IPOB OGINIGBA ZONAL EMERGENCY MEETING
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Oginigba family zone in Obio/Akpor Area 2, Igweocha province of Biafraland, had an emergency meeting on Saturday 24th August 2019. The meeting which centred principally on two issues, was anchored by the zonal coordinator, Mazi Onyedikachi Bright Uba. He warmly welcomed members and urged them to suggestively bring up their opinions as the agenda unfolds.
Elder Dennis Nwankwo, Veteran Udechukwu U. S. and Chief Richard Dike amongst others, enjoined all to imbibe the spirit of security consciousness within their environments. All other relative aspects were exhaustively touched.
The zonal women leader, Mrs. Sandra Ngozi George duly appreciated God for the day and gave detailed run down of activities lined up for the women in few weeks time. Such include the hosting of Obio/Akpor Area 2 Women Familiarization Tour/Ritational Monthly General Meeting cum Inauguration of the Zonal Women Wing by the Igweocha women executives both of which will be taking place on Sunday 8th September, 2019. Strategic preparations were all streamlined to make that day worthwhile experience. Mazi Onyedikachi Bright Uba also pleaded with all men and of course married male members whose wives have not yet enlisted in the struggle, to get them encouraged while the women on their own part will leave no stone unturned in their evangelism drive.
He equally thanked all for their sacrifices in attendance, valuable contributions and patience. The need to always keep to the time of meetings was equally emphasized.
The zonal coordinator brought the meeting to a close with a closing prayer said at 7:10pm.
