IPOB:  DIFFERENT RULINGS  OF TERRORISM ON IPOB SHOWED CORRUPT AND INCORRUPTIBLE JUDGE

The different rulings on the case of terrorism accusation by the Nigerian government against the armless and peace loving Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the supreme command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by two different Yoruba Judges in the Nigerian Federal High Court have shown openly who is the incorruptible and the corrupt Judge in Nigerian judiciary. Hon Justice Abdul Kafarati as a corrupt Judge put himself as a Judge and the Nigerian Judiciary in general, in a tight corner when he speedily granted the black market court order in his obscure chamber to the Attorney General of Nigeria on September 20, 2017 to designate and gazette IPOB as a terrorist organization in order to satisfy the ungodly yearning of the Nigerian government against the armless Biafra  agitators. Remember that no Law Enforcement Agency in Nigeria or any other nation in the world has ever arrested members of IPOB in possession of any arm or has conducted any interrogation on the arrested/tortured members of IPOB and traced any arm to them. Remember also that there has never been any record of attack or plan for any attack or foiled attack traced to IPOB in any country of the world including Nigeria. The Nigerian Armed Forces on the firm instruction by the Nigerian government has in different occasions massacred, humiliated, brutalized and bath survivors with raw acid the same members of IPOB, yet the members of IPOB remained calm at the command of their leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and never retaliated on the brutality of the Nigerian Armed Forces all these years. These are the same people whom the corrupt Judge bereft of conscience, Justice Abdul Kafarati quickly ruled and upheld that they should be designated as a terrorist organization because the people were seeking for self-determination to free themselves from Nigeria.

The world should not forget in a hurry that sometime in December 17, 2015, the only fearless and incorruptible Judge in the Nigerian judiciary,  Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola after listening to both counsel to the Nigerian SSS and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu respectively, Bar Moses Idakwo (SSS) and Bar Vincent Obetta (Mr Kanu) ruled that Nnamdi Kanu and his followers should be released unconditionally because there is no evidence to show before the court that the people are terrorists. Before Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola (the incorruptible Judge) delivered his ruling on the case on that December 17, 2015, he called on the then Counsel to Nigeria SSS, Mr Moses Idakwo and said thus to him before the open court "Next time when you bring a person to this honourable court on the accusation of terrorism, make sure you bring a real terrorist, and not a freedom fighter or activist preaching his ideology on a radio station. Terrorists do not stay or preach on radio stations like the accused was reported by the prosecutor to be doing.
This is because the Prosecuting Counsel only tendered before the court here that the accused is broadcasting on a radio station, and that made it difficult for the court to be convinced that the accused could ever be terrorst".

These were the unforgettable words of the incorruptible Judge, Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola  on December 17, 2015 which the Nigerian SSS on the firm instruction of Gen Muhammadu Buhari refused to obey or appeal till today.

Can't the world see that it was the same people that the incorruptible Judge, Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola declared that there is no evidence to rule that they are terrorists that the corrupt Judge, Justice Abdul Kafarati ruled and upheld that they are now terrorists without any new development or proof of any trait of terrorism found around the people? Before the grant of the obnoxious black market order by Justice Abdul Kafarati on September 20, 2017, Justice Binta Nyako after seeing what Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola saw also ruled on March 1, 2017 that IPOB is not an unlawful organization. But Justice Abdul Kafarati was blinded by his parochial. People of good conscience all over the world now wonder where the corrupt Justice Abdul Kafarati based his ruling which stated that the Indigenous People of Biafra are terrorists just because they protest with placards that Biafra must be restored. Having studied through the judicial caricature meted on Nigeria by the corrupt Judge, Justice Abdul Kafarati, I hereby called on the Nigerian Judicial Counsel (NJC) and Nigerian Judicial Service Commission (NJSC) to as a matter of urgency dismiss and punish Justice Abdul Kafarati for bringing disgrace on the Nigerian Judiciary by using the power vested on the courts of the land to aid and cover impunity and executive lawlessness  by killing Biafran agitators and at same time designate them as terrorists. The world must rise and fight injustice now.
