IPOB: NIGERIAN ARMY SHOULD PRODUCE NNAMDI KANU DEAD OR ALIVE

NIGERIAN ARMY SHOULD PRODUCE NNAMDI KANU DEAD OR ALIVE
Nnamdi Kanu

It is quite unfortunate that the Nigerian Judiciary is sickly deficient of truth and transparency and that is why evil has pervaded the land. Many people have lost confidence in the system because of brazen acts of perversion or miscarriage of justice.

The indefatigable and brave leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been missing since the terroristic invasion of his residence by the Nigerian Army at Afaraukwu- Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia state. He has prior to that murderous invasion of his house, been harmlessly and peacefully going about the evangelization of Biafra restoration, sensitising the people about the prevailing agitation for the unfettered restoration of Biafra. Since after the trumped-up "Operation Python Dance II" onslaught targeted at eliminating him and his followers by the Northern dominated Nigerian military, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has neither been seen, heard nor his whereabouts known.

The questions which the Nigerian Army has not up till date proffered answers to are: "Where is Nnamdi Kanu? Has he been killed or still alive and held incommunicado in your custody? If really he has been killed, it behoves on you to better still release his remains to us for befitting burial as a Prince in his community and a valuable leader of the Biafran people.  Biafrans are not like the Arewas who do not place value on their dead. The vampiric and grossly unprofessional Army of Nigeria should toe the path of honor at least for once, and  release the deceased body of Nnamdi Kanu to the Biafrans if they really killed him for burial according to our custom and tradition. The Nigerian Army and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, the supposedly chief security officer of Abia state cum sponsor of the invasion, are undoubtedly held responsible for the disappearance of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from public glare, from then till date.

The immoral and shameless government of Nigeria in the bid to cover up it's depraved and wicked policies, has in the last court sitting through the toothless judiciary, tried to hoodwink the gullible by indirectly trying to implicate Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe  who signed surety for the release of Nnamdi kanu from prison custody. He was asked by the Hausa-Fulani controlled judiciary to make sure he produces Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the next court sitting fixed for the later part of this month of November, 2017. But it must be unequivocally stated here that right from the very day the murderous Nigerian soldiers planned the invasion of his residence, they never consulted with Senator Abaribe nor was that terroristic expedition meant to serve his interest. Has Senator Abaribe ever complained to the Nigerian Army or the government that Nnamdi Kanu was missing prior to that invasion if they really wanted to set the records straight, knowing fully well that he suretied Nnamdi Kanu? The ideal thing to have been done bearing in mind the implications of Nnamdi Kanu's disappearance, would have been to initiate a pre-emptive framework that would have forestalled that immoral invasion of the house of a man that has never killed a fly nor instigated any violence.

These people clearly knew then that Nnamdi Kanu's court date was barely weeks away before they embarked on that mayhem at Afaraukwu - Ibeku which took many innocent Biafran lives. Many are yet hospitalised while uncountable numbers are still missing.  Kanu was not a criminal as he never spoke in hiding. He has displayed high level of bravity and decorum in his avowed campaign for the Biafran restoration project. Since the Nigerian Army lack the expertise of professional soldiering in a democratic dispensation and went head on with full military might to kill armless man whose only weapon was declaring the truth, they should be held absolutely responsible for his disappearance and not Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe. This vampiric approach runs foul to a purely civil matter that was pending before an assumed court of competent jurisdiction.

It is on record that missing along with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are his parents - His and Her Royal Majesties who have also not been accounted for. In the Northern Hausa-Fulani enclave, can the palace of a Sultan or an Emir be so invaded by any Nigerian Security Agency and the Arewa Youths not destructively revolt even in the South East and the South South? But one cannot but imagine the effrontery and the criminal lack of respect why these terrorists infested and unethical Nigerian military invaded and desecrated the sacred palace of His Royal Majesty in Biafraland, with no recourse. They repeatedly came visiting the compound, stealing and carting away all valuables.

Nigeria is shamelessly a lawless country and that even perpetrated by those who even ought to know and impartially enforce the law going by their assumed training, are tacitly behind breaking the law wilfully as a norm. All because the country has no respectable, unbiased and effectively functional constitution. The courts have been made as rubber stamps, authenticating executive lawlessness and this ferociously carried out against a man (Nnamdi Kanu) that was on bail. He could be invaded in his residence without the court raising eyebrow  against an official madness.

The Nigerian Army must produce Nnamdi Kanu dead or alive and not Senator Abaribe. The Indigenous People Of Biafra are not mincing words in their clear demands from the Nigerian Army who invaded Kanu's house before being killed or taken away ever since, to provide him to them. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has remained undaunted with this and are resolutely fearless in confronting the state in all available means to press home their demands.
A stitch in time they say, saves nine.
