My Muslim friend that denies me employment, Seaport but wish to forcefully offer me Igbo translated Qur'an

My Muslim friend that denies me employment, Seaport but wish to forcefully offer me Igbo translated Qur'an

In 1391 there was a dialogue that occurred between Byzantine Emperor Manuel II Palaiologos and a Persian scholar in which the Emperor stated:

"Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread the faith he preached, by the sword. God is not pleased by blood, and not acting reasonably is contrary to God's nature.

Faith is born of the soul, not the body. Whoever would lead someone to faith needs the ability to speak well and to reason properly, without violence and threats. To convince a reasonable soul, one does not need a strong arm, or weapons of any kind, or any other forceful means; like threatening a person with death".

For the people from the present south east Nigeria(Biafra) region, the way to begin finding a lasting peace is to know for certainty that Islamism and Qur'an will only bring backwardness, enslavement, the sword and death.

The news about launching an Igbo version of the Qur'an just broke some days ago. And I asked, when will news of newly built factories in Biafraland be announced, instead of Qur'an?

Indeed, the saying that "Hausa abatago Awka" ( Hausa has entered Awka) has come into reality. It is an evidence that these people are very mean in their goal to dip the Qur'an in the Atlantic Ocean. They are fighting tooth and nail, with different tactics, and by all means, they want to Islamize Biafraland.

Just imagine what would have happened if not for the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

How many of these Muslim northerners have their factories in Biafraland? For instance, how many of Dangote's industries are in Biafraland? How many northerners have a lock-up shops in Biafraland. Do they not usually come with ordinary mat into Biafra, and when they are returning, they as well roll it back into their trailers. How many investments do they have in Biafraland that is improving the Biafran economy? Virtually none!

Dayanand Saraswati said, "Had the God of the Qur'an been the Lord of all creatures, and been Merciful and kind to all, he would never have commanded the Mohammedans to slaughter men of other faiths, and animals, etc. If he is Merciful, will he show mercy even to the sinners? If the answer be given in the affirmative, it cannot be true, because further on, it is said in the Qur'an "Put infidels to sword," in other words, he that does not believe in the Qur'an and the Prophet Mohammad is an infidel (he should, therefore, be put to death)".

These are evidences to the Judeo-Christian dominant Southeast, that Muslims will never see you as humans, but infidel as far as you do not believe in what they believe.

These people would not like you to be their president since the creation of this republic called Nigeria, but would want to bring their religion to you. They would not like to appoint any of southeast leaders into key positions at the federal level, but would rather prefer to give you their deadly and poisonous chalice. Seaports, airports, and any other things that would make Biafraland economically viable are denied the region, but Qur'an would be the best investment in Biafraland.

Finally, to understand whether violence is inherent in the doctrine of Islam, Qur'an and Muslims, it is important to look at the example of Mohammed, the founding father of Islam, as contained in the passages of the Qur'an and Islamic jurisprudence used to justify the violence we currently see in so many parts of the Muslim world. In Mecca, Mohammed preached to his fellow tribesmen to abandon their gods and accept his. He preached about charity and the conditions of widows and orphans. (This method of proselytizing or persuasion, called dawa in Arabic remains an important component of Islam to this day). However, during his time in Mecca, Mohammed and his small band of believers had little success in converting others to this new religion. So, a decade after Mohammed first began preaching, he fled to Medina. Over time, he cobbled together a militia and began to wage wars.

Anyone seeking support for armed jihad in the name of Allah will find ample support in the passages of the Qur'an and Hadith that relate to Mohammed’s Medina period. For example, Q4:95 states, “Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home).”

Q8:60 advises Muslims “to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know.”

Finally, Q9:29 instructs Muslims: “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”

Their recent religious conquest indeed, is dead on arrival because IPOB have reawakened the sleeping spirits in Biafraland. They came late with their Islamization agenda, and will go back in shame.

ANAMBRA: Ogbaru and Nnewi South Massacre by repentant recruited Boko Haram In Nigerian Military Uniform Must Stop--IPOB

ANAMBRA:  Ogbaru and Nnewi South Massacre by repentant recruited Boko Haram In Nigerian Military Uniform Must Stop--IPOB

IPOB PRESS RELEASE

03/06/2022

The global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU wish to call the attention of professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo to the slaughtering of his citizens in Ogbaru LGA and Nnewi South LGAs of Anambra State.

IPOB family is deeply saddened with the ongoing massacre of innocent people with no traceable links to criminality by Nigeria Joint Military in an effort to curb criminality in the East particularly in Anambra State and Imo State. It is very sad and distasteful seeing our people being massacred in their numbers especially at the Ogbaru and Nnewi South LGAs. We don't know if Gov. Soludo was aware of this military exercise or it's Caliphate government's plans to wipe out larger number of Ndigbo.

Yes, we are aware that there are some pockets of petty criminals in the state as obtainable elsewhere in Nigeria, but that is not enough reason for the Nigeria terrorist Military to randomly slaughtering our people like chickens. The military started shooting innocent people sporadically on the road and some were gunned down in their homes in Ogbaru and Nnewi South.

Chukwuma Charles Soludo are you now the second Hitler like "Hope Uzodinma and Nyesom Wike" who was instructed by the caliphate to kill his people? Is this military depopulation of your people part of the deal you entered with the enemies of Ndigbo before being voted into office as Anambra Governor last year November? Soludo are you in competition to kill our people with Hope Uzodinma who was not voted by his people or do you plan to beat his record? Do you also derive joy seeing your people being murdered by Fulani terrorists and jihadist masquerading as Nigeria security agencies? Soludo what crimes did people of your state commit to deserve being unleashed with Military and Police brutality?

We are astonished seeing Fulani terrorists masquerading as Nigeria military murdering more than 100 innocent citizens in Ogbaru LGA without any state publication and condemnation from anybody. Not even one national newspaper in the country published this massacre because Nigeria media are being muscled by the Fulani led government. It is unimaginable that these terrorists murders our people leaving the footprint of the Fulani-Terrorist of Nigeria military yet no Eastern Governor has condemned or spoken out against this outrage and ethnic cleansing .

IPOB and ESN operatives are doing their best to stop those perpetrating criminalities in the region and shouldn't be pointed to our enemies to be killed as the terrorist in uniform also do not trust the pointer. Do not justify the killing of our innocent young men and women including elderly people instead support ESN to bring peace and calmness to our land which foreign enemies can never achieve in one million years.

It is only a fool that will call his enemies to come and settle their differences. Fulani led government and the Fulanized military dislike Igbos with passion and wish we can be wiped out. Hence any Governor inviting the Nigeria terrorist military to the East is an enemy of his people. The level of killing going-on in Ogbaru LGA and Nnewi South LGA is condemnable. We wonder how Nigeria compromised army going house to house searching for innocent Biafrans citizens to kill, we don't want that to happen again.

Profiling and Killing of our innocent young Igbo youths while the terrorist youths in the North are being recruited into Nigeria army, police and DSS, covered with military uniformed, armed and sent to our land upon request of some of our Governors for deliberate massacre of their citizens can be refer as stupid. That's why the Caliphate refers to such individuals as "Useful Idiots".

Dear Professor Soludo, the Anambra State Governor, we respect you as an intelligent Professor and technocrat who is more knowledgeable compare to many other Igbo politicians especially when it concerns our collective good as Igbo people not to bow completely to external forces.

Recent events left us with no doubt that you're being persuaded and even blackmailed into dancing to the tune of Nigeria Fulani government.  You have joined the league of southern politicians Fulani called our “stooge" whose self-persuasions enlist as one of the bloodsuckers silently killing her citizens to please his Masters. There's also no doubt that such act if embraced would attract a regrettable consequence.

Gov. Chukwuma Soludo take a look at what is happening in Ukpor Nnewi South LGA, how the military were going house to house searching eliminating and disappearing youths from 15 years above. So far Nigeria terrorist Military may have eliminated more than 500 innocent youths in the two LGAs of Ogbaru and Nnewi South of Anambra State.

Can you show us where military attack and burnt down a village in the North when terrorists and bandits killed any military personnel? When Nigeria Army comes into Biafra land, they dumped military rules of engagement and become brutal as terrorists in burning properties and mindless slaughtering of our people.

Chukwuma Soludo we are not asking you not to fight criminals who are troubling our people but call these jihadists parading as Nigeria soldiers to order, disabuse our minds and that of Anambra youths, convince us that you haven't become another Hope Uzodinma of Imo State here in Anambra State.

Have you gone to Ogbaru LGA and Nnewi South LGA and see what Fulani military are doing in that area? Why haven't you visited those affected Local Government to see the level of massacre that the Fulani militias in Nigeria military did to our people?

It is important we remind you that IPOB-ESN is a reliable force to reckon with, we know our environment and our people.  We know what to do, allow us to do what is necessary because we don't like what criminals are doing here, we cannot allow them to succeed in this land. Inviting the imported enemy Army into our land in any disguise will endanger the lives of the innocent youths who are major target of these terrorist Military. Once again I live you with this wisdom quote "Only a fool will invite his enemies to settle a family quarrel".

IPOB Accuses Nigerian government of importing terrorists from neighboring countries to Biafra

IPOB Accuses Nigerian government of importing terrorists from neighboring countries to Biafra

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Wednesday, accused Nigerian government of importing soldiers and terrorists in the country.

The movement in a statement obtained by press, cautioned Imolites to be careful of some named areas in the state.

Biafra land has experienced incessant killings and kidnappings in the past few months. In view of these reported cases, IPOB through its spokesperson, Emma Powerful, warned Biafrans to be vigilant and careful, noting that some terrorists from Chad, Niger, and Cameroon have gain entrance into the country.

He listed seven areas that have been surrounded by these terrorists in Imo.

Below is the statement:

We the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU raises alarm over the deployment of non Nigerian military personnel and terrorists to south eastern states especially Anambra  Imo States  and Cross River by Nigerian Government.

IPOB intelligence unit, the M.Branch reliably gathered that Nigeria Government led by Muhamnadu Buhari and his Fulani kinsmen has gone to the (Sahel Region )Mali , Niger Republic, Chad  etc and Northern Cameroon included to imported none Nigerian Army personnel and other terrorist mercenaries to come and cause anarchy and havock in the South Eastern States especially Anambra and Imo States.

We are advising citizens to take care because the days ahead would be disastrous in the most of the south eastern  States.  The information reaching us now is an indication that Igbos and the people of Cross Rivers State are now under siege and they have started killing our people in Ebonyi State and other state in the South East Region. Our people's lives are not safe again because these terrorists Buhari and his cabals invited to our two Regions will kill many innocent citizens.

The terrorists came in from the border town between Ebonyi state and Benue state murdered many innocent citizens in the communities around there. Also there is crisis between Nko and Oyadama community in Yarrko LGA Cross River State, and presently the non Nigerian military are there killing people indiscriminately women raped houses burnt , innocent people  killed and the communities deserted now

We have reliably gathered that Hope Uzodinma of Imo State  and Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state are  behind the plans to unleash mayhem and catastrophe against his people.

Hope Uzodinma's support to this ugly plans to invade Igbo land by none Nigerian Army being currently harboured at Obinze-Owerri Army barracks and Onitsha military Barracks is quite appalling. Non Nigerian military personnel were dumped there to slaughter our people.

Governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo should prepare because these Fulani maurauders engaged from neighbouring countries will put much pains on him.

Nigeria Government should withdraw these unknown and non Nigerian soldiers deployed in the region because their mission is dead on arrival. And if  Buhari and his cabal refuse to heed this warning, IPOB will have no options than to confront and expose them to the UN human Rights Commission and the world at large .

The violations of our people's rights has turned to another thing because of Buhari's maximum hatred against the Igbo people. The non Nigerian military from Niger, Tchad and Cameroon must leave our land and face their own problems in their countries.

We demand immediate and unconditional withdraw of these fake military men from Biafra soil back to their respective countries.

IPOB and ESN operatives must be prepared and be careful because these military men deployed in these two States in Igboland are not Nigerian military. They were engaged by Buhari and his Fulani cabals to kill, maim and slaughter and commit genocide against Ndigbo again. They did that in 1967-1970 and we won't allow such to happen again.

We promise them that those non Nigerian soldiers they imported,  our land will consume and bury them. We are waiting for them to start.

We reliably gathered that why our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU was not granted bail by those behind this plot was to detain him perpetually. They will regret soon and must know that they have failed. We know that there is confusion in the hierarchy of the Government because they knew that our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU did not commit any crime and has no case to answer.

We urge every Biafran to have endurance because our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU must be released unconditionally. Biafrans are behind him until Biafra freedom is totally achieved and he becomes a free man from the DSS dungeon.

We call on UN human rights, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and all diplomatic missions in Abuja Nigeria and all Western countries to take note of this great human rights abuses against our race.

Imo state is currently surrounded by deadly boko haram and deadly ISAWP  members  and Hope Uzodinma is busy chasing shadows . Biafrans should watch out for Okada riders in these areas for security reasons. Watch out carefully in these junctions. They are abducting our people. These are the foot soliders of the Fulani jihadists:

*Amakohia Flyover to Orji Flyover downwards Imsu Junction

* Naze Timber Market/ Nekede Cluster Market

*Poly Junction to Ihiagwa Futo Junction

*Hospital Junction to Avu Junction

*Saga Suite Axis towards  Old Road Nekede

*Wetheral Road Junction

*Toronto towards Road safety junction etc

We must all raise up to defend our land  because nobody will do it for you.

FWPI Editorial: Referendum Or PVC?

 FWPI Editorial: Referendum Or PVC?

As exactly as all the apparatuses of governance in Nigeria are scams, so is the Permanent Voter's Card’s (PVC) impression a well masterminded scam. Similarly, for over 60 years now, Nigeria have suffered from divers issues that consistently took the forms of organic and ever deteriorating diseases; spreading and continuing to subdue its victim until there is no life in it anymore. Some scholars and political analysts have critized that Nigeria's problem is political, while others agree that the problem is a tripod – economical, political and as a result of ethnic diversity. By law, every citizen of Nigeria is entitled to the inalienable right to vote and be voted for. This emphatically provides the individual with the unique power to change an unhealthy government through a periodic free and fair election. But this is not the case with Nigeria. Rather, each region continues to see the other as enemies that should not have their way to the leadership sit.

Notwithstanding, free and fair electoral process could have been obtainable in Nigeria, if she were practicing a true democracy. But to worsen the situation, the British enclave has no such hallmark. Overtime, we have observed that elections are often rigged to benefit the financially buoyant parties, and individuals. In the heat of this obscure predicament of the country, we have the Biafran agitators, whose demand is for total separation and independence of a people united by culture. This further brings up a question that begs for sincere answer: Is PVC the solution to Nigeria's problem, or Referendum ?

To better conceptualize the implications of this question, let us examine Nigeria and her political genealogy:

The elections of 1983 was contested by six political parties; namely: NPN, UPN, NPP, PRP, GNPP and NAP. But the flag-bearer of the NPN, Alhaji Shehu Shagari was accused of corruption and willful determination to rig out all other rival political parties in the election by not following political campaign ethics, and engaging in arson, bloodshed and general violence – a classic intimidation and blackmail strategy of the south and Christians. The then Federal Electoral Commission(FEDECO), under Justice Ovie Whisky committed lots of electoral errors and thus, the election was rigged and NPN declared the winner. This stirred up electoral tension leading to nationwide crisis, during which time some FEDECO officials were burnt alive and some others killed in mysterious circumstances.

The Nigerian presidential election held on June 12 1993 was the first democratic election held in Nigeria after a long military seizure of power. Chief M.K.O Abiola contested for presidential election under the Social Democratic Party(SDP), with his running mate, Ambassador Babagana Kingibe. Consequently, the election was designated one of the freest and fairest election, although the then military Head of state, Ibrahim Babangida cancelled the election with the allegations that it was marred with electoral malpractice. This stirred conflicts and protests in the West, with people massively expressing their dissatisfaction and abhorrence to the miscarriage of Justice and abuse of their franchise. But, in keeping with military dictatorship, the then government did absolutely nothing to alleviate the problem of a cancelled election. Instead, as is always the case, more brute and naked force was deployed to deal with any attempted registration of disapproval. Therefore, on June 11 1994, Abiola declared himself the president of Lagos and the south west of Nigeria. This led to his arrest on June 23, 1994 and a treason charge was slammed on him by the military junta, headed by General Sani Abacha. So, Chief Abiola died mysteriously on July 7, 1998. Many believes that he was assassinated.

Moving forward, the presidential election of 2015, initially slated for February 14, took place on March 28 and 29, more than a month late, due to an intelligence revelation of a possible breach of peace and possible electoral violence, logistical challenges, falsification of Voters' cards which was on-going in some parts of the country. A violation of the country's law(Electoral Act of 2010 & 2022) was glaringly noticed. The law permits only qualified adults who are up to 18 years and above to exercise their franchise. This is to ensure that these individuals had been duly educated on several pertinent matters concerning elections. But in this case, it was observed that most people who cast their votes in the Northern states are greatly underage and without the requisite electoral education thereby securing a great disadvantage for the presidential candidate from the south - Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

I can go on to outline so many failed attempts to conduct fair electoral processes in Nigeria, even in the local and state levels; where there have been numerous allegations that accuse the federal government of imposing leaders of their choice on the people, against the people's wish. The issue of electoral malpractice has subsisted in Nigeria and as a result, many Nigerians have lost confidence, hope or expectations from the government. This is why the people of the old eastern region(Biafrans) are completely showing no interest for Igbo presidency. What the people need is freedom, which can only be enjoyed in a restored Biafra Sovereignty. This is the predominant comments from youths, platforms, individuals and bodies.

The Reasons For Biafra

Since 1960, the year Nigeria got her independence, the political tussle and gerrymandering has led to having one region, the North predominantly occupy the seat of power. Notice the list below:

1960 - 1965 : ( Alhaji Tafawa Balewa , The prime minister and administrative head of government ( North) with Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe as the ceremonial head of state.

1966: (The 1st coup , Gen. Aguiyi Ironsi, East)

1967- 1975: (General Yakubu Gowon, North)

1975- 1976: (Murtala Mohammed, North)

1976- 1979 : (General Olusegun Obasanjo, South)

1979- 1983: (Alhaji Shehu Shagari, North)

1983-1985: (Muhammadu Buhari, North)

1985 – 1993: (General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, North)

1993- 1998: (General Sani Abacha, North)

1999-2007: (Olusegun Obasanjo, South)

2007- 2010: (Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, North)

2010- 2015: (Good luck Ebele Jonathan, South)

2015- 2022: (Muhammadu Buhari, North)

From the above assessment, it is quite obvious that the Igbos and other indigenous tribes in the South have been immensely sidelined. This is a clear manifestation of tribal sentiment, lack of national unity and absence of the expected cohesion in a Democratic society. This brought about the struggle for political and economic autonomy, because there have been a total failure of the Nigerian State to offer her citizens an equal benefits of true independence. The Northerners have held the political cycle for an unreasonable amount of times, and this have greatly affected democracy and equal representation in Nigeria. Every election cycle, elections related activities lead to economic and financial waste; with no change or social improvement. The monetization of the political sphere and the electoral process has led to the emergence of most corrupt unfits and politicians. And this is to blame for the general state of economic breakdown, insecurity, dilapidated infrastructure, bloodshed and mayhems, religious wars, ethnic conspiracy, amongst other national maladies.

The fast approaching 2023 election year is without doubts, as crucial as the previous ones. But in this scenario, the impossibility of a free and fair election is certainly being foreseen to exist in a country that is currently bleeding of insecurity, lack of value for life and property; where people are killed on a daily basis with impunity and the perpetrators have no motivation for a change. Sadly, the security agencies who are with the charged of securing live and properties are compromised and a party to the mayhem. There is a prevailing national treasury haemorrhage and total collapse. People with indecent and uncontrollable urge for material accumulations have seized power and the result is the expected steady decline!

As well, the issue of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) movement who have suffered great casualties of incessant assault and violence, have not be redressed. The government have not cared to console the victims of the years of cruelty, or thought it necessary to find other peaceful ways of calming the separatist agitations, but wants the same wounded hearts to unconditionally get PVC to again vote the killers of their relatives.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB is still held unjustly in the DSS dungeon, and the millions he lead, are expected to support PVC campaign. Laughable indeed!

Now, we prepare for a predetermined and rigged election, Nigerians uphold their PVCs more than their senses of reason, they support people from the same corrupt political cocoon, they fight against each other for the sake of PVC, not realizing that their votes can never count in a society devoid of peace and unity.

The problem of Nigeria supersedes PVC and Change of Government. We need political, social and economic independence so as to reorganize and properly alienate the various entrapped indigenous nations that make up Nigeria. Let this sink in: For as long as there is absence of national unity, peace and progress, Nigeria cannot stand as a Nation. Now is not the time to further cosmetic approach.

Nigeria needs referendum not election. The old eastern region need Biafra not the deceits revolving around Igbo Presidency!

The Alleged IPOB Pipeline Vandalization: Why Buhari's Desperate Proscription Appeals Will Continually Fail

The Alleged IPOB Pipeline Vandalization: Why Buhari's Desperate Proscription Appeals Will Continually Fail

The Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) is a freedom movement, founded and inaugurated by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2012. Since then, IPOB have consistently toed the part of peace in all her agitations, despite the odds they face at the hands of the Nigeria government. Buhari's desperation, lobbying of the international bodies and medias to proscribed IPOB as a terrorist organization, just as aired in his recent interview with Bloomberg, can never hold water. IPOB is never responsible for oil theft and/or any form of pipeline vandalism anywhere. Infact, Buhari knows who the real thieves are, but is deliberately accusing IPOB because of the hate he has for the movement.

Pipeline vandalism started in the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria since far back 1999 while Chief Olusegun Obasanjo was the Nigerian President. At that time, IPOB was not even a foetus in the womb. The vandalization continued until Obasanjo handed over the seat of power to Late President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, who was viced by Ebele Golduck Jonathan. These two latter signed an Amnesty program on October 4th 2009 for the angry boys in the creek, whose sources of living; like water bodies and farmlands were being destroyed by oil spills from unrepaired Shell company's rusty pipelines. The amnesty was granted to these boys as a cease-fire appeal, and negotiation call, for peace to rain.

These Niger Delta militants are under the umbrella of Niger Delta People's Revolutionary Force, led by Chief Asari Dokubo who dropped out of school to lead the move. Asari was being assisted by Tompolo.

The boys later ceased fire, but the Nigerian government and Shell company failed to repair the pipeline leakages, clean up the area and employ the youths of the community since their sources of livelihood; such as farming and fishing had been rendered impotent. Those were the contents of the cease-fire agreement, and should have been respected.

At around 2017 and 2019, majority of the boys who were under the payroll of President Buhari willingly quit pipeline vandalism, leaving only the few younger ones who were also looking for their own payroll opportunity to carry it on. Since then, fewer reports of pipeline vandalism had been made, compared to as it was between 2003-2019 when the price for petroleum products in the country was still affordable by the common masses.

It is quite astonishing that the President of this same country, Buhari who failed the peace agreement is accusing IPOB for his failure to regulate the rate at which fuel scarcity tears Nigeria apart. He should just boldly tell Nigerians that he has failed, and not laying blames on the innocent and peaceful IPOB. The movement is only agitating  for their people's freedom. They are peacefully demanding for the sovereign nation of Biafra because they believed it to be the only way to achieved true development for the Biafra people.

Another time and money have been wasted by President Buhari. He should initiate fresh lobbying against IPOB, if he wish. As for this one, it is already futile on arrival. It does not, and can never hold water.

Ebubeagu Security Outfit, Shoot Dead Five elderly persons in Imo State

Ebubeagu Security Outfit, Shoot Dead Five elderly persons in Imo State

For a while now, communities around Orlu and environ have been having sleepless nights over the constant killings of people by gunmen. It was gathered that as a result of these attacks, residents have deserted their communities and are relocating to a safer environment some out of fears sleeps in the bush to avoid midnight raid by these Ebubeagu Secrity Outfit.

Last Thursday, some elderly indigenes who were having a family meeting in Okporo, Orlu Council Area of Imo State were shot by yet-to-be identified gunmen who stormed the venue of their meeting.

The Imo State Command of the Nigeria Police Force says it has begun an investigation into the shooting of five elderly men by suspected operatives of Ebubeagu security outfit in Okporo community, Orlu Local Government Area of the state. Ebubeagu is the security network formed by state governments in the South-East to tackle insecurity in the region, but from every indication, the security has turned out to become a nightmare for villagers, especially they youths.

It was reported that no fewer than five persons were allegedly shot by the gunmen suspected to be Ebubeagu while the meeting was going on.

The Imo State Police Command, Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Michael Abattam, confirmed the latest killing in Owerri.

Abattam said the victims were shot while having a family meeting on Thursday, adding that the command had yet to know those behind the killing.

He said, “We have started an investigation into the incident. They were in a meeting when they were shot."

Video footage that has gone viral which was posted by a twitter user Emeka Gift official, in the said video obtained by newsmen Emeka Gift raised alarm that people should call home to find out if their elderly ones are still alive, He wrote " If you are from Imo state Orlu and its environs, call home and find out if your aged parents are still alive, the young ones have all ran away because the recruited Boko Haram in Nigerian military are going home to home slaughtering people. Call home"

The video shows five persons in a pool of blood, struggling for life.

While two appear to have died, the other three appear to be in pain as they ask for help.

One of the victims is heard saying in Igbo,

“Come and help me oo, I'm dying oo."

Also, a woman is crying and calling for help for her son to be taken to the hospital for treatment.

“I’m dead, Chineke mea I am dead,” she says.

Another gunshot victim can be seen dragging himself and shouting for help. The victims are all soaked in blood as it gushes out from the gunshot injuries they sustained.

Some of the residents who spoke to Newsmen maintained that the victims were shot by Ebebeagu operatives who were going about in search of young men.

“We have heard more horrible tales about the activities of Ebubeagu in our area. They were not unknown gunmen.

“The Ebubeagu guys who shot the people were said to be looking for some youths. When they didn’t see the people they were looking for, they descended on the old folks.

“I know what those people are passing through. There’s no villager who doesn’t know the activities of unknown gunmen. When it is the state operatives, they also know,” one of the community members, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said.

Another person alleged that the Ebubeagu security outfit has turned the area into a living hell.

FWPI Editorial: Biafra, The Fear That Must Be Inexcusably Addressed

FWPI Editorial: Biafra, The Fear That Must Be Inexcusably Addressed

For many decades now, the Biafra subject has triggered diverse reactions from different peoples. This certainly, is resulting from the inalienable fact that "whenever the name 'Biafra' is sounded, it peculiarly poses divergent meanings to different hearers.”

To individuals who are lost in the raging ocean of the lies on which the British contraption (Nigeria) is founded, they perceive Biafra as an unrealizable dream, because their brains have been so poorly programmed by the Nigerian system, and they literally do not think useful thoughts anymore. They have been so brainwashed with the distorted lines that says "Nigeria will remain one indivisible county", and all of such.

To the Family members of the Mazi Nnamdi Kanu led Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), and to other millions of IPOB supporters in both Biafraland and beyond, Biafra represents the "desired freedom and peace.” So, people in this class never hesitates to speedily welcome the idea of Biafra freedom, whenever the discussion is initiated.

But there are yet other parties in whom the name 'Biafra' triggers different forms of fears when mentioned. It is to the people on this side that I am directing this article to. Britain, Fulani Oligarchs and greedy South East politicians are all in this class. For them, the unity of Nigeria is an enterprise that must never be tampered with by anybody. So, the idea of referendum spells danger to their corrupt minds, because they do know that a very greater percentage of other entrapped ethnic nations in Nigeria, aside Biafrans will vote to leave the union.

For close to two centuries now, Britain in particular have lived hugely on both the human and natural resources from Biafra land, and used them to build their country. It is so much so that Britain can closely be said to not have other sufficient sources to make good national income without sucking from the Biafra resources. Take for instance, for every thirty-one (31) barrels of crude oil that the Nigerian government milks from Biafraland, Britain takes away thirty (30), leaving Nigeria with just one. The plundering is that huge. And that is why it is so difficult for them to overlook. They are willing to exterminate Biafrans for this purpose.

As a result of these, every other person that are aiding the thievery, ranging from the Fulani Oligarchs to other greedy politicians of Biafra extraction can commit any blunder and go free. This is why these politicians steal several resources that belong to the public, and are not questioned. Because those that control the system (the British) are actually paving way for them (Nigeria politicians) to flourish in the crimes, as a pay for continuing to play their devilish assistance to the British in looting Biafran resources.

But one thing is certain. The Biafra restoration project is divine. It cannot be stopped by humans, not when those it is handed to are willing to sacrifice anything sacrificeable to see the Biafra restoration come through. This is a fact that Britain and all those fighting the Biafra restoration process must accept. When they do this early enough, then it will make things easy for all.

The Biafra that IPOB dreams to restore is one that will welcome both bilateral and multilateral economic partnerships. Britain will have the chance to still partner with a free Biafra and legally obtain whatever they wish to get from Biafra soil, than continue to steal from the people. To the south east politicians, IPOB have severally emphasized that the window of repentance is still open for any of them that wishes to turn over a new leaf.

Therefore, wisdom demands that all come in terms with the Biafra restoration idea, since it cannot be stopped either. The British and all their accomplices in the crimes against the Biafran people should muster the courage to accost their fears about letting Biafra restoration become a reality, and permit a United Nation's supervised referendum. Biafrans will settle for nothing less!
