IPOB Obio/Akpor Area 2 LGA, Hosts National Public Relations Officer And Rivers East Senatorial Coordinator
In a crucial emergency meeting summoned by the National Public Relations Officer/South-South Regional Coordinator of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Harry C. Onyema, on Monday 2nd March 2020, had in his company, the Rivers East Senatorial Coordinator, Mazi Chika Felix Amaechi. The Obio/Akpor Area 2 Coordinator, Mazi Wisdom Okafor, his executive officers, all zonal/unit coordinators, as well as their respective secretaries under the local government jurisdiction, were all in attendance. The meeting was converged to fully deliberate on very prominent issues of concern, aimed at advancing the cause of the Biafra restoration struggle within the area.
Mazi Harry Onyema duly welcomed the attendees as accredited and briefly encouraged them with highpoints of the IPOB struggle. He equally harped on the need for mutual respect to constituted authorities, love, peacs, unity and commitment amongst members. He outrightly condemned all shades of frivolous interests in the restoration struggle, warñng that dire consequences await treacherous elements and saboteurs. The task of leadership is not easy but pleaded that those in positions of authority be given desired support and encouragement, even as the leaders also must humbly ensure that all family members within their domains are carried along .
After a session of questions and answers, the IPOB National P.R.O/South-South Regional Coordinator, wholeheartedly appreciated all for physically turning up for the meeting in their numbers despite the short notice. Their sacrifices in the struggle and the peaceful/satisfactory atmosphere in which deliberations were held, were exceptionally commended.
The Obio/Area 2 Coordinator, Mazi Wisdom Okafor extolling the virtues of examplary leadership qualities exhibited by the august visitors, joyfully thanked all for making the day, wonderfully remarkable.
