FAMILY WRITERS PRESS SEND GOODWILL MESSAGE TO IPOB WORLDWIDE FOR THE 30TH MAY 2017 BIAFRA HEROES DAY
The Leadership, Staff and entire crew of Family Writers Press (FWP) wishes to send this warm goodwill message to commemorate with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Worldwide under the Supreme Command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (De Great) on the occasion of their forthcoming Biafra Heroes Remembrance Day Celebration billed to take place on the 30th May, 2017. It is with oxymoron figurative expression of mixed feelings that Family Writers Press felicitate with IPOB Worldwide as they mark the 4th edition of the Biafra Heroes Remembrance Day come May 30th, 2017, when we remember our Heroes massacred in Nkpor when we observed last year's edition.
Family Writers Press is Fully aware that Biafra Heroes who paid the supreme price with their lives in defense of Biafraland before, during and after the genocidal war of aggression which Nigeria government levied and carried out against us, deserves more than a Day Celebration of Remembrance but that is much IPOB Worldwide can offer for now to the Heroes as we have not completely restored the sovereignty of Biafra. As IPOB has fixed that day as a mark of honour to our fallen Heroes, Family Writers Press hereby urge every Biafran, friends of Biafra, Lovers of freedom and the world at large to join IPOB in making 30th May, 2017, a day of honour to the Biafra fallen Heroes.

Family Writers Press gives the God, Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama all the glory for preserving Biafrans and bringing us to another edition of Biafra Heroes Remembrance Day Celebration come May 30th 2017. Family Writers Press also appreciate IPOB Worldwide under the Supreme Command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for setting aside May 30th of every year to serve as a memorial to the sacrifice rendered by our beloved brothers and sisters who stood up as HEROES and HEROINES until their death in defense of our fatherland, the ancient land of Biafra.
HEROES DAY IN RETROSPECT:
Family Writers Press is also aware that this year edition of the Heroes Day Celebration is the fourth edition. It could be recalled that the first edition was held successfully at Enugu in 2014 and the second edition was also held successfully at Aba in 2015, while the third edition held in 2016, turned bloody with the joint command of President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria and Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state, who ordered the shooting at sight of unarmed IPOB activists and Biafrans that embarked on the Heroes day celebration as it was held at Nkpor in Anambra State- Biafra. The fourth edition is going to be successful because every Biafran is expected to stay at home and celebrate it with families and friends. No police officer or Army officer can come and bring anybody out of his house that day. But, if anyone goes out to work and get molested or intimidated by the Nigerian Army, just blame yourself because IPOB ordered a sit at home on that day and you went out your way to defile it.
ACHIEVEMENT OF THE DAY:
Family Writers Press also recognized that the previous editions of the Heroes Remembrance Day has made Biafran fallen Heroes know that the present generation of Biafrans in Biafra restoration project led by IPOB has not forgotten the efforts of our Heroes who died to protect the Biafraland which the present generation inherited. We know that our Heroes will be happy in their graves come May 30th, 2017 as IPOB remembers them everywhere in the world, but their innocent souls will never rest in peace until Biafra which they all sacrificed their lives for is judiciously, logically and completely restored.
REGRET:
Family Writers Press only regret is that the supreme leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Worldwide is still in detention against two court verdicts ordering his unconditional release. We in Family Writers will continue to stand with IPOB as we do everything within our reach as media outlet to keep the world posted as event continue to unfold. The earnest expectation of Family Writers is that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will celebrate Heroes Day with us as a freed man.
CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, Family Writers Press advises every Biafran to stand with IPOB under the Supreme Command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by staying indoors come May 30th this year so as to be part of what Chukwu Okike Abiama is going to do that day in Biafra restoration awareness campaign.
