A publication by Vanguard on Saturday June 13, titled "Twenty-One Years Of Democracy: Rule Of Law Suffering In Nigeria, SANs Lament" is something commendable, even though it came a little too late.

Vanguard went on to interview some of the Senior Advocates Of Nigeria who fearlessly spoke that the judiciary in Nigeria is not just comatose, but serving a jail term inflicted upon her by the APC led Federal Government of Nigeria.

Before now, it is only the lone voice of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that has been calling out the APC government on their numerous atrocities against the people trapped in Nigeria. He is the only voice speaking against the killings of Christians in Nigeria.

To say that it is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that spurred these senior lawyers to speak up against the impunity of APC government will not be seen as out of place.

According to Vanguard, the Senior lawyers 'maintained that the country is yet to adopt or practice true constitutional democracy.' This means that Nigeria has even jettisoned the terrible 1999 constitution, to rule without a constitution.

One of the SANs according to vanguard went further to suggest 'a return to a modified parliamentary system as a way forward, insisting that it will serve better in terms of development and Rule of law.'

According to the lawyer, “The presidential system which we claim to practice has come with a baggage of impunity which impacts negatively on infrastructural development and Rule of Law.

“Without any hesitation, a return to a modified parliamentary system will serve us better in terms of development and Rule of law.

“Under the present system, the Executive and most especially, the Governors have become demigods who don’t feel accountable to any authority unlike parliamentary system." said Mr. Ahmed Raji(SAN)

 “As Nigeria marks another democracy day. I will say that we have never had it this rough. That is not to say that there is no hope or light at the end of the tunnel.

“The biggest problem Nigeria has faced in the past five years is that of poor leadership, particularly at the highest Executive level where the government has failed all its promises to the Nigerian citizenry.

“Journalists have been arrested and detained with constant clamp down of the social media. People are afraid to speak out. People are sleep-walking, the government appears clueless, rudderless and out of ideas. The only idea is how to borrow and borrow money from China that is gradually taking over the Nigerian economy,"  Barrister Ozekhome added.

On his part, a constitutional lawyer, Mr. Mohammed Abeny, has this to say: “The judiciary has suffered lots of travails under the present administration. The rule of law will only thrive where there is true constitutional democracy."

The outbursts of the above Senior Advocates Of Nigeria  have shown that what Nnamdi Kanu is doing is working positively. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has tried awakening Nigerians to rise up to challenge the impunity of the Federal government of Nigeria. And not allow themselves to be slaughtered and raped by a government that is in love with the terrorists herdsmen.

I wish that the religious leaders would emulate these lawyers and rise up to the occasion by adding their voice to call for an end to the extermination of Christians in Nigeria.

The Nigeria judiciary must be encouraged to speak more and act more, so as to protect the people from the cabals that have perfected plans to destroy them.

* We all saw what happened in the contraption called Nigeria in the past several years. The same is still happening today and yet, the idiots called Nigerians have not learnt anything. This is exactly what Bob Marley said before he died.

* I posted a video of the mayhem meted against the Christians in Nigeria but Facebook has covered it trying to prevent humanity from seeing what is happening. Yet the same Facebook will approve and allow pornographic pictures. Facebook in Nigeria is being managed by the Yorubas who are also perpetrating this evil.

* The ongoing protest against the death of George Floyd in the United States of America, could have thought the blacks a lesson but it is unfortunate that the whole system has been compromised. I must also appreciate President Donald Trump for his credible efforts in controlling the situation against the hypocrisy of Democrats in America.

* I want to ask everyone listening to me this evening, have you ever seen any Fulani scientist before? But they appointed a Fulani man as Head of Raw Materials Research Institute in Nigeria.

* In a video assessment of progress with the Fulani Professor, in response to a question by a member of the Senate Committee on how many researches the institute has so far carried out in the past 33 years, he answered that they have been able to research into kilisi (preparation of beef barbeque) popularly referred to as "suya". And that under his leadership, it has been moved into the Nigerian markets. Yet Nigerians will not talk. Blacks are busy lamenting why George Floyd was killed. I must tell you that if you do not learn from history, white people will keep more blacks.

* All of you are protesting over the killing of George Floyd but hundreds are being slaughtered back home and you do not want to protest. This is what I call high level of hypocrisy among the blacks.

* In Africa, terrorists are busy killing blacks and no one has summoned the courage to protest. This shows that a blackman has no honor, black people are useless. By the way, the racist police officer that killied George Floyd, only fulfilled his duty.

* Do you know that the first world richest woman is a black American and do you know that her closest neighbors are the Rockerfellers? And yet, her riches has never contributed anything to the black communities?

* And today, they are busy pulling down the statutes of black slaves across Europe and America. Is that not stupidity from the brain of the black people?

* Now let me come down to what happened in Nigeria. The reason why you named yourself after a river is because you do not reason. The impact of Britain and Scotland in Nigeria is pure racism.

* Now, listen. There are seven major terrorist groups in Nigeria, created by the Northern Islamists. Who is sponsoring them? It is your political leaders.

* I want to demolish the hypocrisy of the blackman tonight. In South Africa, they are holding protests for George Floyd. But few months ago, they were busy lynching their fellow black Africans during the peaceful agitation of the family members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). This has shown the evil heart of the blackman.

* The whiteman is busy giving you names and yet, you never rose against it. The name "Umuahia", does not exist. What we have is Ibeku, Ubakala, etcetera. There is nothing like Umuahia.

* It is a sad thing that George Floyd died but it is the blackman that killed him. How many times have you seen a whiteman killing a Chinese? Black people are very lazy most especially, in reasoning.

* You have crude oil in your land but it is the whiteman that is in charge of your oil and other resources.

* If you call us secessionists, you are more of a racist. Why must you call Biafrans, secessionists whereas you know that what we are agitating for is our legitimate right?

* How many people protested in Nigeria against the recent killing of 65 persons in Kano and the 80 innocent persons gruesomely killed in Borno?

* The greatest act of racism in Africa, is the creation of states by the white people, changing and eliminating the original indigenous names in Africa. They twisted everything about Africa and it's territory.

* In Biafra, over five million souls were killed and when we talk about it, they will start saying that we are preaching hate. No one has talked about the



killing of over five million Biafrans between 1967 and 1970.

* Let me talk about what is happening in Aso Rock which is under the control of Aisha Buhari.

* Let me tell you the great agents of racists in Nigeria. They are Yakubu Gowon, Fulani cabal who were formerly Kaduna mafia.

* Nigeria is an Islamic country. I was told about this  when I was in detention in Kuje prison. Barack Obama is the number one racist we have. He masterminded the removal of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the former Nigerian President, from office. Obama is the number one chief sponsor of Boko Haran terrorists. He was totally against Jonathan because Jonathan is a Christian.

* The Fulanis advised Goodluck Jonathan to visit Israel for help but on arrival there, he was disappointed. MOSSAD asked him to go back to Nigeria and get consent from Ibrahim Babangida, their representative. On getting to Babangida, Goodluck Jonathan was asked to appoint Ibrahim Sambo Dasuki, a Fulani man, as his National Security Adviser. Jonathan obliged and was further asked by Dasuki to appoint Sanusi Lamido Sanusi on condition, another Fulani Islamist, as the Nigerian Central Bank Governor, for unhindered withdrawals of funds to facilitate acquisition of all military hardwares to combat terrorism which they of course, created. This was aimed at accomplishing the Fulani Islamic agenda unknown, to Dr. Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan. Ibrahim Babangida though retired as a military General and former Nigerian leader, was yet serving as the MOSSAD anchorman in Nigeria even on the wheelchair. Jonathan was frustrated in his innocent bid to procure arms assistance to combat Boko Haram terrorism. Everything I tell you is the gospel truth and I am sure the zoo media agents are paying attention.

* In Nigeria, everything is corrupt and evil, historically and otherwise. The politicians are evil, the Fulanis are evil and everything there is under bondage. The territories and boundaries between the indigenous people across Nigeria have gone wrong. That is why there have been heavy political and ethnic clashes. Individuals masterminded this evil act of artificial boundaries.

* I kept saying it that the only solution is by going  back to who and how we all were before the whiteman came to Africa because Africa has the gift of civilization before the whiteman came.

* Hausa people have the most longest, most flourishing, most colorful, most advanced technological, traditional and rich cultural heritage in the world before they were conquered by the Fulanis. But they do not know who they really are. Britain never wanted you to know who you are. Satan himself, dealth with Britain to destroy your brain. I will help the Hausa people to rediscover the real people they are. We must prepare to defend our land because those that want our population to be reduced, are working very hard.

* I have a few special announcement to make tonight:

1) IPOB has Principle Code of Conduct and I have asked the Directorate of State to publish it. It is our own bible. All the Coordinators in Biafraland must have a copy each. Download it and share to every member of IPOB. The Code of Conduct will guide you to know how IPOB operates because all over the whole world, people are now flooding into IPOB. They have seen the light. We have also set a Conflict Resolution Committee to resolve all issues in IPOB and any decision taken there is final. You do not appeal it. We must begin to put in place, the structures of government we are going to adopt and run in Biafra.

* There are some slight changes in USA. Our new Maryland State Coordinator is Mazi Oliver Obi, his deputy is Mazi Cosmos Jude. There is a place called Maryland PG. The Zonal Coordinator there is Mazi Patrick Ndubuisi. These appointments are with immediate effect. I want to thank all officers that have served in these positions previously. Mazi Chimamkpam did very well and I have another job for him to do and he will do it well.

* Mazi Oliver Obi will replace Mazi Chimamkpam and Chimamkpam will be placed on National Assignment which I will tell him when I come over to USA after this whole Covid-19 Pandemic business.

* The new Maryland Treasurer is Madam Evelyn Onuigwe. The new Financial Secretary is Mazi Jude Nnamdi.

* I am also announcing tonight that IPOB is one family. There is nothing called IPOB-USA North America MD Chapter Incorporated. Those that registered the name should hand over every document to the newly appointed officers.

* Our positions in IPOB are temporary and the only thing that is permanent is IPOB and that is Biafra.

The disgusting and shameless denial of the Nigerian government through the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, about the persistent massacre of Christians in the country is not only criminally ridiculous but self-deceiving. According to him, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), is "waging war against the Nigerian State internationally". This is by every implication, a heartwarming development to Biafrans and a vindication to the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, against the backdrop of questions regarding his dedication and commitment to the Biafra restoration struggle at the international level and the complicit of Nigeria government on the killings of Christians in Nigeria.

Recently, some group of self-acclaimed intellectuals came up with uncanny requests, seeking for audit of IPOB finances regarding the Biafran project. A sane and enlightened individual ought to know the cost implications associated with modem day freedom fighting. Such an undertaking involves wisdom, strength, resilience, uprightness, discipline and strong monetary support. In as much as the restoration struggle as ably and conscientiously championed by IPOB is concerned, the long awaited freedom is guaranteed through God, no matter the diverse evil antics of the enemies who have in no way, contributed one dime to the coffers. Positive achievements have  steadily been recorded on every passing day.

One popular saying reads: "One with God is majority".  It is entirely inconsequential, what the oppressors and detractors engage in against IPOB. The so-called Press Statement of the Nigerian Government on IPOB, described her as "Self-Proclaimed Jews", using Christianity to wage war against the Nigerian State at the international level. Bible reference says: "The heart of the king is in God's hand, and He turns it like water course to whichever direction He wills". The federal government of the enclave called Nigeria, clearly lacks the understanding that Biafrans are on ordained mission by Elohim Himself. Fighting the Biafra restoration is synonymous with throwing a challenge to God who graciously gave the mandate to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to steer the ship. The persistent gruesome massacre of Christians amongst other non-Islamic adherents by the Nigerian State-sponsored Islamic terrorists,  has become so nauseating and grossly unacceptable. For years, the Nigerian government has kept mum over this act of inhumanity lending credence to the assertion that it is heavily funding and equipping the jihadi terrorist groups of the North. There exists absolutely no freedom of religion for non-Islamists in Northern Nigeria. It is therefore indisputably correct to state here that only the Muslims freely exercise the right of religious expression while others are criminally being subjugated to fear, slavery, torture and death.

Garba Shehu and the Aso Rock cabals that have held everyone hostage, are a bunch of hypocrites for shamelessly denying before the world, the steady and horrendous killing of Christians in Nigeria. This has further portrayed the level of disunity and hatred across the country that was founded on lies, deception, religious and ethic bigotry. It is accurately on record, the viral account which stated that "In 2018 alone, more than 5,000 Christians were killed in the whole world and Nigeria accounts for about 3,000. Nigeria by herself, took the statistics of more than half of the number. In 2020, and in the sixth month, about 500 have died already. People are still going to die obviously and it will yet appear as if nothing is happening". The international community for certain, is believed to be closely watching out following the counter-report being dished out by the Nigerian government that is supposedly obligated to provide protection to the people.

In the years past, thousands of innocent Christians particularly with majority of Biafra extraction have been hacked to untimely death by the rampaging Fulani jihadi terrorists (killer herders). Apart from this spate of brutality and impunity, mothers and daughters are being raped by these Fulani vampires in their farmlands and homes, with properties worth fortunes, wantonly destroyed. The Nigerian government yet turns a blind eye to these atrocities because of their sinister agenda to Islamize everyone. Does it then mean that Garba Shehu by every implication is truthful with his jaundiced Presidency Press Statement against the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)"? This is a movement that has been on the frontline of resistance against all forms of injustice, oppression, deprivation and killings in the British enclave called Nigeria.

Garba Shehu claimed that IPOB is lobbying international allies with 85,000 US dollars monthly. Is this sum as claimed, anything compared to the innocent souls the Fulani controlled Nigerian government has been wasting in it's mad bid to keep Nigeria one? And in case it has been forgotten, below are few rooted reports;

* In 2019, The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA), confirmed that about 45% of "Christians killed for their faith around the world came from Nigeria. Of around 3,000 Christian deaths last year,  approximately1,350 were in Nigeria".

* Again in December 2019, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), had reported that "The Islamic State Group has released a video claiming to show the killing of 11 Christians in Nigeria".

* On 1st March 2020, several hundreds of Catholic faithfuls led by the Catholic Bishops of Nigeria stormed the streets of Abuja, Nigeria's capital city, in a peaceful protest against the "brutal killing of innocent Nigerians".

It is therefore ultimately important to use this medium, to call on the International Community, European Union, United Nations and other civilized world organizations, to urgently intervene in the reckless and persistent killing of the innocents in Nigeria. The Nigerian government should be compelled to allow the people freely decide if they want to remain in Nigeria or not.

The irrational denial of Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the Nigerian President on Media and Publicity, of the relentless killing of Christians by the Fulani Islamic terrorists, is but a concocted tale of desperation by the Aso Rock cabals, aimed at distracting and deceiving the world.

The spate of attack targeted against law abiding family members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Delta State has assumed a disturbing dimension. And according to the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, during his live radio Biafra broadcast on Sunday 22nd March 2020, this act of terror orchestrated against law abiding IPOB members in Delta State can no longer be tolerated.

He laid the blame at the doorstep of the State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and the Police Commissioner, Hafiz Mohammed Inuwa. Mazi Nmamdi Kanu pointedly stated: "For those in detention in Delta State, I am holding Ifeanyi Okowa and Fulani terrorists in the Nigerian government responsible".

Detained are:

1) John Chukwuma  (IPOB Delta State Coordinator) 
2) Sunday Ashaka (Public Relations Officer) 
3) Collins Nwuba  Chukwudi
4) Ikechukwu Nwaodo
5) Ogodo Monday

These Biafrans were all arrested last Monday being  16th March 2020. Others include:

1) Nwamiri Chidi   
2) Enyi Friday             
3) Nwaodo Ikechukwu             
4) John Ojike Maduabuchi         
5) EKene Otakpo     
6) Nwamana Chidi (with bullet wound)               
7) John Ibe (already killed)     
8) Enyi Friday and Ojo Ejike were shot and taken away with their motocycles.

Those in custody for three (3) months now are:

1) Nwanze Uchenna
2) Oko Agbor
3) Chukwudi Obiada Michael
4) Aliegbu Obinna

The Delta State Police Command has no other choice than to immediately release these innocent IPOB family members who has committed no crime known to law, from detention.

The military invasion of Afara-Ukwu Ibeku, the home town of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to destabilize the burial right of his Royal Majesty, Eze Israel Okwu Kanu of Afara Ukwu Ibeku in  Ancient Kingdom of Umuahia, Biafra land and his wife Lolo Ugoeze Sally Kanu, is a grave mockery to Igbo tradition. The Nigerian Presidency with the quest to Islamize Nigeria have given directives to Nigerian military to lay siege in the whole of Afara Ukwu Ibeku to  arrest, molest and kill any unarmed IPOB member that will attend the burial. Biafrans in numbers have died in the hands of the Nigerian military that the world should thus, take note of this looming genocide and the insult on the sensibility and dignity of Igbo tradition because IPOB all over the world will join hand with the people of Afara Ukwu Ibeku to bury and mourn the Royal legends accordingly.

The international community (United Nation, Amnesty International, AU, EU), should as a matter of urgency caution Nigerian presidency over the jihadists soldiers to vacate Biafra land (Afara Ukwu Ibeku), to avoid further genocide and brutal military expeditions on the people whose King is to be buried in less than a fortnight.  Without mincing words, the heinous activities of the Nigerian Military in IPOB leader’s Home town is same as urinating on the traditional stool of Igbo race, not minding the fact that the death of His Royal Highness, Eze Israel Okwu Kanu and his wife was as result of the military invasion tagged: " Operation Python Dance II", in the Palace of His Royal Highness on the 14th of September, 2017, which led to the loss of over 28 innocent Biafrans and a security dog. The gruesome massacre intends to repeat on the 14th February, 2020 will be unacceptable by Biafrans.

 The time has come for all Igbo political, socio cultural, opinion and religious leaders to rise and reject the military occupation of Afara Ukwu Ibeku community especially now that they are in mourning mood over the sudden death of their King courtesy of the Nigerian military brutality.  It is the height of insult to the Igbo race that such a military presence is laying siege of a community where a monarch is to be buried within the next few days. It’s obviously known that His Royal Majesty, Eze Israel Okwu is one of the first class Chief among the traditional rulers in Nigeria. Imagine what would have happen supposed such uninvited military siege invade the burial preparations of Emir of Kano or Emir of Zazzau, accorded the same traditional position as that of  Eze Okwu Kanu in Igbo land before his death. Let it however, be known to the world that the Nigerian government is presently provoking Biafran youths to armed conflict.

This particular case, practically will be different from other cases Biafrans would be killed and nothing will happen. The betrayal of any Igbo politicians will not be tolerated because over the years, the treachery, selfishness and sabotage among the Igbo political leaders have ridiculed Igbos in the Nigeria federation controlled by Fulani cabals.  It’s really a time to say "Enough is Enough", to the Nigeria Islamic government. This is not about the IPOB leader, Mazi NnamdiKanu or the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) but to respect the dignity of Biafrans. Any military still parading in Afara Ukwu Ibeku, to disturb the upcoming burial right will not be entertained lightly. The Nigerian government is advised to relocate the jihadists’ soldiers to Borno, Yobe, Adamawa, Sambisa forest to face Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen and ISWAP, terrorizing and killing people with impunity.

The international community must prevail on this, for the Nigeria government to respect Igbo tradition and dignity of the people by withdrawing those bloody soldiers from AfaraUkwu, to enable the family of His Royal Highness bury their parents in peace.  Burying of the dead however, has never being a call for war. And there is no form of threat to peace and tranquility anywhere in Biafra land as the land remain peaceful and will continue to be the most peaceful place under heaven devoid of any violent crime except few criminal activities of Nigerian Army, police and Fulani herdsmen terrorists in the region courtesy of  road blocks extortion and senseless killings of law abiding citizens by both Nigerian soldiers and police SARS at their different outpost in Biafra land.

The situation had not changed appreciably by the 2000s. Harff, again excluded the 1966 massacres from her survey of genocide and political mass murder since 1955 because the government was not complicit in killings carried out by private groups and again she omitted the subsequent war and famine. No mention was made of the Nigeria–Biafra war in the canonical century of genocide anthology in 2004, nor in the fourth edition of 2013, although the third edition (2009) contained a chapter with few paragraphs on the war in relation to undefeated perpetrator regimes. Ben Kiernan’s mammoth, prize-winning world history of genocide, makes no mention of Biafra despite purporting to cover ‘genocide and extermination from Sparta to Darfur’. Neither does it appear in new books on ‘forgotten’ and ‘hidden’ genocides, if at all, it is briefly mentioned in passing, as in Benjamin Valentino’s monograph on mass killing and genocide in the twentieth century and Philip Spencer’s Genocide since 1945. Usually, genocide scholars do not even list Biafra among the cases excluded from their definition of genocide.

The exclusion of the Biafran case from genocide studies has been virtually as complete as it has been unnoticed. Until the Bosnian and Rwandan cases of 1994, the canonical genocides were the Holocaust and the Armenian genocide. The first comparative genocide studies conference, held in Israel in 1982, was limited to these cases. This selection can perhaps be explained by the biographies of the founding generation of genocide scholars, who were in the main Holocaust survivors or their children, Israelis and Armenians. Yet, as Melson’s journey indicates, the Holocaust was not the initial focus. It was too traumatic to write about the Holocaust early in his life, he wrote later. The interest in post-colonial Africa functioned as a displacement.

As did so many of my generation growing up in the late 1950s and 1960s, I had hoped that Africa, the so called Third World, would avoid the recent horrors of Europe. The Biafran case spurred him less to explore contemporary Africa and similar contemporary cases. However, than to go back in time, I knew I had to return to the Holocaust to try to make sense of it both at the level of personal emotion and in some broader comparative intellectual perspective.120 Europe’s traumatic past, then, led to a commitment to post-colonial reconstruction and then back to the Holocaust when these hopes for the new post-colonial nation states were dashed. After spending 1977 in Jerusalem, overlooking the occupied Judean desert and Dead Sea from the Hebrew University’s elevated campus, he decided to work on the Holocaust and became a charter member of the Jewish studies programme at his home institution, Purdue University in Indiana, USA making a case to compare to the Holocaust, Melson settled on Armenia rather than Biafra—or Cambodia—because it most resembled [the Holocaust]. 122 Fein, too, had initially written about colonial violence after a period of anti-Vietnam war activism before rediscovering her Jewish identity while living in India in the early 1970s and resolving to work on the Holocaust, anti-Semitism genocide and refugees.

In a very concrete sense, the canonization of the Holocaust and Armenian genocide came at the conceptual expense of Biafra and other so-called partial colonial and post-colonial genocides. From the massacre of the Igbos at Kano, Nigeria in 1953 after an uprising of indigenes against Easterners to the pogroms of 1966, a systematic attempt was made to exterminate Easterners, including women and children.

It was estimated that between 36,000 and 42,000 Easterners where killed in the pogroms. Over a million Igbos died as a result of these pogroms and the war itself. Indeed, if it is difficult to establish motives and intent to commit genocide against the Igbos in earlier massacres, it is less so with the hostilities of 1966 and the official war broke out 1967. The deliberate policy of starving the civilian population of Biafra, the bombing of civilian targets, the gruesome and barbaric methods of killing Biafran civilians were clearly planned and executed with the intent of annihilating them. Evidence of substantial motivation and incitement to commit the crime of genocide laced the speeches by Northern intellectuals, bureaucrats and politicians.

There was genocide against the Igbo people. Just as Frederick Forsyth said: "What is truly shameful is that this was not done by savages but aided and assisted at every stage by Oxbridge-educated British mandarins. Why? Did they love the corruption-driven, dictator-prone Nigeria? No. From start to finish, it was to cover up that the UK’s assessment of the Nigerian situation was an enormous judgemental screw-up. And, worse with neutrality and diplomacy from London, it could all have been avoided.
Biafra is little discussed in the UK these days – a conflict overshadowed geopolitically by the Vietnam War, which raged at the same time. Yet, the sheer nastiness of the British establishment during those three years, remains a source of deep shame that we should never forget".

Urgent Intervention Call By Non-Indigenous Landlords In Umuebule Community In Igweocha

Landlords and tenants in Umuebule community in Igweocha (Rivers state), Biafraland, are seriously calling for the urgent intervention of the Rivers State Governor, Barrister Nyesom Ezebunwo Wike, Human Rights Organisations amongst others, to immediately intervene in the forceful demolition exercise embarked on in the community. The exercise affects residential homes, shops as well as confiscation of landed properties by the new leadership of the community. The aforementioned properties were legitimately acquired from the paramount ruler of Umuebule, His Royal Highness (HRH) late Eze Sunday Njoku and other indigenes, years ago.

The current leadership of the community under His Royal Highness (HRH) James Chisom Nwagwu (Ochimba 1), has embarked on anti-non indigenous land owners especially the Igbos who legally bought and developed those properties from the former paramount ruler, to either re-purchase them or stand the risk of outright dispossession/demolition. As of the time of filing in this report, it was reliably gathered that the demolition exercise embarked on by the community youths commenced since Thursday 16th January, 2020. These community youths are being escorted in this dastardly act by men of the Nigerian police force stationed in Umuebule and officers drawn from Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), who are equally arresting their victims. Pictorial evidences were taken for the public to see the level of barbarism and wickedness being meted on the properties owners.

Increased investigations are on by Family Writers Press International, to really ascertain the root cause of this act by the new leadership of Umuebule community against law abiding non-indigenous properties owners. There is also this information that Umuebule had earlier before now, dragged Okrika community to Customary Court in it's reclamation bid over a plantation area stretching from Omoh junction to water fronts. The community was awarded victory over Okrika community in that instance. The current Umuebule leadership now feels emboldened and is therefore using the opportunity to demolish structures not only in the plantation area, but other properties beyond. More demolitions according to information gathered, will take place from Monday 3rd February 2020.

Concerned authorities have to immediately intervene to avert the escalation of wanton destruction of people's properties and even lost of life in Umuebule community. This wave of unwarranted lawlessness and oppression by the new leadership under HRH Eze James Chisom Nwagwu (Ochimba 1), must not be allowed to continue.

The North could have destroyed Amotekun if not for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's timely and fearless reaction. I know some unthinking lots will ask why am I attributing this to the IPOB leader. But you just need to hear me out.

Before now, the North have been using both the West and East anyhow they want. After using the Yoruba, they turn to Ndi Igbo and start using them. Ndigbo will gladly accept it and tell the Yoruba that they also did same. That it is now their turn to enjoy the backside of the Fulani. This is perfectly engineered by the Fulani using the leaders of both regions. The people remain powerless and can't question them. It has been this way for the past 50years.

The last ploy of the Fulani was the using of the Yoruba in 2015 to oust the government of Goodluck Jonathan. Something that didn't bring only destruction of the economy, but also destroyed countless lives.

With the setting up of Amotekun by the Yoruba, the Federal government of Nigeria, using their normal tactics through Miyetti Allah terrorist group, wanted to use the Igbo to fight Amotekun, but failed. Earlier before now, they would have just gone directly to Igbo political leaders and they will start making statements against the security outfit, and the Fulani will then crush them. A support of the Igbo to the Fulani will crush the Yoruba, just like in 1966 where the support of the Yoruba to the Fulani gave them the assurance to wage war against Biafra.

The coming of Mazi Nnamdi Nnamdi Kanu has depleted the powers of Igbo politicians. They are even afraid to make useless statements for their slave masters. The IPOB leader has created much awareness, awoken lots of people and exposed Igbo leaders and the game of slavery they play with the Fulani. The Fulani hegemony know it is all over. The days of using Igbo people are gone, thanks to IPOB leader. Their plan to remind Ndigbo how the West disenfranchised them and promised to throw them into the lagoon didn't work.

Moreover, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu already pledged support for Amotekun and even promised 1 million IPOB members. This show of solidarity is something the caliphate can't overlook, hence the agreement to formalize Amotekun. The question is; Will Yoruba refuse to be used when their own time comes?

The President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Rev. Dr Samson Supo Ayokunle in reaction to the murder of a church leader, Reverend Lawan Andimi in Adamawa State by the insurgent group, Boko Haram said “almost losing hope in the government’s ability to protect Nigerians especially Christians”. Andimi while in captivity made a passionate appeal to the leadership of his church and the Federal Government to come to his rescue.

CAN claimed in a statement made available to the media that “the Church did everything within her reach to secure the safe release of this pastor gentleman but it was not possible because they didn’t have the military power to do so. “Just last Sunday, a clergyman, Rev Denis Bagauri was murdered by unknown gunmen in his residence at Mayo Belwa of Adamawa State. “The Church views the unabated kidnappings, extortions and killings of Christians and innocent Nigerians as shameful to the government that each time boasts that it has conquered insurgency.

“It is reprehensible and saddening that each time the government comes out to claim the defeat of the insurgency, more killings of our people are committed.

The Boko Haram sect has reportedly executed Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Michika Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Lawan Andimi.

This was made known on Tuesday by Ahmed Salkida, a journalist known to have access to Boko Haram.

He tweeted: “To break some news items can traumatize. I’m battling with one of such. Reverend Andimi, abducted by Boko Haram was executed yesterday. Rev. Andimi was a church leader, a father to his children and the community he served. My condolences go to his family.”

DAILY POST had reported that Lawan Andimi, was declared missing on Saturday, January 3rd.

Andimi’s disappearance followed a foiled attack on Michika Local Government Area in Adamawa by Boko Haram.

In a video, Andimi, while pleading with the authorities commended his captors for treating him well.


He urged his family members to pray for his release, adding that if he is not released, maybe it is the will of God.

Andimi said, “I have never being discouraged because all condition that one finds himself is in the hand of God.

“God who makes them to take care of me and to leave my life will still work and he will touch them.


“I’m appealing to my colleagues, referends particularly my President, and my Governor for my release.

“These people have been doing me well, they provide my every need, they haven’t done anything wrong to me so I believe that God

 who made them to act in such a way to me will make all arrangement for me to leave here.

“By the grace of God, I will be together with my wife and children. If the opportunity is not granted, maybe it is the will of God.

“I urge you all to be patient, don’t cry, don’t worry but thank God for everything.”

The women wing of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), in Afikpo North local government area of Ebonyi State, on Thursday 16th January 2020, held their first meeting for the year. The meeting was organized to evaluate their past performances and as  an avenue to fire them up for the tasks ahead in the Biafra restoration struggle.

Fully present in the meeting were the executive committee members. Also physically present were the Ebonyi State women leader, Lolo Chioma Iwuala, the Senatorial Women Leader, Odoziaku Florence Onuh and the Senatorial Coordinator, Mazi Oko Elijah.

Welcoming the participants, the Ebonyi State women Leader, Lolo Chioma Iwuala really expressed joy for their sacrifices and enjoined the Senatorial Women Leader to expedite action in the mobilization effort. She stated that women remain essential tools in the Biafra restoration project. She thanked the Senatorial Coordinator, Mazi Oko Elijah for his foresight and steadfastness in ensuring that IPOB within his jurisdiction, remains formidable and focused.

Responding, Mazi Oko Elijah reminded the women that much were yet being expected from them. He encouraged them to imbibe the spirit of  the 1929 Aba Women protesters in our time, informing them that the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu yet expects their right defiance, strength and doggedness in the struggle.

In her speech, the Senatorial Women Leader, Odoziaku Florence Onuh, heartily thanked her special guest, Lolo Chioma Iwuala for physically being present, declaring her as a virtuous mother who has the interest of Biafra freedom at heart. Who made them the mouthpiece of other indigenous nations entrapped in the Nigerian contraption? Their shameless and unwarranted rascality under the umbrella of NORTHERN YOUTHS COALITION has positioned them as disgusting ranters against the just and commendable establishment of Oduduwa National Security Outfit codenamed: "Operation Amotekun" by the six Executive Governors of the Oduduwa Nation (so-called South-West), lumped together in an unworkable entity christened Nigeria.

The Arewa Youths Coalition should start talking about how to make their own National Police or Security Outfit known as "Hisbah Sharia Police" which is already effectively operational, stronger for greater productivity. This body should concern itself with modalities of arresting the deteriorating security situation in Northern Nigeria rather than unnecessarily busying itself with the affairs of Oduduwa nation regarding security control. It is currently obvious that the Nigerian government seems interested in the security of the citizens. The primary reason behind the formation of Hisbah Sharia Police in a supposed secular society like Nigeria, hinges perhaps on either the general loss of hope in the Nigerian security agencies or it is subtle enthronement of Islamic expansionist domination in the country. Whatever could be the exact drive behind the establishment of such an Islamic security outfit in Northern Nigeria however, should be their sole business within that region. Same way, the establishment of"Amotekun Security Outfit" by the Oduduwa nation (South-West Nigeria), should also exclusively have this as their own concern.

Arewa Youths whose mischievous rascality is gradually dragging their valued credentials to a designate status of a terrorist organization before the global community, should humbly and immediately distance themselves from the affairs of the Yorubas (Oduduwas) because the six governors, socio-political/cultural organisations of the region, have irreversibly taken the just decision to establish this well deserved regional security outfit against all odds. If however, there should be any group of people whom the Arewa Youths should be wagging their tongues against at the moment, it should be the Igbo (South-East) governors and their Ohaneze Ndigbo socio-cultural accomplices who chose to be traitors for self-serving interests instead of protecting and fighting for the well-being of their people with notable security outfit in the mold of "Operation Amotekun". The Arewa Youths should leave the Yoruba leaders and Operation Amotekun Initiative alone. What the Yoruba leaders have courageously done is worthy of commendation from all decent beings even globally because the security of their region and people is of primary important than partisan politics amongst other interests.

Oduduwa National Security Amotekun

Igbo leaders in Biafra nation should all in humility, learn from the outstanding leadership of stewardship so encouragingly exhibited by these Yoruba leaders. It is important to state here that, if not for the gallantry of the Volunteer Forces of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), that are combing the bushes and forests in Biafraland to ensure watertight security of lives, properties and livelihood of urban dwellers even without any form of government support, the entire Biafraland would have been overran by these cultureless, ravaging, terroristic, nomadic aliens from the Sahel region of Africa. Therefore, Arewa Youths should totally stay off from anything relating to the security of ancestral lands whenever the government of states of any region with particular reference to Oduduwa and Biafra regions choose to arise from whatever that held them bound in defense of their heritage. Most assuredly, it can never ever be the same again.

We the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great and indomitable leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu commend South West governors, elders, stakeholders and politicians for their doggedness and courage to protect their people and their region from the evil hands of Fulani terrorists herdsmen and Nigeria government jihadi soldiers- the systematic strategy and effort of the ruling Fulani cabal to continually provide financial and logistical support to Fulani terrorists and Islamic extremists in military and police uniforms to rampage and kill innocent citizens at will.

This is not the first time in recent weeks that our leader's position and approach has been vindicated by events and utterances from other ethnic groups within Nigeria. The inescapable truth remains that Bishop Kukah's commendable utterances about the Jihadi intent of the present regime in Nigeria and formation of a Yoruba vigilante by OPC are all lines of reasoning and event consistently canvassed and championed by IPOB in the past. The fact remains that Nigeria as presently constituted is the greatest threat to life and peace.

The Yoruba decision and effort to launch Operation Amotekun security outfit just like our leader launched BSS in 2017 is most commendable. What we find horribly appalling however is that those who were at the forefront of misrepresenting and condemning our leader for having the vision and foresightedness to challenge Fulani terrorism in Nigeria are today praise singing the introduction of Amotekun. Even the shamelessly treacherous Ohaneze Ndigbo and South East Governors Forum that actively connived with their Fulani masters to launch a deadly military invasion of Biafraland on the back of the launch of BSS are today openly praising Yoruba leaders for backing OPC's Amotekun project when they themselves heartlessly sold out IPOB for a pot of porridge.

Nothwithstanding the barefaced envy and jealousy directed towards IPOB by the Efulefu political class and sections of uninformed talking heads, we IPOB are delighted that we continue to set the pace of radical thinking and social change within and outside Nigeria. IPOB wholeheartedly welcome Amotekun and say good morning to those who out of ignorance, poor sense of vision, lack of reasoning and self consuming jealousy fought against the formation BSS. They should cover their faces in shame if they have any face left after this.

We believe the time has come for all those who ignorantly questioned the modus operadi of IPOB and the vision of Biafra liberation as boldly preached by our leader to tender an unreserved public apology. History and events have continued to vindicate IPOB and its methods. The time has come for every sensible person and ethnic group to swallow their shame and publicly acknowledge that IPOB is always right.

Now that South-West Governors and politicians have openly and commendably armed and supported OPC militants to defend Yorubaland isn't this a clear indication that the black market and thoughtless proscription of IPOB by Fulani government supported by Ohaneze Ndigbo, South-East Governors and Lagos/Abuja politicians only succeeded in making the entire Eastern region a fertile ground for Fulani Jihadi expansionism and impetus for Miyetti Allah terrorism and territorial expasion? IPOB remains the one and only movement psychologically designed and primed to defend the entire East against any aggression from Fulani terrorists. This too is an inescapable fact.

It is about time people acknowledged openly and without shame that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is always right.

I have stayed and read yet another prophecy coming from Rev Father Ejike Mbaka, the Catholic Priest from Enugu state, and I made a solemn decision not to keep quiet. Not in a time when supposedly top men of God has started collaborating with the politicians to fool, rubbish, intimidate, dribble and impoverish the masses for their selfish gain.

I know that Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka has sent the Holy Spirit against those that will come after him for the prophecy he delivered. To Father Mbaka I say this, Holy Spirit isn't your personal property. You don't threaten or order the Holy Spirit about. You don't threaten people, at least not people like me with a dealing from God. God doesn't have anything to do with  the untruthful. We don't fear such threats and can't fail to stand tall in truth just because of your move to cow the gullibles.

I have tried to alert the people on the dubious collaboration of the Men of Stomachs masquerading as Men of God with dirty and evil politicians, but our people have continuously failed to listen. Each time, they tell you to judge not, or touch not God's anointed and His prophet do no harm. Who said telling a Pastor or a Priest the TRUTH or correcting him is harming him or judging him? Why have the people decided to live in gullibility, allowing the politicians to continue leading astray Men Of God?
Personally, I have a problem with Karl Max line that accused Religion as the Opium Of the Masses. I rather see ignorance as the biggest culprit here and not religion. In our deepest ignorance, we have encouraged magicians to transform into MEN OF GOD controlling big Churches and aiding the wicked politicians in the subjugation of the people.

In 2015, Rev Father Ejike Mbaka came with a prophecy that Buhari is a God-sent. A Messiah that will wipe the tears of Nigerians. He then started a campaign of calumny against the then sitting President Goodluck Jonathan. He called him a devilish corrupt killer of the Nigeria people. He said Buhari will win. The millions of gullible Christians who will rather believe anything silly simply because it is coming from a man of God believed the stage-managed prophecy. Many gave their support for General Muhammadu Buhari.

All efforts made by people like us to educate the people and avert the impending disaster yielded no fruit. We urged them to embrace history and see that Muhammadu Buhari is simply a rusted antiquity that can only be good for a museum, but they chose to listen to Pastors and Priests who have sold their consciences over monetary gains. From Lagos, Kaduna to Enugu, prophecies were being dished out in favor of APC. Finally, the massive rigging of APC was seen by majority of gullible Christians as a prophecy that came to fulfillment. They refused to see the real game going on behind their back, between APC and those they revered as Men Of God. At last, Buhari won, not because God wanted it; He won because the top men of God both in Catholic and Pentecostal denominations played a mind game on Nigerians. The gullibility of Nigerians simply complimented their rigging.

Today, the coming of APC has appeared terribly worse than PDP's 16years. Thousands of people have died, not just in the hands of Boko Haram terrorists alone, but also in the hands of Nigeria military and police. Under APC, IPOB peaceful protesters were killed. More than 300 Shiite Muslims were murdered in one night by Nigeria military. Under APC, Nigeria Air force have bombed IDP camps killing thousands of Nigerians. Fulani Herdsmen have been empowered by the Federal government and they have been killing and sacking villages. From herdsmen, they transformed into Bandits and kept killing and kidnapping. Millions of Nigerians also lost their jobs and businesses because of the useless economic policies of APC government. Hunger became the lots of Nigerians while the politicians kept donating to these end-time pastors.

While these were happening, non of those stomach selfish pastors that saw a Messiah in Buhari ever complained or condemned the atrocities perpetrated by APC government. Rev Fr Ejike mbaka lost his voice. He no more see evil nor hear evil. Fulani herdsmen even went to Enugu State, killed a Catholic Seminarian and priest, yet the 2014/15 outspoken priest only uttered a deafening silence. We are no fools and not all of us are gullible.

Today, 2020, he is back with yet another prophecy. APC will takeover Imo, he foretold in his New Year Message.

I am no PDP member, neither am I a fan of Governor Ihedioha, but as an activist and indigene of Imo state, I know that APC as a party is abhorred by many Ndi Imo. So tell me from where is this prophecy coming from? Has God started condoning rigging, lies and evil? The Truth is that there is no prophecy from God other than a collaboration between Fr Mbaka, APC candidate Hope Uzodimma, and APC Federal government. But even if God revealed to a man of God about an evil about to happen, isn't it proper the man of God call for prayers against it. Has APC not proven to be evil?

These collaborators are once again working on the gullible ignorant minds of the people. The APC government has already mapped out plans on how to take over Imo state through the Court. Probably, they will cancel the election through the Court and order a rerun, which no matter what you do, APC will go on to win. Or more still they will persuade Ihedioha to join APC. This is the plan which they are about to hatch using a Catholic priest. They know Imo state is mainly Catholics, hence the use of a Catholic priest. If it were to be in Lagos, there will be a Pentecostal Pastor to be used. I envisage these greedy men trying to destabilize Imo State. Gov Ihedioha might not be the best, but he didn't start badly. The question is why is a Catholic Priest aiding politicians to destabilize Imo State?

The collaboration between men of God and dirty politicians didn't start today. Many of these top men of God are working against the people. Most of these prophecies are given to them by politicians who will in turn send a journalist to carry it. Most of these pastors are conduit pipes from which many politicians launder money.

This is why I must encourage the people to sit up against these men of stomach. Shun ignorance and embrace reason. This is the same game they play to stop the freedom of the people of God. A word is enough for the wise.

IPOB FAMILY UNIT INAUGURATED AT ASAGHA-AMANGU IN AFIKPO-SOUTH LGA, EBONYI STATE, BIAFRALAND

The Biafra restoration message is progressively and steadily spreading across Ebonyi State as additional family unit of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), got duly inaugurated at Asagha-Amangu in Afikpo South local government area of Ebonyi State.

The exercise which took place on Tuesday 31st December 2019, witnessed the physical presence of both the Senatorial Coordinator, Mazi Elijah Oko and the Mobilization Officer, Mazi Igwe Johnson. It was an event full of excitement as it turned out to be one of the best in Afikpo in recent times. The indigenes gracefully embraced the restoration struggle, stating that the sacrifices of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and those of his late parents will never ever go in vain.

The newly appointed local government coordinator, Mazi Arua Eze in his appreciation speech, thanked the Senatorial leadership for the swift response accorded, maintaining that the life of Biafrans remains worthless without their freedom. He equally called on the brethren at the coastal areas of Biafraland, to hastily queue IPOB before it becomes late.

The Mobilization Officer, Mazi Igwe Johnson reiterated his earlier promise of ensuring that additional IPOB family units are established in every nook and cranny of the senatorial zone. He urged the newly inaugurated leadership in Afikpo South to strictly adhere to IPOB clearly stipulated rules and regulations,  assuring that the freedom of Biafra and her people remains the only option left for the Nigerian government.

AMBAZONIAN REFUGEE CAMP LOCATED IN OGOJA, BIAFRALAND, INDICATES THAT IPOB'S PEACEFUL AGITATION OPTION REMAINS THE BEST APPROACH

Ambazonians numbering over two hundred thousand (200,000) from the troubled Southern Cameroon, presently settle in Adagon community in Ogoja local government area of Cross River State, Biafraland, as refugees. They have been in this location for safety and security for the past twenty (20) months. They have been there through the instrumentality of the Nigerian government and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). An estimated landscape of over four hundred (400) hectares belonging to the indigenous land owners of Adagon and Ndok, both in Ogoja local government area, was given out for their settlement.

On investigation by Family Writers Press International,  lots of useful information were gathered, regarding this refugee camping project. The portion of land given out followed an agreement reached with the traditional rulers of both Ndok and Adagon autonomous communities. Our correspondent reliably confirmed the signatory documents legalising the said agreement of the indigenous landowners.

It took the resilience and courage of FWP correspondent to take a practical tour of the Ambazonian refugee camp to ascertain both the affairs/ management of the settled large Ambazonian population from Southern Cameroon.

Interviews conducted with few   of the refugees, clearly revealed their plight. They expressed concern over the dehumanizing living conditions and misery which they were subjected to as a people in the hands of the Cameroonian soldiers. They regretted engaging in an ill-prepared armed struggle in their agitation for independence which unfortunately has claimed the lives of over tens of thousands of Ambazonians. Families have been displaced, resulting in the colossal destructions of Southern Cameroon. The refugees maintained that President Paul Biya  blatantly disrespects the rule of law which has precipitated the gross abuse of international laws guiding human rights. The worst of it all that has happened to us, is our ill-preparedness for armed agitation through the use of guns and bullets against a well equipped Cameroonian military. "We lack support from the international community. Only recently did United Nations offered us opportunity as they identified just few of us as Internally Displaced Persons (IDP). They gave us refuge within this part of Ogoja, Cross River State".

Further investigations by Family Writers Press International, on the Ambazonian experience, form veritable ingredients in the education of IPOB family members in particular and Biafrans generally, that the adopted approach of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, in the Biafra restoration struggle remains the best option suitable in black Africa. IPOB in it's finest but ferocious diplomatic approach, has recorded enormous successes ever to be known in self-deception efforts in African history.

It is therefore advisable that Biafrans in entirety, should continually exhibit total resoluteness, support and loyalty to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Meanwhile, there lies quite a lot of lessons to learn from the mistakes of other nations that are clamoring for freedom through violent means. Recall that IPOB has become phenomenal and the most peaceful/enlightened grassroot indigenous agitators the world over. It has garnered for itself, this enviable status due to it's unwavering knowledge and compliance with the United Nations laws guiding self-determination. It must also be stated here that Nigeria, Britain and wider global community should understand that if Biafrans decide to explore the option of violence, the events of 1967/1970 in Nigeria, will be a child's play. The Fulani oligarchy and all their accomplices can never fathom what will eventually befall them.

The resolve of IPOB must never ever be undermined by anyone!
