NNAMDI KANU'S CASE PLACED NIGERIA ON A WEIGHING SCALE

The intensity of injustice and corruption in Nigeria judiciary has indeed raised eyebrows and placed Nigeria on a weighing scale. How the judiciary is being pocketed by the Nigeria President, Nigeria legal practitioners are used as human right violation tool, against Citizens is becoming one wolfish perturbing issue, resulting to the World asking if the rule of law is no longer in existence in Nigeria?
Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's controversial case has beamed the satellite of the World so bright that, a lot of exposures have being made. Juxtaposing the Nigeria judiciary with other countries, the World intellectuals have found out that, only in Nigeria will a Citizen who has being granted bail and perfected his bail conditions, is still kept on detention for over a year.
The case of the Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra Citizen Nnamdi Kanu convinced the World that, the rule of Law and the entirety of judiciary is being controlled and influenced by the Nigeria President and his cohorts. A concrete and factual instance is, the convicting Presidential Media Chart on December 30 2015, where the President of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari stated, "Do you know the offence Nnamdi Kanu committed? He came into the country with sophisticated weapons and I won't release him". This is a citizen still undergoing trial, but the President of Nigeria publicly convicted him and upon that order are the trial judges acting.
Furthermore, Two Judges have presided over this very World class case. And recently the third Judge who factually is the Sister to Nigeria President and self made Judge Muhammadu Buhari,has being installed as the trial Judge, in a quest to imprison a Man who only exercised his human right to Self-Determination, in accordance to the UN Charter.
Justice Adeniyi Ademola who decided to obey the rule of law, keep it sacrosanct and not obeying the rule of Buhari, by granting Citizen Nnamdi Kanu bail,was recently molested by the DSS and the World were astonished over such act by the Nigeria Government, over a Judge carrying out his legal duties.
The Second Judge by name Justice John Tsoho, installed by Buhari, who ruled against Secret trial was threatened and it resulted to an automatic U-Turn and a reconsideration of same secret trial ruling he struck out, in a Common wealth country like Nigeria to the amazement of the World. A more astonishing development occurred, when Legal practitioners of the Nigeria Bar Association and Civil Society groups took to the streets of Abuja in protest of, the involvement and influence of the Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari in Nigeria judiciary, over the continuous detention and infringement of right of Citizen Nnamdi Kanu and others who have being granted bail. They stated that "The Nigeria judiciary should remain sacrosanct and shouldn't be pocketed by the Nigeria President. The President should stop interfering into Nnamdi Kanus case and that of other citizens".
This particular case have intensely weighed the Nigeria judiciary and exposed its dependent and pupated nature. This is one of the reasons why, the Indigenous People Of Biafra are ardently and fearlessly agitating to get the Biafra Nation restored, as one cannot remain in an alien country where the hope of the common Man is being shattered, Life of individuals is easier to get rid of and the rights of the citizens is being violated and trampled on, with impunity. This corruption of the Nigeria judiciary has eaten the system so deep like cankerworm and the solution to this barbarism is total division of all the heterogeneous Nations concocted into this British experiment called Nigeria.
