BREAKING NEWS! KIDNAPPING INCIDENT IN AMURI COMMUNITY, NKANU-WEST LGA OF ENUGU STATE, BIAFRALAND
A Kidnap incident has been reported on Friday 19th July 2019, in Amuri community in Nkanu-West local government area of Enugu State, Biafraland. It was masterminded by the Fulani Islamic terrorists who parade themselves as cattle herders in the area. An indigene of the community was confirmed kidnapped by these marauding terrorists.
According to the information from the inhabitants of the Amuri community, the victim, Mr. Chibueze Basil Nwoye, was forcefully taken away by the Islamists who were armed with AK47 assault rifles. Mr. Chibueze Basil Nwoye was driving on his vehicle to Obe community within the area, when the incident occurred. There were sparodic gun shots that attracted a handful of community members to the scene. Further revelation has it that only the victim's bag, emptied of all valuables and left in his vehicle which was riddled with bullets were left. As at the time of filing in this report, Mr. Chibueze Basil Nwoye's whereabout could not be ascertained as his kidnappers were yet holding him captive. The community it was learnt, has alerted the Nigerian Police in the area regarding the unfortunate incident.
Recall that just last Thursday being 18th July 2019 and within the same Nkanu axis of Enugu State, these marauding Fulani terrorists shot and wounded a Catholic Priest and a Reverend Sister on a trip. Life is increasingly becoming unbearable for the indigenous land owners of the affected areas and security measures have to be immediately taken to forestall the unexpected.
