepped in, to aggravate the creation of more internal enemies, with the help of the Southern media on one hand while also employing the usage of the same institution, to propagate unity amongst the Northerners.

The Fulanis have successfully manipulated their way into truncating any sense of unification in the South. Their additional intent in their covert Islamic package, was the creation of Niger Delta Commission aimed at disintegrating the South into smaller units. Based on these very acts of dissolution and subtle ethnic disintegration, the South yieldedly became a territory that is prune to irresistible conquest.

The Fulanis did not relent with that agenda, but proceeded further through their decision to empower their stooges into the control of communities with the aim of destroying the very essence of peace within the various indigenous ethnic nationalities. They empowered the willing tools to fast track their bidding, their ethnicities, nonetheless. As a result of this crafty and melancholic plots of subversion, the people today, have the likes of PANDEF in the so-called Niger Delta, OHANEZE NDIGBO, in the South-East and AFENIFERE in the South-West. The Southern region became so pauperized with this designations for unhindered propagation and instigation of HATE and DISUNITY amongst the people, to fundamentally advance and cushion their selfishness and political bias.

They also have governors forum of the North even within the South while the supposedly Southern governors forum is bedeviled with in-fighting premised on sharp tribal and ethnic divide. The South and it's leadership haven been politically conquered, placed in the hands of those who pride themselves as leaders, the unavoidable pledge of allegiance to the "United North", for blessing on any political ambition. This evil allegiance also encaspulates the bidding of the Fulanis, whose interests must be adequately protected in the region even at the detriment of the people. The media has to be effectively used to give protection to their criminal activities while projecting the rightful indigenous land owners, as the Nigerian problem.

Today, that is precisly why, despite all the atrocities being perpetrated by these marauding Fulani killer herders amongst other mercenaries from the North, nothing happens. The indigenous people of the South are being hunted down daily and the only thing their politicians could do, is to continually turn blind eyes due to their fears of losing out of favor with their Northern political slavemasters. Considerations are not given to the fate of their already overburdened/impoverished people just like what obtains in the South-West where a security outfit known as "Amotekun" has been rendered an object of ridicle. In the South-East, the so-called governors, members of House of Assembly and Ohaneze Ndigbo, were subtly tricked into proscribing their youths. The Nigerian military was drafted in, to kill and maim thousands and hundreds of their able-bodied young men and women via murderous military expeditions tagged "Operation Python Dance 1, 2 and 3. The offence committed was their effrontery to speak against unjust economic/political policies imposed on the region. In the so-called South-South region, they unequivocally termed the youths  therein, militants. PANDEF, the governors and the legislators as a leadership, were employed to lend support to the creation of a military siege in the region.

This is a morbid tactic driven to destroy the South by the South, ostensibly for selfish political gains. Just only a handful of Southern leaders do exhibit some measures of boldness to speak out and challenge this cacophonic trail of injustice on behalf of their people. This war is already at the doorstep of everyone with most of these opportunistic leaders also being hunted. Their treasured immunity is being threatened as they now clearly glare at the imminent war. The earlier therefore, you raise your voice in defence of yourself, family and neighbor, the better for all. The war is real and it is here with us.

Biafra: How The Consultation Advocates Lost The Argument

Biafra: How The Consultation Advocates Lost The Argument

One outstanding confirmative factor that has singled itself out over the years, is the fact that freedom fighting is not the concern of elders but youths (young men and women), in every given society. There were times and generations wherein elders were consulted during freedom bouts and such ventures ended in abysmal failures, regrets and shame. Every serious bible student will understand that when God raised Moses and Aaron to confront Egyptians for the liberation of Israel, He never consulted with the Israeli elders. This was because their values would not add up to the needed requirements of the time. God only selected two vibrant young men named Moses and Aaron, same way He chose Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the promising youths of Biafra.

It was even in the course of Moses' leadership of the people of Israel out of the land of captivity (Egypt), into the wilderness on their way to the promise land, that the then Israeli intellectuals in the mold of Miriam and Korah amongst others, just like the crop of present day e-rats in the Biafra restoration quest, emerged. They compelled Moses with destructive criticisms until he yielded into consulting with the so-called elders of Israel during their march into freedom. This  will be the mistake that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, will  never want to make in as much as the Biafran youths flock around him, with his shoulders held high just like Aaron and Hur did with Moses in the wilderness. The bible emphatically stated that the twelve elders of Israel went to spy out the land of Jericho and of course, sounded like Ohaneze Ndigbo and the South-East governors as they got back home with their negative reports. There was gross unbelief and negative confessions which made them to journey for forty years in an expedition that would have gloriously lasted for just forty days.  As usual, ten of the Israeli spy elders out of the twelve not only spoke but maintained their unproductive stance like the Ohaneze Ndigbo and other discouraging and shortsighted elders across the globe would. They told Moses that they were like grasshoppers in the sight of their adversaries occupying the land of Jericho.

The current scenario clearly paints the picture of intellectuals who have woefully failed to understand just like the Israeli elders, the reality on ground. Ohaneze Ndigbo would ask: "Why is Nnamdi Kanu talking about Biafra when we are not ready to fight another war?  Leave Fulani herdsmen to be destroying farms because their brother (kinsman) is the one ruling Nigeria. We cannot challenge them". The South-East governors on the other hand, will say: "Do you not know that if we chase these Fulani herdsmen out of our farmlands, bushes and forests, Miyetti Allah will deny us 2023 presidential opportunity?". All these clearly boil down to the fact that elders do not essentially need to be consulted  with on anything that is freedom fighting related because old men (elders) only dream dreams, they not see visions.

Recently, there was a village meeting wherein very classical security matters where extensively deliberated on. The deputy chairman of the village suggested the importance of giving some elders invitation for them to attend the meeting. The chairman himself pointedly opposed the suggestion by making it known to the attendees that discussion of security matters do not need the presence of elders. This is due to the fact that if some very drastic measures will be considerably adopted, the elders would out of fear, kick strongly against such plans, thereby discouraging the youths who are determined to bring about the desired changes or results.

Summing up all these therefore, it becomes clearly necessary to state here once again that those advocating for the consultation with elders in Ohaneze Ndigbo, South-East governors and other political office holders pertaining moves in the Biafra restoration struggle, have completely lost the argument. If consultation with these crop of individuals in Biafraland would be initiated, then let it be clearly stressed here that such a step will only redound to an embarking of forty years risk into a tainted and clueless freedom journey, just like the forty years of Israelites’ experience in the wilderness.

Hypocrisy; The Shame Of Silence

 Hypocrisy; The Shame Of Silence

"Stop inciting war", you are a war-monger", "Kill Nnamdi Kanu, he wants to bring war on us, he wants to destroy the unity of Nigeria". "Hypocrisy; all because some of those individuals who thought that it was business as usual, those who considered corruption as a national cake that had to be jealously guided because of their involvement in the sharing formula. They kept afloat, a country dressed in  nepotism and invention of evil just because they were opportuned to be found within the corridors of power. They found themselves amidst associates, spokesmen and influencers of the policies of corrupt leadership mercenaries who have invaded all the cranies and subjugated helpless Nigerians.

Presently, the propagation of freedom is rapidly spreading and right on the lips of everybody because the monster (terrorism), which was created and nurtured, has massively grown and can no longer be contained. Very recently, Professor Wole Soyinka and some media personnel have prezented no other option rather than to agree that the inhabitants of Nigeria, are really at war. The questions then are: Who are those bringing the war to our doorsteps and why has the Nigerian media and all the state governors silent on this brewing doom? Why has Professor Wole Soyinka remained mute all this while until now that the war came to his doorstep? Does it mean that he never saw nor heard before now about this same war on the doorsteps of other indigenous civilian populace?

It has clearly become evidential with the admission of the Nobel Laurate that  the inhabitants of Nigeria are undeniably at war. This goes a long way to confirm the disgusting hypocritic leadership, all the inhabitants have been subjected to. For everyone who echoes the song about the unity of Nigeria, comes a confirmation of some shady attachment of interests such individuals garner from the federal government. Otherwise, how would one maintain silence right in the face of damning government imposed terror on the same people such a leadership prides itself to be responsible to? There are unfortunately those who feel arrogated as super-humans due to the so-called immunity they enjoy for oppressing their people. Nigeria is not and will never be a country for the law abiding citizens so long criminal impunity and subjugation thrive.

This is an enclave where party is thrown by the fortunate on getting a visa to escape from his/her ancestral home for humiliating menial jobs in Europe and elsewhere. An enclave that wantomly destroys every just means of livelihood. There exists no good roads, no educational sustainability, no gurranteed security of live and properties, no good healthcare system and no portable drinking water. There is virtually nothing on ground with which to improve or sustain the lives of the indigenous citizens. Must you therefore wait until there is war on your doorstep before you begin to speak out?

Professor Wole Soyinka may have been so fortunate to have escaped this episode of war but what about you? Will you be that lucky? What else do you have in Nigeria except your breath? Join the clarion call for the peaceful dissolution of this one inglorious entity called Nigeria, now!

Are Fulanis Really Hated In Nigeria?

Are Fulanis Really Hated In Nigeria?

The Fulanis, a people of obscure origin, are predominantly known for their nomadic lifestyle. Their religion is Islam, although some of them in the cause of time, have given up their nomadic pursuit for a modern way of life but the truth still remains that the larger part of their race is still holding grossly to crude nomadism. Among this later fraction, are some corrupt minded militia herdsmen (otherwise known as "Fulani herdsmen"). These are Fulani terrorist gangs that have veritably terrorized several indigenous peoples in the West African sub-region.

In fact, they have been enlisted in the Global Terrorism Index since 2014 as the fourth (4th) most deadliest terrorist group in the world. In Nigeria, they roam different parts of the country with assorted dangerous weapons, ranging from poisonous knives, bows and arrows, AK47, AK49, etcetera.

According to a report from a Catholic Diocese of Kafachan in the Southern Kaduna State of Northern Nigeria, more than eight hundred  (800) men, women and children have already been killed by them while over ten thousand (10,000) people have fled their homes, leaving Southern Kaduna as one of the most terrorised areas in the country. These Fulani militias are known to have mostly targeted non-Muslim communities, particularly Christians, in their mad terrorist acts. They also attack isolated communities and individuals that are vulnerable, including men and women, working in their fields. The death toll has been mounting and it is vital we speak out now".

In the South-West part of Nigeria, they have also done much havoc. They have killed many prominent men, raped their women and destroyed their farmlands that are worth millions of naira. This goes a long way to confirm that total conquest of indigenous land owners is their drive. The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, saw this coming, and had warned against it since almost ten (10) years ago.

Unfortunately, because the West have been a companion of the Fulani North in decades of continued oppression and suppression of the East, they did not see or believe it was coming.

Thankfully, the foresight of the IPOB leader is now understood and believed by many. The real intents of these Fulani plaunderers than Kanu spoke of, have been made more obvious by their persistent terror activities. So, the narrative has now changed and the West's relationship is currently, more of cats and dogs, with the Fulani North than they initially were, as friends.

Likewise, the South-East is not left out in the list of regions that have lived under perpetual horror occasioned by the menace of these Fulani terrorist herdsmen. Hardly does a week pass by without the news of Fulani killing or raping in the East. In Enugu State alone, they have killed traditional rulers and Roman Catholic Priests. They have also invaded and killed almost a whole village in other instances in both Ebonyi, Enugu, Anambra and Abia States. Raping of Biafra mothers, wives, daughters and sisters have become a day to day occurrence. Just very recently in Ebonyi State, they raped an old woman to death.

Needless talking about the destruction of peoples's farmlands because that is no longer news.

They abusively and arrogantly feed their cattle on people's farmlands in broad daylight. So many at times, they have been caught on cameras, harvesting the products and cutting them in pieces for their cows to feed on.

Now, with all these atrocities outlined, could any sane human really think that Fulanis are hated? The answer is a big NO! But they have proven to be agents of darkness and instruments of death. We all love life and eschew whatever will pose a threat to our existence. That is why these Fulani terrorist herdsmen have been served quit notices by both South-West and South-East regions as a way of curbing their excesses.

They are not hated. Rather, they are the haters of the well being of others. Irrespective of the fact that they do not accommodate others, many have given them accommodation notwithstanding. Instead of being grateful, they rather embark on the struggle to dominate and wipe out any race that stand opposed to their evil.

They hardly live where others are living. They prefer to live in desert places, forests and bushes where they can comfortably be committing their attrocities with no easy public notice. That is why Biafrans have ordered that henceforth, any Fulani that will not be comfortable to live in the towns where other well meaning humans live and where their activities can regularly be checkmated, should equally vacate Biafraland.

Realistically, Fulanis are not hated but rather, their attrocities have made people to abhor their continued accommodation.

Terrorism: Yorubas Should Prioritize Confronting Fulani Herdsmen In Their Ancestral Land

Terrorism: Yorubas Should Prioritize Confronting Fulani Herdsmen In Their Ancestral Land

While the various State Governors and their respective Houses of Assembly members in the South, are silently fidgeting in defence of their citizens' right to freely live in their own land, the Northern leaders are strongly defending their Fulani herdsmen (mercenaries). This defence stems from their usage of automatic AK47 rifles in their mapped out agenda of total conquest, as earlier declared by one of their leaders who arrogantly stated that their conquered part of Benue land presently belongs to them. Their foregoing effort to overrun Yorubaland is their priority and every amount of force employed against the indigenous land owners with covert federal government backing, is geared towards actualizing that dream.

One salient question the Nigerian media cum activitists have hitherto failed to ask is: "Who really is bankrolling the activities of these terrorists initially claimed to be foreigners, that are hell bent on gruesomely killing the indigenous citizens? The South-West is presently turned into a battlefield for land grabbing between the rightful Yoruba owners and the invading Fulani mercenaries, who are hiding behind the cloak of cattle herders. Emboldened by the Buhari led Nigerian government, through it's steadily vigorous and callous defence of the cause of dipping the Quaran into the Atlantic Ocean, the world and concerned emissaries have blatantly kept a blind eye to this malady.

Since the marauding Fulani killer herdsmen who are brazenly brandishing their sophisticated weapons unchallenged, are declared mere criminals by the Nigerian Information Minister, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, and for which reason they must remain unproscribed, they then can with ease, attack the operatives of Amotekun, killing some of them even in their own land. Would the Yorubas consider throwing in the towel even at the face of this provocation?  Would they really place demand for justice in stoutly activating their self-defence mechanism? Would they go on their knees pleading for their lives to be spared even at the altar of brazen assault of conquest?

While there yet remains a vigorous campaign in defence of firearms being arrogantly brandished by the Fulani herdsmen and their right to kill at will with alacrity with the full backing of Northern leaders, they must know also that for every action executed, there comes equally, an accompaniment of relative reaction. If therefore these killers are institutionally backed to pick up arms, then the operatives of Amotekun in the South-West and Eastern Security Network in Biafraland, most definitely, have to live up to expectations.

Terrorism: Bala's Endorsement Of Herdsmen Self-Defence Mechanism, A Prelude For Nigerians' Arms Bearing

Terrorism: Bala's Endorsement Of Herdsmen Self-Defence Mechanism, A Prelude For Nigerians' Arms Bearing

The Bauchi State Governor, Alhaji Bala Mohammed's spirited effort to justify the possession of AK 47 automatic riffles by Fulani herdsmen only, is to say the least, most irresponsible. It should be noted here that both himself as a state governor and the Nigerian government, have failed in their responsibilities, to publicly condemn the excesses of these killers, thereby inadvertently endorsing firearms bearing particularly, AK47 rifles to Fulani Herdsmen under the pretext of self-defence.

The governor stated in unmistakable terms that the Fulani herdsmen have the right to bear firearms for self protection while roaming the bushes and forests of other indigenous land owners. However, the principal actors of the Nigerian government have woefully failed in their responsibilities to caution the cynical governor of Bauchi State against his mischievousness through his justification of the menace of terrorism activities being arrogantly perpetrated by his Fulani kinsmen throughout Nigeria. Bala Mohammed's utterance is both callous and provocative.

With such level of reckless impunity being exhibited by a serving governor, it therefore becomes quite obvious that the Nigerian government wants everyone to expressly indulge in the purchase of guns to readily defend themselves against attacks from whosoever, whatever that means. Thorough investigation into the menace of terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, mindless killings, destruction of farmlands, raping of women and other related violent crimes all over Nigeria, are traceable to the handiwork of the marauding Fulani killer herdsmen.

It could also be rightly said that nobody attacks these Fulanis anywhere as no other tribe within the federation freely moves around with firearms besides these people. The mischievous governor Bala Mohammed should rather dissipate his energy by encouraging the indigenous Siyawa and Jukun tribes around Bauchi State to  get armed and defend their peasant farmers against the attacking Fulani herdsmen instead of throwing his weight behind these gun welding Fulani killer herdsmen that are terrorizing everybody.

Bala Mohammed and his Aso Rock backers have indirectly made an open declaration that everyone should embark on securing firearms for self-defence against whomever the assailants may be. This hinges on the fact that self-defence is profitable to Fulani herdsmen only even in a country where Gun Control Laws and Firearms Possession Prohibition Act, is in place. It should also be clearly stated here that such is equally good for Biafrans, Oduduwas and other tribes across the Middle Belt. And should persons of other tribes be seen brandishing firearms, let the Nigeria security forces not raise eyes browse just as the Fulani herdsmen brazenly enjoy the liberty and support of arms bearing across the country.

Names Of 53 Abducted Obigbo Young Women Serially Raped by Nigerian Soldiers

Names Of 53 Abducted Obigbo Young Women, Serially Raped For Weeks At Mogadishu Army Barracks (Abuja) And Dumped Afterwards In DSS Dungeons

Intersociety, Onitsha, Eastern Nigeria

Sunday, 14th Feb 2021

Retired Lt Gen Tukur Yusuf Buratai as immediate past Chief of Army Staff chillingly left a legacy of monstrosity and barbarism in the Nigerian Army. This is to the extent that few weeks after he was named as Nigerian Army Chief of Staff in July 2015, the secularity and professional tradition and culture of the Nigerian Army got changed and irreparably bastardized. Today, apart from Nigerian Army clearly running a hateful agenda on ethnic and religious grounds; particularly targeted at Christians and defenseless members of Igbo Ethnic Nationality-the largest Christian Ethnic Group in Nigeria, the Nigerian Army has also become an abominable army and key perpetrator of internationally classified and defined ‘prohibited acts’ including abominable sexual and other gender-based violence.

Atrocities of the Nigerian Army have remained ceaselessly untamed or unchecked week in week out since 2015. It is a height of abomination for soldiers of the Nigerian to have degraded themselves to the extent of engaging in serial rape and other abominable sexual violence against innocent and defenseless young Igbo Christian women inside the Mogadishu Barracks-a Barracks not too far away from Headquarters of the Nigerian Army in Abuja. This is to the extent of raping to death one, if not more than one of them and deflowering and inflicting bruises and internal injuries on another, as young as 23, who resisted being raped because she was a virgin. In all these, the Nigerian Army has dangerously become serially incorrigible and earned a status of ‘denial virus’-as it engages in serial and empty denials and hardly conducts credible investigations or fishes out its perpetrator personnel and hold them administratively and judicially accountable.

The above was the position of the International Society for Civil Liberties & Rule of Law contained in a statement issued today in Onitsha, Eastern Nigeria and signed by Emeka Umeagbalasi (Criminologist & Graduate of Security Studies), Board Chair, Barrister Obianuju Igboeli, Head of Civil Liberties & Rule of Law, Barrister Chinwe Umeche, Head of Democracy & Good Governance, Barrister Chidinma Udegbunam, Head of Campaign & Publicity, Barrister Ndidiamaka Bernard, Head of Int’l Justice & Human Rights and Comrade Samuel Kamanyaoku, Head of Field Data Collection & Documentation.

How The 53 Obigbo Young Women Were Abducted & Serially Raped At Mogadishu Barracks

The 53 young girls and women and others in non-menopausal age bracket, were abducted by the Nigerian Army in Obigbo, Rivers State between Oct and Nov 2020 and serially raped for weeks by its soldiers at the Mogadishu (Abacha) Barracks in Abuja. They were part of those abducted at various arenas at Obigbo on their way home from work between 7pm and 7.30pm on 20th Nov 2020 and taken to Obinze Army Barracks in Owerri in the dead of the night or hours of the blue law from where they were secretly transported next night to the Mogadishu Barracks, Abuja where many, if not most of them were raped and used as ‘sex slaves’ for weeks before they were secretly transferred to DSS dungeons in Abuja where they are presently held incommunicado.

It is recalled that Intersociety had in Dec 2020 issued a statement alleging that ‘400 defenseless Obigbo residents or more including young women were abducted by the Nigerian Army between Oct and Nov 2020 and secretly transported to different military dungeons in Northern Nigeria where they were clamped into indefinite and incommunicado detention without charge and public knowledge’. Weeks after, 52 of the abductees were rescued in Niger State and three died in Army captivity. Also between Dec 2020 and end of Jan 2021, 93 of them were located, rescued and freed through Court bails. Just few days back, another 63 were granted bail and their bail conditions are being perfected. That is to say that a total of 145 Obigbo abductees including two young females have been freed while 63 more are set to be freed in coming days. With latest discovery of 53 women among them, the total number of located names among the over 400 Obigbo abductees is now 261, out of which 145 have been freed, 63 are about to be freed and 53 (all women) have just been located and over 140  are still at large. All the abductees, from our several investigations, are engaged in different types of legitimate occupation and other lawful social activities. Some of them also are husbands and wives, brothers and sisters; and young and nursing mothers.

How Names Of The 53 Women Were Discovered

Following the release of the second batch of the Obigbo abductees numbering 29 on 29th Dec 2020 including two young women (23 years old and 21 years old); a case of rape by soldiers of the Nigerian Army attached to Mogadishu Barracks and similar harassments at Obinze Army Barracks in Owerri, Imo State was reported and on 8th Feb 2021, Intersociety dispatched its investigators to interview the victims. Intersociety is retaining its right of confidentiality by withholding the identities and full accounts of the two rape victims. However, part of their accounts relevant to this statement is that “they were abducted alongside multiple dozens of other young women and men between 7pm and 7.30pm on 20th Nov 2020 at Obigbo”. The victims were abducted on their way home from their job or work places. The two rape victims were specifically abducted and labeled “criminals” on their way home from their hair dressing salon shops and at a local commuter bus stop. Their abductors (soldiers) operated with a luxurious bus “packed” with multiple dozens of abductees. They were taken away to undisclosed locations same night only for them to find themselves next day (21st Nov 2020) at Obinze Army Barracks, Owerri (Imo State). In the late evening of same (21st Nov), they were again taken away in the same luxurious bus only for them to find themselves next morning at Mogadishu Barracks, Abuja.

At arrival in the Mogadishu Barracks, they were separated and dumped in ‘male and female guardrooms’. The victims also importantly informed Intersociety “that there were over 50 young women in the female guardrooms-all Obigbo abductees” and that “during their stay in the guardrooms and less than two days after their arrival, soldiers turned them into ‘sex slaves’ and serially raped them using “random picking or selection”. The victims added that “just a day after their arrival from Obinze on 22nd Nov, 2020, one of them, called ‘Victoria’ was raped to death and her corpse disappeared till date.” The victims told Intersociety that “they were not raped inside guardrooms but were randomly picked each of the raping days and taken to designated spots where they were raped and returned to guardrooms”. The victims also alleged that “they were tortured, abused, degraded and starved of food and toiletries while in the Army captivity and were also totally blocked from their families and stripped of their personal belongings including cash sums, bags, jewelries and mobile phones”. Intersociety, Barr E.R. Okoroafor and others have since sent the clips of the interview to strategic groups including notable women’s rights groups outside the country.

How The 53 Young Women Were Traced To DSS Dungeons

It was a thorough underground search and investigation, built on the rape victims’ accounts and anchored by Barr E.R. Okoroafor, assisted by the leadership of IPOB, an internationally respected rights group and Intersociety  that paid off leading to tracing of names of the 53 young women to DSS. It was further found that they were handed over to DSS by Nigerian Army several weeks after their abduction and being serially serial raped. DSS in turn, dictatorially clamped and detained them incommunicado using crooked remand orders without recourse to required judicial review of same at the expiration of remand deadlines as provided in the Access to Criminal Justice Act of 2015 and in flagrant violation and breach of 35 (4) of the 1999 Constitution.  If abducted in Oct 2020, the 53 women and others still held captive must have been held for four months and over three months if abducted in Nov 2020. This is more so when the Nigerian Army (the sole abductors) and the Spy Police or DSS have neither charged them to court nor released them unconditionally; likewise maintaining silence of the graveyard till date.
