BIAFRA: THE FREEDOM OF MAZI NNAMDI KANU AND THE BIAFRAN NATION IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

BIAFRA: THE FREEDOM OF MAZI NNAMDI KANU AND THE BIAFRAN NATION IS NOT NEGOTIABLE

By Paul Ihechi Alagba
For Family Writers

There are different types of freedom which include; freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of worship or association and so on.

All these, amongst others are duly guaranteed in various kinds of constitution known to mankind. Freedom entails liberty, fundamental human rights and self-determination as the case may be. In a situation whereby one is prevented from enjoying all the aforementioned is assumed he or she is still under bondage and slavery

Therefore, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Benjamin Mmadubugwu, David Nwawuisi, Chidiebere Onwudiwe and Biafrans in captivity must be allowed to enjoy their freedom as stipulated by the International Human Rights Law.

If the Nigerian government is truly lawful, if they  truly have those who can interpret the laws and those who know what human right is all about, it is time for  Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and all the Biafrans been incarcerated extrajudicially to gain their freedom.

In addition, it is also time to negotiate the unity of the contraption called Nigeria. Having known that Nigeria was artificially created by the British government, which was to last for one hundred years only.
Biafrans who existed before the British colonization must be allowed to determine their fate and destinies. Based on this, nobody has the right to stop them from exercising their fundamental human rights.  Biafrans and the Arewas cannot mix further based on the Amalgamation law. The experience so far for this one hundred years of being together has been a very bitter one. Biafrans demand for freedom, and it should be granted thoroughly without delay because it is a legitimate right.

Furthermore, Thursday, 1st December 2016, will be another remarkable day in the history of freedom fighting as the presiding Judge of the Nigerian Federal High Court, Hon. Justice Binta Nyako will let the entire world know if anyone exercising his right to self determination deserves freedom or not. The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Biafrans at large have been denied their rights to freedom since the emergence of President Muhammadu Buhari . They have been subjected to suffer for nothing. The only crime they committed was they want to be free from marginalization, discrimination, hatred, subjugation.

Meanwhile, we wish to notify the world once again that there are indications President Buhari has ordered Justice Binta, not to grant Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and others bail unless he ordered her to do so. This has sparked various questions among lovers of freedom if Nigeria is truly a democratic government.

Finally, we, the Indigenous People of Biafra {IPOB} wish to put the whole world on notice  that our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and others must be released unconditionally as the previous courts of competent jurisdictions ruled. Anything other than that, would  not be acceptable. We  also wish to let all lovers of freedom to know that the freedom of Nnamdi Kanu and the Biafran nation is a must and not negotiable .

  1. Biafra Nation is non-negotiable. We must restore Biafra this time. If we miss it this time, we are done as an ethnic group in Nigeria. No mistakes at all - no matter the sacrifice, it will worth it.
