 The Hatred Of Igbos By The Nigerian State

Recent information has it that the Nigerian military has been dispatched to the South-East to comb the bushes around Orlu, Imo State, on a search mission for the operatives of Eastern Security Network (ESN). This act of the Nigerian government smacks of deep hatred and bias against a people. When it is being said that Nigeria was never designed to accommodate the Igbos (Biafrans), some ignorant and grossly misinformed individuals that seemingly have sold their souls to Jihadism, will begin to quote the bible out of context, to justify their shameful stance.

For years now, Fulani herdsmen and their Islamic terror counterparts, have been the greatest threat to security in the country. In the South-West region, they are at war with the Yorubas. In the South-East, they are raping the women, killing people and destroying farmlands with impunity, on successive basis. These, they blatantly do because of the protection they enjoy from the Nigerian military.  The government has done virtually nothing to curb their excesses. Many at times, government officials collude with these blood sucking scavengers, to kill innocent law abiding citizens based on selfish political glories they curry from their positions. 

As a measure to stem this evil tide, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), magnanimously launched a security outfit known as Eastern Security Network (ESN). The primary objective of the operatives, is to help counter the atrocities of these Fulani killer herdsmen. Instead of commending their efforts aimed at ridding the society of crimes, the Nigerian military has rather employed the use of military helicopters in search of Eastern Security Network (ESN) operatives and taken to the killing of innocent Biafrans (Igbos) in Orlu town, Imo State. What an act of wickedness! What offence can rightfully be established to have been committed by these operatives that could warrant this ongoing military onslaught by the Nigerian government? Why would one ever think that Nigeria, with this pack of insecurity everywhere, is safe for habitation? Why would one ever conclude that Nigeria as a country, was designed to accommodate the Igbos with successive drive of humiliation, hatred and genocide unabatedly being unleashed against them? How has the Imo State government or even the federal government as a matter of constitutional obligation, worked to ensure the full protection of lives and properties of the people in the face of the foregoing terrorism of Fulani killer herdsmen?

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has always maintained that Somalia would be a paradise when compared to Nigeria at the end of the day. Evidences abound, confirming this very statement. This array of wickedness targeted against Biafrans by the Nigerian State, should as a matter of expediency, be looked into before late. Why must it always be Igbos (Biafrans) all the time? Why this hatred? Can the world be told in clear terms, why the operatives of Eastern Security Network (ESN), are being militarily  sought for? Honestly, something is fundamentally wrong with Nigeria.
