BIAFRA REFERENDUM FIXED FOR 16TH FEBRUARY 2019, A WELCOME DEVELOPMENT
The wisdom and intelligence behind the scheduled date for Biafra referendum by the leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, excellently led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, deserve commendation. The exercise as officially announced, will be held on Saturday 16th February 2019, across Biafraland, same day the Nigerian presidential election will be conducted. Biafrans the world over, have described it as a welcome development. The leadership of the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), in an exclusive Press Release signed and made available to Newsmen by it's Media and Publicity Secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful on Tuesday 29th January 2019, emphasized that the IPOB leadership has widely consulted with a cross section of relevant diplomats on this very important issue. They gave the assurance of the support of their respective nations to the Biafran referendum question. The Press Release also conveyed the statement of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who very recently relocated from his Israeli base to the United Kingdom, together with Europe-based IPOB leadership, which will be meeting with the European Union to formalize the status of post-Biafra independence.
Having given the announcement of referendum date which is Saturday 16th February 2019, Biafrans resident in Biafraland have the exclusive responsibility of carrying out this first phase of the referendum. According to the information contained in the IPOB exclusive Press Release, this first phase of the referendum as scheduled, will not be ballot-based but through the instrumentality of outright and zero participation in the scheduled Nigerian presidential election. This will culminate into an outright Sit-At-Home exercise as exhaustively ordered. All Biafrans resident in Biafraland who therefore, that will contravene this order by venturing into participating in the Nigerian organized presidential election, have simply indicated their in continuing with Nigeria whilst all those that will refuse participation, have ultimately given their votes for an independent Biafra. Voting in Nigeria presidential election anywhere within Biafraland, authenticates continuity in the murderous Islamic Nigeria whilst outright lockdown all over the land, simply means that the choice of the people has automatically translated into the restoration of the sovereign nation of Biafra.
Biafrans globally, are eagerly and patiently awaiting 16th February 2019 date, when the first phase of the referendum will be conducted, in order to prove to the international community that the Biafra restoration quest is essentially irrevocable. The world must be a witness to this upcoming unprecedented decision of the people that will soon take place across Biafraland come the scheduled date. The Sit-At-Home method of referendum will clearly determine the overwhelming desire of the Biafran people that will positively, victoriously and permanently seal the struggle. Saturday 16th February 2019, will go down in history as a date Biafrans across Biafraland, made a definitive statement for their freedom and that of unborn generations.
