BREAKING NEWS: COURT RESTRAINS THE NIGERIAN SECURITY AGENCIES FROM FURTHER ACTION AGAINST BARRISTER IFEANYI EJIOFOR UNTIL FINAL DETERMINATION OF CASE
Nigerian Federal High Court 2 in Awka, Anambra State, Biafraland, has officially ordered the Nigerian Police Force and other security agencies to restrain further actions forthwith, against Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, pending the final determination of the originating motion on notice.
By this official order, the concerned Nigeria security agencies are mandated to stop forthwith, their declared actions. Recall that the Nigerian Police Force declared Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor wanted after the murderous invasion of his Ifite-Oraifite country home in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State on Monday 2nd December 2019 on trumped up charges. The Notice of the Nigerian Police Force declaring Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor "a wanted person", has by this order, been put to rest as you cannot give effect to the notice without being in breach of this subsisting order of court of competent jurisdiction". All parties involved are to maintain status quo.
