I Wonder Why Genocidal Scholars Omit Biafra Genocide In Their Articles (Part 3)

I Wonder Why Genocidal Scholars Omit Biafra Genocide In Their Articles (Part 3)
Biafran refugees flee federal Nigerian troops on a road near Ogbaku, Nigeria in this 1968 photo. Between one and three million people are estimated to have died. (AP Photo/Kurt Strumpf)

The situation had not changed appreciably by the 2000s. Harff, again excluded the 1966 massacres from her survey of genocide and political mass murder since 1955 because the government was not complicit in killings carried out by private groups and again she omitted the subsequent war and famine. No mention was made of the Nigeria–Biafra war in the canonical century of genocide anthology in 2004, nor in the fourth edition of 2013, although the third edition (2009) contained a chapter with few paragraphs on the war in relation to undefeated perpetrator regimes. Ben Kiernan’s mammoth, prize-winning world history of genocide, makes no mention of Biafra despite purporting to cover ‘genocide and extermination from Sparta to Darfur’. Neither does it appear in new books on ‘forgotten’ and ‘hidden’ genocides, if at all, it is briefly mentioned in passing, as in Benjamin Valentino’s monograph on mass killing and genocide in the twentieth century and Philip Spencer’s Genocide since 1945. Usually, genocide scholars do not even list Biafra among the cases excluded from their definition of genocide.

The exclusion of the Biafran case from genocide studies has been virtually as complete as it has been unnoticed. Until the Bosnian and Rwandan cases of 1994, the canonical genocides were the Holocaust and the Armenian genocide. The first comparative genocide studies conference, held in Israel in 1982, was limited to these cases. This selection can perhaps be explained by the biographies of the founding generation of genocide scholars, who were in the main Holocaust survivors or their children, Israelis and Armenians. Yet, as Melson’s journey indicates, the Holocaust was not the initial focus. It was too traumatic to write about the Holocaust early in his life, he wrote later. The interest in post-colonial Africa functioned as a displacement.

As did so many of my generation growing up in the late 1950s and 1960s, I had hoped that Africa, the so called Third World, would avoid the recent horrors of Europe. The Biafran case spurred him less to explore contemporary Africa and similar contemporary cases. However, than to go back in time, I knew I had to return to the Holocaust to try to make sense of it both at the level of personal emotion and in some broader comparative intellectual perspective.120 Europe’s traumatic past, then, led to a commitment to post-colonial reconstruction and then back to the Holocaust when these hopes for the new post-colonial nation states were dashed. After spending 1977 in Jerusalem, overlooking the occupied Judean desert and Dead Sea from the Hebrew University’s elevated campus, he decided to work on the Holocaust and became a charter member of the Jewish studies programme at his home institution, Purdue University in Indiana, USA making a case to compare to the Holocaust, Melson settled on Armenia rather than Biafra—or Cambodia—because it most resembled [the Holocaust]. 122 Fein, too, had initially written about colonial violence after a period of anti-Vietnam war activism before rediscovering her Jewish identity while living in India in the early 1970s and resolving to work on the Holocaust, anti-Semitism genocide and refugees.

In a very concrete sense, the canonization of the Holocaust and Armenian genocide came at the conceptual expense of Biafra and other so-called partial colonial and post-colonial genocides. From the massacre of the Igbos at Kano, Nigeria in 1953 after an uprising of indigenes against Easterners to the pogroms of 1966, a systematic attempt was made to exterminate Easterners, including women and children.

It was estimated that between 36,000 and 42,000 Easterners where killed in the pogroms. Over a million Igbos died as a result of these pogroms and the war itself. Indeed, if it is difficult to establish motives and intent to commit genocide against the Igbos in earlier massacres, it is less so with the hostilities of 1966 and the official war broke out 1967. The deliberate policy of starving the civilian population of Biafra, the bombing of civilian targets, the gruesome and barbaric methods of killing Biafran civilians were clearly planned and executed with the intent of annihilating them. Evidence of substantial motivation and incitement to commit the crime of genocide laced the speeches by Northern intellectuals, bureaucrats and politicians.

There was genocide against the Igbo people. Just as Frederick Forsyth said: "What is truly shameful is that this was not done by savages but aided and assisted at every stage by Oxbridge-educated British mandarins. Why? Did they love the corruption-driven, dictator-prone Nigeria? No. From start to finish, it was to cover up that the UK’s assessment of the Nigerian situation was an enormous judgemental screw-up. And, worse with neutrality and diplomacy from London, it could all have been avoided.
Biafra is little discussed in the UK these days – a conflict overshadowed geopolitically by the Vietnam War, which raged at the same time. Yet, the sheer nastiness of the British establishment during those three years, remains a source of deep shame that we should never forget".

In all, I would say big thanks to Chima J. Korieh for his write-ups about Biafra genocide which I found useful and needed to increase the tempo.

ROTIMI CHIBUIKE AMAECHI, A REPROBATE SON OF IGWEOCHA

ROTIMI CHIBUIKE AMAECHI, A REPROBATE SON OF IGWEOCHA

The mind is that faculty of man by which he is able to distinguish between good and evil. It is that faculty of man by which he can distinguish between truth and lie, between righteousness and unrighteousness. Not only does the mind distinguish, but it also has the faculty that counsels the will. We might say that the mind is our moral attorney. It tells us what we should do and what we should not do. This is the function of the mind. But a reprobate mind is sold out. It refers to a mind that has been put to the test and has failed. It is a mind that has been condemned and rejected. It is a mind that does not function properly. The proper function of the mind would be to distinguish between what is good and what is evil. Having distinguished between what is good and what is evil, it is the function of the mind to persuade the will to determine that which is good. The function of the mind is not only to distinguish between good and evil, it is also to persuade the will to determine what is according to the will of God.

A reprobate mind functions perversely. Supposed that one must give testimony in a certain case. A reprobate mind distinguishes between what is the truth and what is the lie concerning this case. But at the same time this mind compiles all kinds of lies and persuades the will to tell that which is the lie. That is a reprobate mind. A reprobate mind is a mind that distinguishes between good and evil, but persuades one to determine that which is evil. Of this mind the apostle is speaking.

I could not imagine what was promised to Rotimi Amaechi that would make him kill fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters in the name of election
He killed his own blood for APC to win. You will be more surprised to know that the Nigerian Army which supposed to be the first law keeper is the one supervising the dastardly killings. Since he thought it foolish to acknowledge God, He abandoned him to his foolish thinking and let him do things that should never be done. His life became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, maliciousness and gossip. He is a backstabber, hater of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They invent new ways of sinning, and they disobey their parents. They refuse to understand, they break their promises, are heartless, and have no mercy.

A reprobate, debase or foolish mind does not only include a sexually perverted mind or a mind without God but also a mind with the following attributes: wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarrelling, deception, malicious behaviour, gossip, backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, boastful, disobedience to parents, Refusing to understand the truth of Gods word, breaking promises, heartless or lack of conscience, merciless, one who is ruined; one who has made moral shipwreck.

But it would not be a surprise to see Amaechi behaving this way, when a full grown man woke up one day and decided to change his name to look more original, yes, I know Rotimi was never an Igbo name but he added it to his name to make him more of Yoruba than Igbo, because as for him Igbo is not worthy to be his clan.

To this reprobate mind, God gave him over. This “giving over” is not meant in a passive sense. The word does not mean, “to let go.” God cannot let things go. A God who lets things go, we do not fear. But the word means that God takes the sinner and delivers him up to corruption, or to change the figure, pushes him down from corruption to corruption.

God is the doom of the sinner.

When they say that God gave man over to a reprobate mind, that is, when God gave him over to such moral judgment, the meaning is not that God made his judgment corrupt. His judgment is already corrupt. The mind is already corrupt, when man refuses to glorify and thank God. It is already the judgment of a reprobate mind that changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image of corruptible man and of beasts. God had already given him over, when he fell into all kinds of bestiality. But the text means that God gave man over to bear the fruit of sin to its fullest extent in every relation of life.

There is a working of God in man’s soul, in his mind, in his will, in his desires. This working is a working of wrath. God works in his mind in wrath. In what way? He causes his mind to bear all the possible fruits of sin. Just as the scripture said, God gave man over to a reprobate mind. The result is that he begins to bear every possible fruit of corruption, so that he becomes filled with every possible unrighteousness. He does not become totally corrupt. The result is what we saw at Igweocha during some weeks back, Igweocha people were being killed like fowls for no reason. But he bears every possible fruit of unrighteousness.

Rotimi Amaechi fought with all his strength to win Igweocha for APC but God totally disgraced and disregarded him, he even lost in his own pooling to tell him he is a disgrace to his people. When God influences the thistle, it bears fruit. When God influences the good tree, it brings forth good fruit. When He influences the corrupt tree, it brings forth corrupt fruit. When God influences the sinner, he becomes filled with every form of unrighteousness.

May God help!

BETWEEN THE ACTORS AND THE GOSSIPS

BETWEEN THE ACTORS AND THE GOSSIPS

The short memory of Nigerians is becoming an alarmingly devastating problem  and it has really started affecting Biafrans in general and even our agitators in particular. I am hereby compelled to once again highlight the powerful predictions (prophecies) of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) globally.

In his serialized live broadcasts on Radio Biafra London  transmission, the underneath statements were pointedly released:
.................................
........

"As they campaign vigorously for elections, you think they are coming to grow the economy, enthrone justice, breed unity/ tolerance and love for one another. No, they are coming to enthrone Hausa-Fulani supremacy, to reposition the security agencies by sacking all competent hands and replacing them with their kinsmen in order to drive their enthic domination of the South. The Fulani herdsmen will be armed and encouraged to slaughter us with impunity and their masters will protect them. They are coming to ensure that my people are enslaved forever. Those who do not believe me, will soon see it happen before their very eyes".
....Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
6th February 2014.

"The Fulanis will take over the entire South as a continuation of their age old agenda to Islamize Eastern Nigeria. They will brazenly seize our land in pretence of creating grazing fields for the Fulanis. Then the conquest will be complete, we will become their serfs forever ".
...Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
12 October, 2014.

"Between Goodluck Jonathan and Buhari, none is good for us. Freedom remains our only option. Jonathan is weak and confused while Buhari is a blood thirsty tyrant who will destroy the land with his parochial view point.  His kinsmen will take over the military and the security architecture of the land. Christians and Easterners will become endangered species. He will use the security apparatus to advance the agenda of his ethnic group. My people will suffer".
...Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
6th November, 2014.

"Then a group deadlier than Boko Haram will emerge. They will seize our farmlands, rape our women, kill our people and their master will protect, defend and even arm them because their sole agenda is to enslave us forever. Those who cannot see it now, will soon see it. The hatred in their souls for my people is legendary. They do not see us as humans. They kill, they slaughter, they burn down and they destroy. Mindless bloodletting is in their DNA. My people are in trouble".
....Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
2nd December, 2014.

"Unity flows with love and mutual respect. This artificial unity with people who see you as an infidel and unbeliever is fake and dangerous. We are better of on our own. They kill with impunity, yet they say we must stay together. They have only one agenda to chase away Jonathan and enslave us forever. They are coming with vengeance, anger and revenge for the years they stayed out of power.  They plan to intimidate, silence and enslave us. Their world view is so strange and different from ours, we are in big trouble".
....Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
16th January, 2015.

"All we ever wanted is freedom to realize our full potentials in the space of land God Almighty placed us, in this planet, but there are persons whose agenda it is to intimidate and dominate others. They hate freedom, justice and fairplay. They enslaved Northerners for centuries. They want to extend and replicate this dominating culture down South. They use terror as a weapon of intimidation. They have no regard for non-Muslims. They hate us with passion, yet they will not let my people go. Their only desire is to dominate and oppress others. Once they are out of power, they immediately resort to either pogroms (1966), Sharia law introduction (2000/2011) or Boko Haram (2011). They are enemies of peaceful co-existence. We want freedom. We repect justice and equity and above all, we respect and cherish the sanctity of human lives. These people do not; they use terror to intimidate and subdue in order to rule over everybody else".
....Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
15th March, 2015.
............................................

It is indisputable that most people even Biafrans insulted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2014/2015 when he made the above statements. You vilified him, calling him names. You never believed him,  yet his prophecies are clearly getting fulfilled before your very eyes.

He survived assassination attempts on his life in the hands of the Nigerian government. Many courageous Biafrans died particularly on the 14th of September 2017 when the Nigerian army murderously invaded his home in Afara-Ukwu Ibeku, Umuahia, Biafraland. He resurfaced after one full year in Israel. In one of his live radio broadcasts from that holy land, he honored those fallen heroes. He made all Biafrans stand up all over the world in honor of the slain.

Then..., then..., just in the passing, as to drive home the heartlessness of the invaders, he stated

that even his security dog, Jack, was equally killed. He meant to say that they callously killed everything movable including a dog. Hell broke loose. People ironically left the authenticity of all he predicted and started insulting him, just to service the ego of the political merchants that have over the years, been mercilessly ripping them off their means of livelihood as a people.

They accused Mazi Nnamdi Kanu of taking bribe from Buhari government because he called for election boycott. And when he eventually called off the boycott due to obvious reasons, even some supporters accused him yet again of taking bribe from the opposition party (PDP). While he could not be enticed into bribe taking while he was incarcerated by the Nigerian government, is it now that he has all at his disposal that he will betray the collective will and aspiration of his people? If not for the call-off of the election boycott I strongly believe, by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it would have taken us much time to survive the backlash that would have ensued. And those that have their faith in PVC (Personal Voter's Card), would have blamed IPOB for their failure. The IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, once again saved the day. Those that earlier called him names can now clearly see it today. The uselessness of PVC has been confirmed, signed and delivered.

When you take a close look at the fulfilled words as declared by this man, you will fully understand that he is not an ordinary human but a special personality packaged by divinity with a rare mandate.  He stated that he will bring hell with him when he will be coming back and people laughed him to scorn, just the same way they did when he talked about Buhari and his herdsmen agenda. You can keep making jest with the whole thing but be rest assured that when the story of Biafra will be told, two names will distinctively stand out. And those names are no other but Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu and Nnamdi Okwu Kanu.

But you celebrated gossipers, will yours be remembered? Think about it!

IPOB LEADER MAZI NNAMDI KANU DELIVERS NEW YEAR MESSAGE TO BIAFRANS

IPOB LEADER MAZI NNAMDI KANU DELIVERS NEW YEAR MESSAGE TO BIAFRANS

Fellow Biafrans, friends of Biafra and lovers of freedom all over the world, on behalf of the global family of IPOB, I welcome you all to 2019. A year bristling with hope for our most divine and God ordained quest to restore the freedom stolen from us by the oppressor and her local agents within the colonially constructed evil contraption we have come to know as Nigeria.

I bring you this New Year Message with a combined sense of triumph, sadness and hope.

My sadness, which I am sure you all share with me, stems from the supreme sacrifices some of us have made in pursuit of our right to self-determination. Today, as we usher in the New Year, let us all spare a thought for all our heroes fallen. We say that they didn't die in vain. They died in honor and duty to Biafra, to justice, and to freedom. And to those injured in limbs and body and those still detained, we say: We are with you; your plight is our plight, your pain is our pain, and we will never leave you behind.

It was once said that 'The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it.' I am indeed proud of you all - for your courage of conviction, for your strength of character, and for standing up to tyranny when it mattered most. I assure you all that Biafra shall soon come and we shall find lasting comfort in it.

For all of you principal officers of state, our esteemed journalists- Family Writers, Biafra Writers, Umuchukwu Writers, TBRV, the Sunrise Crew, our e-warriors that never sleep, my astute and able deputy Uche Mefor, our indefatigable Directorate of State led by the ever reliable Mazi Chika Edoziem, our Head of Finance Lolo Nnennaya Anya, Biafraland Coordinator Ikechukwu Ugwuoha, each and every unit, zonal, local government, state and national coordinator all over the world, I want you to know that I am very proud of each and every one of you. The work you are doing is exceptional. Together we achieved so much in 2018 and if your level of hard work and dedication can be sustained for the first quarter of this year 2019, I assure you that Biafra will be here sooner than expected.

The past few years hasn’t been easy for us and as most of you can recall, this is my first message to you on a new year since 2015. As we all know, through the past four years, circumstances- ranging from my unlawful arrest and detention by the APC government in Nigeria to the Ohaneze Ndigbo and Igbo governors’ orchestrated attempt to assassinate me which culminated in the deadly military invasion of my home on the 14th of September 2017 that led to the loss of 28 of our gallant men, have over the years prevented me from addressing you the ever resolute and faithful IPOB worldwide family.

Since 2015 and all through to end of 2017, we have faced the worst persecutions and acts of State terror ever unleashed on a people. Ironically and in total defiance of reason and logic, the Nigerian judiciary conspired to label IPOB that has never killed anyone, a terrorist organisation, whereas the bloodthirsty Miyetti Allah a.k.a Fulani Herdsmen, that have been rampaging through swathes of the Middle Belt with the active connivance of the government of Nigeria are feted as celebrities and opinion leaders by the Nigerian media. In the face of all these hypocrisies and moral contradictions, we Biafrans have exercised uncommon restraint and continue to demonstrate to the world our commitment to peaceful  and lawful agitation by avoiding the temptation and all entreaties to resort to armed struggle. We have chosen this path because we trust in a new international order that is committed to helping all oppressed peoples to realize their right to self determination, as long-recognized by international and municipal statutes and conventions.

Rather than weaken or tear us apart, the hardships we have faced in these years of persecution by the primitively totalitarian APC government of Nigeria and internal collaborators in Ohaneze Ndigbo have brought us ever together as a people and have motivated us to dig ever deeper into our huge reserves of resilience to keep moving this restoration project  forward, to the surprise of our enemies and saboteurs alike. We have confounded all those that thought that I and IPOB would go the way of those that went before us. Now they know we cannot be bought or sold like a commodity unlike those that shout Biafra during the day only to serve the interest of the government of Nigeria at night. Those that mortgaged their soul and conscience to the demon of avarice and self enrichment at the expense of the well being of the masses will answer for their sins at the appropriate time.

I stand here today to reaffirm that we remain whiter than white and whiter than snow. Those who are in the habit of using our agitation for Biafra restoration to endear themselves to politicians in order to obtain financial reward should have no business with freedom fighting. Issuing meaningless press statements designed to pander to the same discredited politicians responsible for our misery will only hasten the demise of such individuals or group. Some of these unknown quantities struggling to remain relevant by rushing off to the press....

If there is something we are certain of in 2019, it is the fact that voting will be boycotted starting with the presidential elections. Okezie Ikpeazu will be removed from office as the governor of Abia State for the role he played in initiating Operation Python Dance that killed hundreds of our men. This same Okezie Ikpeazu is responsible for the illegal detention without trial of Biafran Jews. A crime for which he will never be forgiven. The order to tear down every poster and disrupt every rally organized by Okezie Ikpeazu still stand and IPOB is under instruction to ensure that he is comprehensively disgraced at the polls. Anybody associating with Okezie Ikpeazu is an enemy of the people. No amount of state sponsored rigging through INEC will save him from the ignominy that awaits him.

Before the emergence of IPOB, there was nothing left of our dignity and self-respect as a people. Now that Chukwu Okike Abiama has determined that we should come,  our various ethnic nationalities that constitute the historic and ancient Biafran federation are now more united than ever. The high level of togetherness, bonding and sense of purpose amongst the people of Biafra as a result of the activities of IPOB has ensured that Annang, Igbo, Ibibio, Efik, Ijaw, Isoko, Itshekiri, Urhobo, Igala, Idoma and Igede are now working with a sense of purpose never witnessed before in the history of our people.

The Biafran dilemma and the tragedy of what Nigeria has been turned into have reached the point where the world can no longer afford to be silent. As the renowned English philosopher Edmund Burke said, and it is often true that “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”. Since time and peaking from 2015, terrorism unleashed from the Nigerian Sahel and the Maghreb has ravaged entire communities, including Biafrans. To make matters worse, the Nigerian presidency has either failed to protect citizens or has itself become complicit and unleashed terror of its own, thus stoking the notion that some groups that control the levers of State power have set out to subjugate others in a Nigeria that was never meant to be this way.

Better yet, in the face of all these tribulations, there's a solution and it is in plain sight and makes sense, to boot. If truth be told, societies progress when among competing ideas, they choose the most progressive of the lot. This is even more so when such societies have the benefit of hindsight. Nigeria cannot be an exception to what has worked elsewhere.

We, the Indigenous People of Biafra have proposed and still proposing the only idea that would halt Nigeria's spiral towards bloody implosion. Our prescription is clear: Conduct A Referendum On Self-Determination for Biafrans; and indeed any other organized and cohesive group that demands it. That is the only fair way; not “True Federalism” or “Restructuring”.
To drive home our demand, IPOB will ensure that the entire land of Biafra is paralysed on whatever date they choose to hold the presidential elections. This position is irreversible unless our simple demand is met.

While others are busy pontificating on newspaper pages or selling their soul to the highest bidder in Abuja, we remain on this long walk to a free Biafra, where black people in sub-Saharan Africa will for the first time since colonialism, live under guaranteed freedoms and rights unlike the primitive arrangement people are forced to live under in Nigeria. We won’t get there overnight. But in this 2019, we will make some of our most significant strides yet to accomplish our stated mission which is to restore Biafra. We must always be guided by the reasoning that underpins our belief that Nigeria as presently constituted in unworkable. By virtue of their orientation and heritage, the dominant ruling Arewa Northern Nigeria, with their feudal societal structure, is not designed to understand or practice democracy. This is one of the greatest mistakes early thinkers like Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe made. The social arrangement they have in Northern Nigeria makes it impossible for their leaders that are thrust upon the people in Nigeria to appreciate and respect democratic values such as respect for the rule of law, freedoms and liberty. These noble ideals of democracy are incompatible with Sharia.

“True Federalism” particularly is evidently unrealistic in a country where twelve states have already adopted Sharia as state religion and code of justice, which denies non-adherents of that religion certain freedoms guaranteed by the military-imposed Nigerian Constitution. Conversely, Restructuring has defied every sensible definition.

Come to think of it, was it not a federal arrangement or True Federation that Nigeria had at independence but which could not survive more than six years? What then is this new true Federalism or Restructuring that will suddenly become workable when it had failed in the past and even led to a war of attrition?

I have nothing against those wishing to live under the Fulanised British colonial contraption called Nigeria as most Yoruba and Hausa people do. What we resent is the inability or the unreasonableness of the chattering class in Nigeria to come to terms the inescapable realization that no country with a myriad of divergent value systems can peacefully exist as a nation state. This is elementary political philosophy. Meaningful human development in Nigeria is impossible because the Fulani feudal mindset, Yoruba monarchical system and the republican disposition of Biafrans are forever irreconcilable value systems that will ensure the unworkability of Nigeria as a country. It is tantamount to fusing England, Saudi Arabia and United States into one country. It will never ever work. Imagine transplanting a portion of sword wielding Kandahar province in Afghanistan, a piece of the monarchy supporting East Anglia in England and a part of the republican gun loving libertarian Texas in the United States into a nation state. That will be like returning humanity to some kind of Hobbesian “state of nature” where life will be truly hellish, brutish and short.

These same irreconcilable divergent and often conflicting conditions are what we are being forced to endure in the British artificially created Nigerian today due to a combination of poor education, inability to reason properly and dependency on one natural resource for national economic survival. Nigeria will never ever be a viable nation because the ethnicities the British cobbled together are not the same people and can never be. Even the British that created Nigeria have respect for ethnic nationalities in their own country. Scotland and Wales have their own parliaments that make their own laws in their own languages. They retain the right to become independent should they choose to pursue that path. Why are such privileges not extended to ethnicities in Nigeria? Perhaps Nigerians are sub-humans not deserving of such an opportunity. The way Nigeria and most other similarly backward states in Africa were created is not how nations are formed or created. These unnatural colonial experiments in Africa is the reason why the continent will continue to struggle until an intelligent breed of people like IPOB, rise up to return it to its precolonial borders. Only then will we know peace.

With the benefit of hindsight and history, I make bold, therefore, to say that anything short of a Referendum would be duplicitous and futile. The earlier people stopped deceiving themselves on this sure path to a permanent solution, the better for all oppressors and the oppressed alike.

In my time since this struggle, I have come to the realization that "Biafra" means different things to different people. To Northern Nigerian Muslims, especially the Fulbe elites, it means armed rebellion or a threat thereof, as well as a design to deny them free-will access to the vast hydrocarbon wealth of the former Eastern Nigeria. To the Yoruba, Biafra is a selfish desire by Igbos to control vast oil and gas fields. For the stranded Middle Belt minorities, Biafra signifies abandonment. They fear the exit of Biafra will precipitate their inevitable annihilation at the hands of their Fulani overlords and who would blame them for habouring such fears. But to we IPOB, Biafra simply means a right to self determination, self-preservation; and ultimately a right to become autonomous and live in peaceful neighborliness with Nigeria or whatever is left of it, in a new arrangement that will ensure prosperity and fairness to all sides.

The path to what we desire and the non-violent means to achieving it is neither new nor treasonable, as the Nigerian presidency continues to believe. It is the same path that saw to the birth of many new nations around the world, most notably after the end of the Cold War. It is the only path to peace.

We have succeeded in dismantling the colonial divide and rule the British colonial masters introduced to their Southern Nigeria which the Fulani oligarchy perpetuated through their gerrymandering of our borders that divided Igbo towns  and turned them against each other. Today it is no longer in dispute that Igbanke (Igbo Akiri) in Edo State, Agbo in Delta State right through to Asaba, Onitsha to Ikwerre and to Opobo in Rivers State are all Igbo speaking people and therefore of the same Biafran family.

This year 2019, we shall begin taking the first tangible steps into nationhood. We will do everything humanly possible to ensure our referendum is conducted this year. The process of extensive referendum consultation was not concluded in good time last year to enable us hold it as planned. Again the cost implications made it impossible for us to complete the printing and production of ballot papers but we shall continue to work very hard to ensure its completion. Referendum is a resource intensive exercise and we want to get it right the very first time because the result of that referendum will usher in the new Biafra government even if it has to operate from outside the shores of Biafraland. [Government in Exile]

The whole world knows that Nigeria is a glorified graveyard for talent and aspiration. Too many people have been stopped from attaining their potential in life due to an entrenched culture of mediocrity and impunity that permeate every sphere of human interaction in Nigeria. Stripped of every shred of honour and dignity, we march into the Mediterranean Sea to drown like Lemmings falling off a cliff, all this after after trekking through the unforgiving Sahara desert, where the weak and unfortunate perish. This is the life of your average Nigerian youth, with no hope or future.

In response to the democratisation of poverty and death in Nigeria, IPOB will be launching a social welfare Public Works Scheme across the length and breath of Biafraland in an effort to use our God given talents and skill to develop and improve our land prior to the coming of Biafra because those political office holders we had hoped would do it are more preoccupied with stealing as much as they can from the public purse. We IPOB are going to do the little we can to stop the harzadous trek from our land to Europe that have resulted in the death of so many young people. This social welfare scheme will equally address the issue of lack of infrastructure as IPOB will embark on minor road repairs, the rehabilitation of dilapidated primary schools, maintenance of drainage systems in areas prone to flooding like Aba, Owerri, Onitsha, Abakaliki and Igweocha.

An outreach team will be created to provide assistance in public places to those who cannot help themselves. There will be massive job creation in those sectors of the economy where raw materials can be sourced locally, to help drive down the rate of unemployment especially among young graduates. More details of this program will be issued prior to the launch of each phase of the project. Our people, our towns and our villages will be the top priority of IPOB as we begin to demonstrably showcase the mindset that will guide us into the new Biafra. It’s no longer about saying ‘IPOB : One Family’, we are here to demonstrate that we are indeed one family.

We are in discussion with Israeli businessmen to help facilitate the creation of high-tech farm settlements (Kibbutzim) and small scale industrial parks in Cross River, Delta, Imo, Ebonyi and Benue for now. Should the scheme prove successful, we shall roll it out across Biafraland.

The unmasking of Jubril Aminu Al Sudani the fake Nigerian President will continue unabated. By the time we are done with him and his handlers, Luggard will become truly ashamed of what he created. I would like to see Nigerians participate in elections where one of the names on the ballot paper is a dead man. This shame and humiliation is one that will never leave Nigeria as it heads ingloriously towards self destruction.

We understand the enemy has announced yet another round of Fulani military invasion of our land in the name of Operation Python Dance, no doubt to help facilitate the rigging of elections for Jubril Al Sudani and the cronies of Fulani  Cabal across Nigeria. What I said previously still stand and there is no going back. Chukwu Okike Abiama is my witness that any reported shooting or killing of any Biafran by this Fulani Janjaweed Army of Nigeria will be avenged. Those who previously doubted our resolve should ask Okezie Ikpeazu what he’s experiencing in Abia State. I am placing the colonial master Britain on notice that should the government of Theresa May give the go ahead for any innocent Biafran to be killed again on Biafran soil, Nigerian soldiers will face our wrath. Enough of this Fulani intimidation through the Nigerian Army. This is an army that have refused to engage ISIS in the major theaters of northern Nigeria and the wider Sahel region. They (Nigerian Army) refused to counter the killing spree of Fulani herdsmen across the Middle Belt but the same army that refused to fight Boko Haram can now easily be mobilized in the South to kill non Muslim populations with impunity.

Police men are being forcible deployed to face Boko Haram terrorists whereas the army that pride itself as the defender of Nigeria is running from the battle field and instead are deployed to kill civilians in order to sustain Fulani hegemonic control of Nigeria. Everything in Nigeria is upside down that is why I struggle to understand why there are universities in Nigeria in the first place because people go to school but end up not learning anything. Is it the job of the police to fight insurgency? The most astonishing thing is that people are going about their normal business pretending all is well in Nigeria when logic is being turned on its head. Can anybody identify any country in the world where the police is sent to the war front and army deployed to do police duties? Only in Nigeria, with her ignorant professors and pseudo intellectuals, all busy scavenging for campaign funds from politicians as impunity reigns supreme and has become the order of the day.

None of this is surprising to us, after all Nigerians cannot differentiate between a dead Buhari and an impostor from Sudan. How can you expect them to interpret or distinguish the constitutional roles of the police and that of the army? What this  APC government have succeeded in doing is to democratize ignorance, impunity and cowardice.

Can anybody say precisely why Sheikh El-Zakzaky, Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd) and Jewish adherents are still in prison till today? There is nothing about the judiciary in Nigeria that leads me to believe that Nigeria is salvageable.

So, as we take stock of what we have passed through in the past year and the years before it, let us continue to remain committed and faithful to the ideals of Biafra; and prepare ourselves to be the first partakers of a Biafran nation that beckons and shall surely emerge in this generation.

Thank you all; and may Elohim Chukwu Okike Abiama puru ime ihe nile bless Biafra, Israel and all men and women of goodwill around the the world but above all may Elohim bless IPOB.

BIAFRA: CALL FOR DIALOGUE NOW WITH IPOB OR FORGET ABOUT 2019 ELECTION, FANI-KAYODE TELLS BUHARI

BIAFRA: CALL FOR DIALOGUE NOW WITH IPOB OR FORGET ABOUT 2019 ELECTION, FANI-KAYODE TELLS BUHARI

Kingsley John Chibuzor
Reporting For Family Writers Press

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Saturday 21st July 2018, paid a condolence visit to Femi Fani-Kayode on the death and burial of his mother-inlaw, late madam Leticia Chinyere Chikwendu, at Umuire in Umuahia North local government area of Abia State. In an interview with the Family Writers Press, Dr. Femi Fani-Kayode expressed deep appreciation for the turn out of thousands of IPOB family members from different clans and provinces within Biafraland to condole with him and his family. He thereby requested that he be taken to the destroyed residence of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the courageous and highly intelligent leader of the IPOB, by the Nigerian army which was murderously invaded on the 24th of September 2017, with a number of Biafrans killed. This he said was to enable him get on- the-spot account of atrocities committed.
Dr. Femi Fani-Kayode seeing the extent of damages carried out in the residence of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at Afara-ukwu, Ibeku in Umuahia, Abia State,  as he got to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the company of IPOB family members, wept for such acts of inhumanity meted out against an individual who never killed, even in the 21st century. He expressed bitterness at the wanton destruction of damaged vehicles riddled with bullets amongst other properties within the compound. The highly enlightened freedom fighter and lawyer further gave the narrative of the massacre of Biafrans by the Nigerian military during the Nigeria/Biafra war between 1967 and 1970, which recorded the death of over 3.5 million Biafrans including men, women and children. 300 Biafran  combatants of Igbo extraction, serving then in Northern Nigeria, were secretly executed by the Nigerian forces. It was the raping and killing of Biafran men, mothers and young women which infuriated late General Odimegwu Ojukwu to wage a war of defense for the Biafra nation.

Analysing the present precarious situation in Nigeria, Dr. Femi Fani-Kayode emphasized that the only option, is through the instrumentality of a round table dialogue between the Nigerian government and the IPOB that will bring remedy. President Muhammadu Buhari has to engage the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in a meaningful and peaceful dialogue now or there will be absolutely nothing like election come 2019, most essentially because IPOB remains the heartbeat and voice of the Eastern region.

He called on the family members of the IPOB worldwide, to remain resolute and undeterred with their "Peaceful Method" in seeking for self-determination which is an inalienable right of the people as enshrined in the laws of the United Nations. Your dreams must surely be realized in the nearest possible future he re-echoed, pointing out that invaluable sacrifices have been made for this cause.

BIAFRA: AGITATION IS ANOTHER GLOBAL PHENOMENON IN NEED OF PRAGMATIC STEP - BIAFRANS TELL TRUMP

AGITATION IS ANOTHER GLOBAL PHENOMENON IN NEED OF PRAGMATIC STEP - BIAFRANS TELL TRUMP

Written by Mazi Onyebuchi Eze
For Family Writers Press

Tuesday 12th of June 2018, remarkably opens another chapter in human history as President Donald Trump of the United States of America met with his North Korean counterpart, Kim Jung Un in Singapore. This all important meeting was precipitated on the need to arrest the rapidly deteriorating peace in the Korean peninsula alongside denuclearization deal. Recall that for over 50 years of a dangerously elusive peace between South Korea, North Korea and the entire region, President Trump has exceptionally become the first US President to exchange handshake with the North Korean leader after brokering peace that will eventually usher in the much needed denuclearization of North Korea. For President Donald Trump to be standing side by side with the North Korean leader Kim Jung Un in Singapore purposely for a Peace Summit is a tacit indication that the US President is realistically, God sent. His emergence on the scene is principally to arrest all phenomenon of security threats to peace, globally.

Based on this premise therefore, the people of Biafra worldwide, while commending this giant stride of President Trump through pragmatic diplomatic requisitions and consultations, are unanimously calling on the United States President to beam his searchlight on the West African sub-region also for justice and peace. This is where Biafra agitation is rapidly becoming a global phenomenon which if not proactively addressed, will snowball into an unprecedented global crisis. Biafrans are hereby calling on the attention of President Trump to boldly and courageously wade into the Biafra restoration question as he did in the Korean nuclear conflict. The Nigerian Islamic government has bluntly refused to employ democratic approaches as clearly required by International laws in addressing the Biafra agitation. It is necessary to bring to the notice of the US President that the Nigerian government has steadily and indiscriminately applied the use of lethal weapons and excessive military force in dealing with peaceful Biafran agitators, who within the ambit of both local and international laws, are freely exercising their rights of demand for a referendum. It is through this civilised  process that Biafrans all over the world, could declare their political future themselves via the instrumentality of the ballot. The US President should decisively wade into the Biafran issue as presently and tenaciously being championed by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide. This has now become the biggest phenomenon threatening the peace within the African continent. The resultant effect of this anomaly can only just be imagined as the Nigerian government through it's security operatives employ the use of excessive force and lethal weapons, leading to the deaths of thousands of the people of Biafra with related forced disappearances of non-violent agitators. This if not checked, will most assuredly metamorphose from civil agitation into catastrophic armed conflict.

During his Peace Summit with the North Korean leader Kim Jung Un, President Trump pointedly stated and I quote "everybody can make war, but it is only the most courageous that can make peace". The US President should be aware that the reality of this his statement is evidenced in Nigeria as the government has unrelentlessly been beating the drums of war against the civilised approaches the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have so far adopted. The IPOB has meticulously toed the path of peace in it's quest regardless of the repressive wave of killings, maimings and detentions of it's members in Nigeria. It is in keeping with this peaceful approach that the IPOB is calling on his Excellency, the President of the United States of America, Mr. Donald John Trump, to as a matter of expediency, prevail on the Nigerian government to respect international laws and protocols governing self-determination and allow the conduction of peaceful and acceptable referendum. As he has pragmatically arrested the elusive peace in the Korean peninsula, let him courageously extend such a gesture for global peace, to the West African sub-region on the Biafran restoration drive. He should bring his influence to bear upon this "explosive dynamite" to stem the unexpected. The  Biafra exit via a referendum has no option. The body language of President Donald Trump clearly shows that he is God's choice man sent to broker peace in the world's troubled regions. A clarion call is being issued out from West Africa by the Biafran people for a repeat of the feat that has diplomatically been established in the Korean peninsula. Biafrans need Trump's intervention  in their resilient campaign for the unfettered restoration of the sovereignty of the nation of Biafra.

BIAFRA: WILL CHILE OSUJI EXCHANGE THE BLOOD OF INNOCENT BIAFRANS FOR NIGERIA'S OIL WELL?

WILL CHILE OSUJI EXCHANGE THE BLOOD OF INNOCENT BIAFRANS FOR NIGERIA'S OIL WELL?

By Solomon Iwejuo, for Family Writers Press.

History documents, records that immediately the Civil War ended with  the declaration of "no Victor no Vanquish " that the  Nigerian Army dominated by Hausa Fulani went to a community in the present Mbano, Imo State gathered the youths of the community in a field pretending to select gallant youths who would be useful to newly united one Nigeria.  But the incredible happened!   Majority of these youths were shot to death by Nigerian Army and that was after the War in 1970. Coincidentally,  that community today is where the incumbent  ICC President Justice Chile Eboe Osuji hails from. Money is the root of all evils according to a Biblical saying . In one of his statements of  the genocidal war criminal Yakubu Gowon was once quoted as saying that " if he had known,  he would not have spent one naira in buying guns. That money would have been given to some Igbo leaders to fight themselves "  One wonders if Chile Eboe Osuji is going to fall at the circle of Yakubu Gowon assumption?

Prior to his assumption of office in 2015, President Muhammadu Buhari government has characterised his government by killing innocent people who are not even armed  through the Nigerian Armed Forces and well politically organized  killer herdsmen. These killings were masterminded by his cohorts heading the different Arm Forces  in Nigeria. The Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari is a core Northern Muslim who believes in conquering through killing. No wonder, he appointed the Northern Muslims as the heads of the security agencies in Nigeria. These heads of security agencies collude with the arm bandits to kill innocent souls. No arrest has been made nor proscription just like they did against IPOB.

However,  the killings of innocent Indigenous People of Biafra, with glaring evidence are  at the feet of ICC panel of investigation in Hague . The killings of unarmed IPOB have attracted reactions from international Human Rights organisations of which  one of them is Amnesty International.

These killings took place at Onitsha,  Port Harcourt, Aba, Enugu, Isiala Ngwa, Asaba and of recent Afara Ibeku Umuahia.  These were captured on camera,  Facebook and social media outfits .

The hope of these innocent souls arrested, killed and shot by the Nigerian Army and Police lies in the justice and equity of the internationally set up organisations against human rights abuses.  Nigeria has metamorphosed into a failed State and no human being will expect anything good or hope in the Nigerian court of jurisdiction  that is hiding in the bedroom of politicians cementing evil in the name of making money.

Now that justice Chile Eboe Osuji is the President of International Criminal Court at Hague,  will he exchange the blood of innocent Biafrans with dollars or oil wells as alleged by Yakubu Gowon?  Only time will tell  .

As he has visited Nigeria , we pray that he must  have understood that charity begins at home. There are high hopes that  justice without tribalism and  favouritism will be accosted to the cases between Nigeria and Biafra . The lions are hungry and  the nemesis await the killers of innocent IPOBs. Woe to whom that will divert the atrocities of Nigerian against innocent people because of dollars or oil wells.

IPOB Backs Obasanjo's Call For Buhari's Retirement, Mocks Igbo Leaders For Their Failure

IPOB Backs Obasanjo's Call For Buhari Retirement, Mocks Igbo Leaders For Their Failure

IPOB PRESS RELEASE

24/1/2018

Letter to Buhari: IPOB hails Obasanjo, mocks political prostitutes in Igboland that shamelessly went to hawk their wares in Abuja a few days ago.

The Indigenous People of Biafra on Wednesday hailed a former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, for his courage to condemn certain misdeeds of the Muhammadu Buhari government.

IPOB described Obasanjo’s admonition as a devastating blow on purported Igbo leaders in the South East who recently endorsed Buhari for a second term.

Describing such leaders as undignified individuals, IPOB said Obasanjo’s letter shared the ideals and philosophies of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

In a statement made available to our correspondent in Awka, Anambra State, by IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, IPOB described Obasanjo’s letter as carefully timed.

The statement read in part, “The statement credited to the former president of Nigeria Chief Olusegun Obasanjo was carefully timed to deliver a devastating blow to the scavenging class of political prostitutes in Igboland that shamelessly went to hawk their wares in Abuja a few days ago.

“The shameless endorsement of Buhari for 2019 by these bunch of undignified individuals under the banner Igbo leaders have showcased to the world what a bunch of delinquent inconsequential vain glorious misery merchants they are.

“We support Obasanjo for his timely intervention because at a time of national crisis and with people losing their lives across the Middle Belt and Southern Nigeria, anybody discussing partisan politics under such an atmosphere of mass misery is not fit to be regarded as a human being talk more, a leader.

“What Obasanjo said is the clearest endorsement of the philosophy of our leader and prophet of our time Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, that the only way to reign in a dictatorship is by confronting it head-on with the truth.

“Obasanjo has spoken the truth and should be applauded for it. Those hungry and insatiable APC ‘yes’ men that visited Aso Rock to endorse Buhari for 2019 under the banner of Igbo leaders should all cover their collective faces in shame. They have brought shame and dishonor to Igboland.

“Buhari has nothing to offer apart from misery and premature death. Those who out of ignorance opposed the ideology of freedom as espoused by IPOB can now see that we are visionaries who should be praised not labeled terrorists.”

IPOB maintained that Obasanjo had seen the inherent danger of the cluelessness and visionless leadership of the Buhari administration.

Powerful added,”We also commend Chief Ben Nwabueze and Chief Mbazuluike Amaechi who have been speaking in this direction without fear or favour for some time now.

“They are the real Igbo leaders the world should look up to, not the collection of failures, charlatans, pimps and political harlots that went to endorse Buhari in Abuja a few days ago.

“Obasanjo’s statement is a slap on the faces of these criminals parading themselves as Igbo leaders. The timing couldn’t have been more apt.

“It is crystal clear from analysis of Obasanjo’s statement that the new coalition he is calling for is something similar to what IPOB is doing, but on a broader all encompassing scale that will include all ethnicities in Nigeria rather than one restricted to Biafra alone.”

5 Facts that Prove Those Speaking Against Nnamdi Kanu and Uche Mefor are Saboteurs

5 Facts that Prove Those Speaking Against Nnamdi Kanu and Uche Mefor are Saboteurs

By Somto Okonkwo

For Family Writers

We, the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) remain united under one umbrella through the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his deputy Mazi Uche Mefor. Those doing otherwise and speaking against Nnamdi Kanu and his deputy are simply called saboteurs not Biafrans.

Come to think of it, saboteurs are like cancer in an organization, bent on draining the productive energy from within the establishment and are so good at causing disruption. They are hard to detect though like a needle in a haystack but by their fruits you shall eventually know them. Just like some cancerous individuals within the Nation of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) are hell-bent on frustrating the leadership of deputy director Mazi Uche Mefor and the director of Radio Biafra London,  Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it makes you wonder what their ulterior motives are.

The leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has said times without number that Uche Mefor remains his deputy director and that those who go against Uche Mefor go against him. So why would anyone now risk going against Uche Mefor when he/she knows that such action would also hurt Nnamdi Kanu? It makes me come to the conclusion that such individuals are nothing but saboteurs aiming to undermine Nnamdi Kanu's leadership and also hampers what he has built within IPOB over the years.

It is important to point out that those madmen now voicing-out and writing against Nnamdi Kanu and most especially Uche Mefor are just puppets used by Clifford Iroanya and his syndicates who are desperately trying to get back at the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra for exposing their treacherous hidden agenda. It is very unfortunate that these set of clusters are at the heart of the major problems currently going on within IPOB but the fact still remains that they will continue to fail woefully because IPOB and Biafra are far greater than any outfit who think themselves superiorly above command and control. Nnamdi Kanu can never ever stop his God-ordained mission to restore Biafra, not yesterday, not today and most definitely not tomorrow. So any Biafran doubting Nnamdi Kanu's quest to complete what he has started, is simply 'mad'. Yes I said it, 'mad'!

Do you know what this man has sacrificed? Do you even know what he gave up just to give his life for Biafra restoration? Do you know what he has been through? Do you even know the large amount of money that runs in billions that was offered to him by the Nigerian government and yet he rejected it? Of course you don't know or don't care to know because most of you are just a whole load of ingrates. All you class of lazy bones care about, is to sit down and bad-mouth around, without checking out the facts right before your very own eyes. Most of you are ill-advised and naive. It's time we stop saying heedless things and start rallying around our leader, Nnamdi Kanu. He needs us now, more than ever. So enough of this nonsensical gossips and start redirecting your energies into making sure we keep doing all we can to restore Biafra.

Anyway, I really want to focus this piece of writing on those attacking and speaking against our deputy director, Uche Mefor because it’s now seems a normal trend amongst some foul-mouthed verminous individuals who like stirring up gibberish.

Here are the five Facts that Proves Those Speaking against Nnamdi Kanu and Uche Mefor are Saboteurs:

1. THEY ARE WORKING WITH CLIFFORD IROANYA AND HIS PACK

These saboteurs who are currently abusing and going about calling Uche Mefor names are currently working with Clifford and his pack that is why they would do whatever they can to negatively affect the efficiency of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his deputy Mazi Uche Mefor. This is the reason why they would rather prefer to strategically attack Uche Mefor than openly confronting the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra himself because they know that would be a suicide mission. I want to state categorically that, they are all doomed to fail because the same anointing that flows through Nnamdi Kanu, flows down on Uche Mefor. You can't fight one of them and not fight the other. So my advice for you saboteurs is to back-off while you still can.

2. THEY ARE AGAINST COMMAND AND CONTROL

Saboteurs are known for their willingness to disobey and question any single order given to them just because they feel they ought to be the ones dishing out instructions and leading the front-line. These people are also power mongers* and they find it difficult to remain under any leadership, unless they are the ones on the drivers seat; or better still give them a godfather position and you buy their hearts for awhile, other than that, they will do all they can to frustrate any leadership they remain under. These set of knots are willing to go as far as staging a coup just to get what they want not minding who gets hurt in the process. They cannot  follow simple instructions instead they also make sure others follow in their footsteps just to create a very negative impact and contagious atmosphere that would result to the collapse of that chain of command, which they so much dread.

3. THEY ARE OUT FOR REVENGE

Look, it is no longer news that some set of people within IPOB still  stand strongly with Clifford Iroanya and his gang. They are hiding in plain sight but with time we would fish them out one after the other, until they are no where to be found and their names completely forgotten. That is why you still see some sets of buffoons who are focusing on retaliation by trying to bring chaos into the structure of IPOB through dramatic events, reaction-getting tactics and blaming others for their own poor choices. They try to make Biafrans see reasons to side with them by trying to see their expression of anger as a sign of justice and thereby manipulating others into joining their 10seconds rebellion that would not hold water. Anyway, they are all destined to fail, just like others before them. Anyone who stands against IPOB, will be destroyed and forgotten. Ask those who have tried it before? Where are they today? No where to be found. The evidence are there for all to ascertain. No one goes up against IPOB and survives the heat. That is how formidable we are. Many have come and gone, but IPOB will forever remain. A word is enough for the wise! All I can say to those going against IPOB, is for you to retrace your steps before it is too late.

4. THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER THEIR TRACKS

Yes, they are trying to cover their tracks by diverting the attention away from themselves and blaming others for their shortcomings. The reason why you see them play the victims while they are the perpetrators. You can see why they are out for Uche Mefor not because he is not competent or capable as a leader but because they are saboteurs looking to point accusing fingers at the wrong person just to shadow-cover their evil plots. Anyone  trying to collaborate with these 'collabohaters' are just saboteurs and you cannot say they have been brainwashed because that would be absurd being that a lot have been discussed in other to educate true Biafrans on the importance of command and control. Command and control have nothing to do with a dictatorial leadership instead it's importance is intended to shape a well principled, organized and respected leadership. Where there are no rules, disorder comes in. So it is better to stay away from anyone seen speaking against Nnamdi Kanu and Uche Mefor before they implicate you because they are all saboteurs.

5. THEY WANT TO DESTROY IPOB FROM WITHIN

Presently, there are still loyal followers of Clifford Iroanya and his co-coterie who are still within IPOB trying to cause unnecessary conflicts and disorder by steering up propaganda and lies against Uche Mefor just to destabilise everything he is doing and see him fail. I call these set of herd "Stealth Saboteurs" because you don't see them coming until it's too late. These set of lodge are masters of deception. Sometimes they are the closest to us but all they are truly after is to see you fail. It makes you wonder what their true intentions are. Well wonder no more, because it's very obvious that those who are not in support of Uche Mefor are definitely not in support of Nnamdi Kanu, which makes you come to terms with what they are truly after, which is to betray and sabotage the movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra just for their selfish and personal interest. And when you purposely ask them why they are doing what they do, they will simply tell you its nothing personal just doing what is right for the restoration of Biafra. They are lairs, fraudsters, saboteurs and traitors. Biafrans must be on high alert and stay clear of them.  It is very importance to always tune in to Radio Biafra London and stay updated to News and information going on within IPOB. Keep away from any thoughtless scandalmonger looking for whom to victimise. Beware, don't fall a victim!

Note: All Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) must stay connected to the truth on RBL and remain true to the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and also his deputy Mazi Uche Mefor. Never go against IPOB command and control because it violates the oath you swore to uphold. Never for once speak against the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his deputy, Mazi Uche Mefor. As a true Biafran, remain loyal and dedication to the restoration of Biafra. All Hail Biafra!

God bless Biafra and Bless the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Mazi Uche Mefor. Ise!

FAKE MORALISTS AND THEIR TWISTED MORAL CODES

FAKE MORALISTS AND THEIR TWISTED MORAL CODES

Buhari

By Charles Ogbu

Published by Family Writers

One of the worst evils on the face of the earth is re-writing history and twisting facts to paint a victim of oppression as the perpetrator while giving the real perpetrator the impression that his action against his victim can be justified. Making a victim of a crime think he is to blame for the demonic actions of his oppressor against him is more evil than evil itself.

People who engage in this kind of moral treason usually come in form of peacemakers. They portray themselves as humanists. They profess peace and express fake support for the victims but believe you me, peace is very far removed from their heart. All they care about is spinning the tale and romancing the truth and sugarcoating it till such a time that even you the victim would be left wondering if you are not the aggressor. Their main agenda is all about hiding under some phony liberalism to gift themselves with the tag of 'de-tribalized' Nigerians while making mockery of your pain and sorrow.

Flee from such people! They are everywhere.

They call themselves humanists but in reality, they are of a very distant relation with humanism. When you hear them label others 'bigots', 'extremists' and 'haters', just pause and die laughing for they are only trying their luck on something called emotional blackmail.

My late father, Ogbu-nwachima it was, who taught me to always be wary of those who would feign deaf and dumb when two persons are spurring for a fight only to suddenly wake up and start suing for peace when one party has already been wounded in the fight.

I would later learn that "peacemakers" who ride roughshod over other people's misery, pains and sorrows by asking them to forget the moral tragedies they've been subjected to and embrace their oppressors with open teeth without making any effort to get justice for the parties involved, are more devilish than the devil himself.

Sadly, like Shakespeare rightly said, "hell is empty, all the devils are here"
Here in Nigeria!

A president whose primary duty is the protection of lives and properties of his citizens turning around to kill and maim the same citizens with the army trained and equipped with their own money would never elicit so much outrage from these fake Nigerian humanists. But the moment the citizens who are the victims of the murderous instincts of this president start wishing him death, that is when you will know that these our pseudo-moralists value human life. Come and see even the atheists among them quoting both the Bible and Quran just to make you think you are the worst human on earth for wishing death on a man who has proven he wants nothing but your own death.
"Charles Ogbu is wishing death on the president", "Charles is a bigot, yadayadayada"

Nonsense!

I should pray for my tormentor and the Butcher of my brethren to live long to enable him complete the job of sending my kind into extinction, right??
Ndi-ara! Talk of Nnamdi Kanu's IPOB, na here you go know say these pathetic lots who waste no time accusing others of hate are hate made flesh themselves.

They will write thesis and letters longer than the entire letter St. Paul wrote to the Corinthians in the Bible, detailing every single "hate" speech made by IPOB. And to prove that they are actually full of the same hate they accuse others of, they would compare IPOB to a US based white supremacist group, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) reputed for using acts of terror such as killing, lynching, beheading, rape, arson and bombing in a bid to stop America from granting civil rights to Blacks in the country back then. If not first degree witchcraft, what is the basis for comparison between the KKK that has a reputation for terrorism and the unarmed non-violent group such as IPOB???
This is the same IPOB whose leader has been in prison for almost 2 years despite a court order that he be released.

This is the same IPOB whose members were killed right inside the house of God on May 29-30 in Onitsha and others bathed with acid by Nigerian soldiers, yet, they didn't try to attack anyone in retaliation.

The same IPOB whose members were pelted with live bullets by Nigerian security forces right inside a school field where they had gathered to pray on Feb. 9th 2016.

The same IPOB whose members were killed by the police and 64 others arraigned for treason simply for staging a peaceful pro-Trump rally in Port Harcourt even when other Nigerians staged both anti and pro Trump rallies in Lagos that same day with none of them killed, injured or even arrested.
And, despite these grave injustices, IPOB has successfully resisted the urge to take up arms in self-defense even when its now beyond doubt that the only language the Nigerian state understand is violence.

Yet, these soulless morally bankrupt dishonest folks have continued to draw comparison between IPOB and the KKK that is synonymous with terrorism.
Between IPOB guys that are non-violent and you that is falsely labelling them as a terrorist group just to make them easy target for the uninformed murderers that is the Nigerian security forces, who is now the bad guy????

In a country where boko haram fighters are daily being released from prison and Fulani terrorists being protected by a strong 1000 man military taskforce despite all their atrocities, it defies common sense, reason and logic that a sane adult would be more worried about an unarmed non-violent IPOB whose activities are limited to rallies and peaceful protest.

Only a man whose brain is doing Brake and Quench would leave the Nigerian army, the police, the DSS, the Boko boys and the fulani criminals who are all DEMONSTRATING hate in real practical terms with the express approval of the death merchant called Muhammadu Buhari and concentrate on IPOB which has always been at the receiving end of this hate.

Evil come in different form. These groups of people represent the worst form.

Biafra : I won’t give up fight,"The pains and agony of all Biafrans are the pains and agony of Kanu" -- Said Nnamdi Kanu

Biafra: I won’t give up fight,"The pains and agony of all Biafrans are the pains and agony of Kanu"

From Jeff Amechi Agbodo, Onitsha

Published by Family Writers

Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of Radio Biafra/Biafra television, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu has vowed never to betray Biafrans or abandon the fight for Biafra State. He said he would continue to reject materials allegedly offered him to renounce Biafra struggle until victory for Biafrans was achieved.

Kanu who spoke through his lawyer, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejioffor said his prosecutors and persecutors have come with many strategies to trick him to sign off his quest for Biafra and regain his freedom which he rejected because of his love for the freedom of his people.

“I have been battling with forces of darkness both physically and spiritually since I was arrested. They came with many strategies just to trick me into signing off my quest for Biafra and gain my personal freedom. Little did they know that I am more intelligent and determined; I refused all their offers because the freedom of my people, Biafrans, is paramount to me and their freedom is the freedom of Nnamdi Kanu. The pains and agony of all Biafrans are the pains and agony of Kanu.”

“Prominent leaders, countries in the world and those who don’t have the videos of the killed Biafrans in their possession should go to YouTube and watch the heinous crime committed by the Nigeria Government and her security agencies against peaceful members of IPOB during peaceful rallies and demonstrations in all the Biafra cities of Aba, Onitsha, Owerri, Igweocha (Port Harcourt), Calabar, Uyo, Asaba, Enugu, Bayelsa and other numerous cities.

“The senseless killing of Biafrans is the senseless killing of Nnamdi Kanu. The cry of the Biafran youths is the cry of Nnamdi Kanu. The joblessness of Biafrans after university is the joblessness of Nnamdi Kanu. The impoverishment and subjugation of all Biafrans is the impoverishment and subjugation of Nnamdi Kanu. The child abuses of Biafran children by the Hausa/Fulani cattle headers is that of Nnamdi Kanu,” he stated.

“The illegal detention of Biafrans in several prisons both overseas and Nigeria is that of Nnamdi Kanu. The sexual harassment of our young ladies while seeking for jobs after graduation is that of Nnamdi Kanu. The rapping and killing of our mothers and sister in our farmland by the Hausa/Fulani cattle headers is also that of Nnamdi Kanu. The untimely death of Biafrans due to bad road situations in Biafra Land is that of Nnamdi Kanu.”

Kanu continues: “The cries of our parents living in the riverine areas they call South/South due to the environmental damage caused by Shell in our land is also that of Nnamdi Kanu. The seizure of goods and sleepless nights and pains of all the Biafrans importers in the hands of the Hausa/Fulani, Yoruba customs and Police is that of Nnamdi Kanu.”
“The stress that Biafrans pass through while traveling for 8 hours to Lagos and Abuja International Airports before they gain access to travel abroad which in most cases take many lives in the process while traveling is that of Nnamdi Kanu. The heartbrake of Biafran business men and women, importers and petty traders in Lagos State due to intentional fire outbreaks caused by haters of Biafrans, in their business places in Lagos and another part of Nigeria is that of Nnamdi Kanu,” he declared.

“The cry of the Biafran families that lose their children in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and India and other parts of the world due to immigration and police intimidation is that of Nnamdi Kanu. The death of Bafrans, those trying to cross Sahara Desert and Mediterranean Sea to Europe in search of greener pastures is that of Nnamdi Kanu.
“The fake promises of all the politicians in our villages and towns in (Biafran land) who promise and deceive our parents during election but always failing them after being voted into power and all these problems that affect all Biafrans are the problems of Nnamdi Kanu too,” the IPOB leader noted.

“I want to say, thank you, thank you to our mother from, Akwa-Ibom, Cross Rivers, Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Ebonyi, Enugu, Anambra, Imo, Abia states. I am grateful for all our mothers because you gave birth to these great men and women of honour, those sons and daughters that always protest for my release under the Sun and rain. My thanks to all the fathers too who allowed their children to join (IPOB meetings) across Biafra Land,” Kanu applauded.

August phone call campaign commence: Biafrans and friends all over the world phone campaign to US Gov’t, EU & UN

This August; Biafrans and friends all over the world will commence another round of phone campaign to officials of United States of America (USA); European Union (EU) and United Nation (UN).

This is the 11th month Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra has illegally been detained for exercising his rights within the confines of the law. This right in question is the right to self-determination which is widely viewed as a sacred right. This is also a man who refused to build an army but built a radio station through which freedom of speech defined the civil approach he has used in discharging the activities for the restoration of Sovereign state of Biafra.

This right which was declared in 2007 by UN gave free indigenous people right to aspire or agitate for self-determination. It is understandable that without this declaration, Nnamdi Kanu would not have stood firm to ask for self-determination. By virtue of this declaration, he has committed no crime ever known to man for asking for the restoration of Biafra but yet he languishes in prison for cherishing the UN declaration.

We the people of Biafra feel betrayed by the custodians of international declarations or treaties. Freedom of speech was abused and imprisoned in Nigeria and by virtue of the continued silence of UN and EU; the UN 2007 declaration appears more like a fraud to the people of Biafra. Nnamdi Kanu is a victim of international law, and international communities are expected to intervene. Nnamdi Kanu suffering for his loyalty to the call made by UN is the worst discrimination of our time. He has been tortured and denied the right to his freedom, denied the right to fair hearing and denied the right to opinion or view.

This is happening because, in 2007, a declaration by UN told him he has the freedom to agitate and will be protected by the guarantee contained in such declaration. But today the child of their act or charter is left to die, but Biafrans won’t let that be as we call upon the mother of the charter. Despite this condemnable act by Nigeria which has led to the death of thousands of innocent Biafran youths protesting for the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu, Biafrans have remained peaceful and law abiding.

Since the arrest and continued detention of their leader; Biafrans have come under attack and despite this attack, they have remained resolute and never retreating or surrendering, a move that has increased the military action ordered against them by Buhari. Biafrans have no weapon to fight as 1967 genocide still lives in their memory, and they are being killed for being Biafrans. Genocide is currently going on in Biafra with Islamic extremism taking a new shape since the inception of the Islamic government of Nigeria.

Fulani herdsmen laying siege and Saudi black water mercenary deployed alongside Nigerian soldiers in Biafra land. While our leader is incarcerated, they are sufficiently slaughtering us. We shall continue to call and disturb the world and relevant authorities till we are heard and rescued from extermination. We say no to war or violence thus we today call the world to our rescue.

This current situation in Biafra land is to form part of the message in the phone campaign to the US, EU and UN officials. Biafrans and friends of Biafra all over the world are expected to be part of this campaign. Everyone is to call and declare to them the plight of Biafrans and why they should help to save the souls of Biafrans (SOS).
