JUSTICE ABDUL KAFARATI OF NIGERIA AND THE ANATHEMIZED JUDICIARY

The high level of obscenities hovering over the Nigerian Judiciary is to a close watcher of events in the country, exceptionally deadly than the brutalities of the combined terror organizations of Fulani Herdsmen and Boko Haram.
Some curious minds may come up with the question on how the Nigerian Judiciary, in the light of the destructive activities of the aforementioned terror groups, could be so dainted when compared. The truth remains that if the Judiciary which is obligated by law to adjudicate and protect rights of the common man has metamorphosed into an oppressive tool in the hands of despots due to crass mundane interests of the judicial officers, their actions become not just suicidal and terroristic but vampiric and Satanic.
Honorable Justice Abdul Kafarati of an Abuja-based Federal High Court, is a perfect example of a monstrous bugbear within the domain of the Nigerian Bar Association. This dictatorial tendency of a supposed law officer must of necessity, be killed if the Nigerian judicial system must be sanitised to function within the ambit of civility and unbiasness.
There is a word coated in wisdom which says that "justice delayed is justice denied". It therefore becomes noteworthy to state here that the formation of judicial processes were initiated to enable judicial officers to faultlessly interpret issues of law and all related intricacies without any inch of delay, fear or favour.
TERRORISM
This is an unlawful use of violence and intimidation by an individual or a group of persons especially against the civilian population in the pursuit of targeted interest, ambition or political relevance. It therefore means that any person or group of persons can ferociously carry out this objective, such as the prevailing intents and activities of Boko Haram and the Fulani herdsmen. That is why they are addressed as terrorists even at the global sphere. It is based on this premise, I hereby call on the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Judicial Organizations (IJO), to instantly summon Hon. Justice Abdul Kafarati of the Abuja Federal High Court, Nigeria, for upholding and dispensing injustice through the proscription of the legitimate activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). This is a phenomenal global body that is peacefully, legally and very exceptionally carrying out her activities as an oppressed Indigenous People Group to the applause and commendation of the International community. The IPOB is a civilized and well enlightened mass movement, exercising her right for self-determination as distinctively enshrined in the United Nations (UN) charter, on the rights of Indigenous peoples the world over.
The Nigerian government has callously, in collaboration with her Judiciary, proscribed the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) from officially carrying out her activities as an organization within the country. This is a body made up of over 50 million Indigenous Biafran people all over the world. There has not been any record anywhere, indicting the IPOB of killing, destruction or kidnapping. Justice Kafarati playing out the Satanic script handed over to him by his Hausa-Fulani overlords, has without conscience and recourse to judicial ethics, upheld the pronouncement of the alleged IPOB proscription even when his predecessors ruled in the contrary. With the prevalent developments therefore in Nigeria, it dare means that terrorism in the eyes of the law, is not really what it stands for. In Nigeria, being law abiding is an act of terror while the actual culprits against the state remain exonerated and protected.
It is a travesty of justice and an invitation to self-destruction to see potential terrorists in the Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram being officially pampered and aided nationally by the government, while thousands of innocent lives are steadily being wasted on the altar of Islamic terrorism and properties worth billions of Naira are being destroyed. Hon. Kafarati should be properly drilled for him to understand the full import and antecedents of terrorism and be made to resign for disappointing the common man with his depraved approach to complex judicial matters.
Self determination is globally recognized fundamental right of every indigenous people groups as contained in the laws of the United Nations and other affiliate bodies of which Nigeria is a signatory. It is therefore not just only abominable but barbaric that Nigeria is an enclave where evil is glamorised and rewarded.
It is a gross miscarriage of justice to link the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and her leadership, with any form of terrorism.
