JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO IS NOT LEARNED ENOUGH TO BE A JUDGE

The Nigeria judiciary is totally worthless, now it is very crystal clear that Nigeria judiciary is never independent but under control of President Muhammadu Buhari. How can a President determine what to judge, how to judge and whom to use?
What happened in the last court sitting pertaining to the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has portrayed how devilish Nigerian leaders can act.
"This is my Court and I can do whatever I like" Justice Binta Nyako told Nnamdi Kanu's defense counsels.
If Nigeria is a civilized country, this her words and comment is enough to disqualify her instantly; rather Buhari been Idi Amin reincarnated will automatically promote her for doing his bidding.
As long as Buhari is in charge, injustice will remain the order of the day in Nigeria. Before Buhari took over the mantle of leadership, he has never responded, respected and obeyed court order or even to appear before Chief Justice C. Oputa which was referred as Oputa penel when he was indicted of magnanimous fraud in the petroleum industry. Honestly what is happening now is never new to the Indigenous People Of Biafra.
Buhari should understand that indigenous people of Biafra have determined to restore Biafra (we are resolute and formidable- it is Biafra or nothing else). Keeping (IPOB) leader under continuous incarceration will even worsen the predicament of Nigeria and catalyze the Biafra struggle.
Buhari should know that he is incompetent, likewise Justice Binta Nyako. Therefore we are challenging Buhari and Justice Binta Nyako to bring in the witness publicly or resign from Nnamdi Kanu's case.
It is either Biafra or Death.
