BIAFRA: ENDING THE CRISIS IN THE AFRICAN CONTINENT

Africa is a very unique continent in the world and it is mainly populated by the blacks. It is a continent endowed with enormous human and natural resources which have over times, benefited humanity.
The numerous culture, diverse ethnic leanings and productivity of this specie of humans, cannot be over-emphasized. Perfect example of this, are the Indigenous People of Biafra in the present day Nigeria, whose production capability, greatly spurred the lucrative slave business drive of the slavemasters from across Europe and America, of which they greviously, suffered the victims.
Africa is indeed a continent enormously blessed of God with all manner of blessings. It is peopled with inhabitants of great potentials but which has regrettably remained till date, a continent riddled with various kinds destructive crises and turmoils. It has suffered the effects of colonialism, neo-colonialism, despotism and hydra-corruption. Millions of the inhabitants have either been displaced, maimed or killed through the vampiric policies of the self-centered and destructive leaders the continent has had. Goods worth billions of US dollars have equally been irredeemably destroyed. Africa is a continent that has over the years, witnessed and suffered annihilative wars and crisis amongst the various continents of the world.
For example, the war of 1967-1970, between Nigeria and Biafra, claimed not less than 3 million Biafran lives and properties worth billions of dollars wantonly destroyed. The consequences of the Liberian, Congolese, Burundian, Somalian, Sudanese wars et cetera, are still fresh in the memory of many all over the world.
Causes of these self-imposed, needless conflicts prop up from mutual distrust, border disputes, agitations for self-determination, marginalization, gross injustices and enslavement. Africa was colonized by those who ventured into the continent thus opening the floodgates of entry to all manner of human beings who came in principally for selfish interests. Africa though partially independent politically, is yet stuttering under the yoke of various shades of indirect rule by these colonialists whose cultures/ idiosyncrasies and which remain sharply incompatible, still get amalgamated with "strangers" thereby engendering strife and instability.
The consistent crisis, threats of wars and wars in the continent, have remained the major causes of poverty, impoverishment and under-development in our democracy, economy, infrastructure and education. Africa in today's global record, ranks the highest in immigrants and refugees index both in the European and American countries. The average African is confused, hopeless and frustrated and that is why there is great pandemonium across the continent. There is absolutely no commensurate productivity due to very imposing intrigues. The scale of destruction and uncertainty this wave of disaster has visited upon the people is quite unprecedented.
However, there remains some palliatives if valuable steps could be taken. The European Union, the Americans and most of these colonialists who were masterminds of African problems hold the magic wand. The amalgamated African countries could be restructured back to their original status prior to the evil eras of colonialism. The legitimate reasons behind various agitations by the different Indigenous ethnic nationalities should be globally evaluated. They should be concerted efforts to garner international support for freedom and independence. The African leaders should be made to lend credible attention and support for the comprehensive amendment of their laws that will usher in enduring peace, restoration and co-relationship amongst neighbors. The need to extricate Africans from the clutches of destabilisation, sufferings and death is now. Here comes the great hope of assistance placed on the President of the United States of America - Donald John Trump and the American people. The excruciating plights of war, crises and conflicts bedeviling the Africa people especially those in Nigeria, Sudan, Somalia and Cameroon can be brought to a permanent end and promptly too.
This inalienable desire cannot be compromised!
