The judge presiding over the trial of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has today ordered the three sureties to the IPOB leader to either produce the IPOB leader or get ready to forfeit their bail bonds or a 100 million naira worth of properties.
Mrs Binta Nyako, the presiding Judge of Federal High court 3 sitting in Abuja was defiant from entertaining the explanations from the defense counsels on why the first defendant, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was absent
"The court Herby orders, that the sureties shall be in the interim, deposit the Bail bond, in two months time. 100million Naira is not small, so I will give you Two Months to provide the Money.
After forfeiting the Bail bond, i shall give you Six months, until you provide My Nnamdi Kanu. I gave you my Nnamdi Kanu and you have thrown him away.
I want us to ginger this case and after, we now swagger," the judge stated.
