CALL FOR SELF DEFENSE: RELEASE NNAMDI KANU NOW OR ARREST T.Y. DANJUMA FOR TREASON

The callous and continued extra-judicial detention of the Supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian authorities, is today gravely unjustified and indefensible. He has been held incommunicado in a secretive custody of the Nigerian Army since he was abducted from his residence at Afara-ukwu, Ibeku, Umuahia in Abia State, on the 14th of September 2017, under despotic instructions. The murderous invasion of his residence was premised on the created Biafra Security Service (BSS). This primarily was for the defense of Biafraland, at the shame and failure of the Nigerian state to constitutionally and adequately provide security for Biafrans who have been facing the threat and menace of rampaging Fulani herdsmen terrorists.
The government of Nigeria should be ashamed of itself if it fails to arrest retired Lieutenant-General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma, former defense minister, who committed treason by calling on Nigerians for self-defense. It is pertinent to state here that since 29th of May 2015 when he got installed as Nigeria's President, retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari has steadily, ignorantly, erroneously and crudely, mistaken any call for self-defense as a conspiracy to either commit treasonable felony or outright offence of treason against the state. It was due to the unpretentious love of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has towards his helpless and victimized people - Biafrans, that irresistibly propelled him in the face of stringent bail conditions handed down to him from the Nigerian Federal High Court, that persuaded him to assemble vibrant, star-studded, intellectually equipped, unarmed, young Biafrans from all over the entire Biafraland, and form the Biafra Security Service (BSS). This was put together for the purpose of intelligence gathering concerning uncompromised security and protection of the land of Biafra and her citizens.
Following the assemblage, training and inauguration of this peculiar Biafra Security outfit, the Nigerian murderous government, unleashed Operation Python Dance II on the Biafran youths of Igbo extraction, killing hundreds in Aba and Umuahia, and maiming many others. On September 14th 2017, Twenty eight (28) persons particularly, were gruesomely killed in the compound of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu himself, was captured, whisked away and kept incommunicado eversince, in an unidentified secret dungeon by the Nigerian Army. On Saturday 24th of March 2018, at Taraba State University, retired Lieutenant-General T.Y. Danjuma overtly and in unmistakable terms, called for self-defense. He proceeded by urging the youths of the Middle Belt region to mobilize and get themselves armed for defense against the marauding Fulani killers. The Nigerian government therefore, must promptly order for his arrest and initiate processes for his prosecution for treason.
Information reaching Family Writers Press desk from our surveillance team in Taraba State, has it that the erstwhile Army General, in conjunction with all his counterparts in the entire Middle Belt region of Nigeria, have already put in place, a dreaded team of militiamen, fully kitted and properly armed for the impending confrontational onslaught against the Fulani terrorists. The militia it was reliably gathered, is being sponsored and funded by the former army generals under the auspices of Middle Belt Retired Generals Forum (MBRGF), ostensibly to defend all the States within the region. This is in sharp contrast with the armless Biafra Security Service (BSS) put together by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Biafraland.
If therefore, there exists people who have brazenly conspired in Nigeria to commit treasonable felony or outright treason, then it is not Mazi Nnamdi Kanu cum his unarmed BSS but Retired Lt. General T.Y. Danjuma, Rtd. Gen. Martin Luther Agwai, Rtd. Gen. Jeremiah Useni, Rtd. Gen. Atom Kpera, et cetera. Who amongst these former Army Generals, fingered for having secretly created and fully funded armed militia even within the Middle Belt region, has the cabalistic and vampiric Federal Government of Muhammadu Buhari arrested? T.Y. Danjuma, who clearly stands out as the arrow head of this groups of people, should in the interest unbiased justice, be arrested and prosecuted for treasonable felony offence or tried in the court of law by the Nigerian government for committing treason.
It is on this premise, that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the courageous and highly enlightened leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, should without further delay, be released from captivity by the Nigerian Army and duly be apologised to, for unjust and oppressive persecution.
Self-defense has become a growing song on the lips of concerned Nigerians with political office holders like Governors Yahaya Bello, Samuel Ortom and ex-defense minister - rtd. Gen.T.Y.Danjuma, inclusive.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who has remained exceptionally incorruptible has been fully vindicated by nature itself. His continual detention by the agents of the Nigerian government is glaringly, a declaration of war against natural justice. His call for self-defense is indisputably, in tune with the need of the time which can never be wished away.
