BUHARI SET TO REINCARNATE CORRUPT JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO THROUGH MRS BINTA NYAKO

The President of the British, Islamic republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has shown once again his devilish desire towards the case of the able law abiding leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and the director of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu{POC}.
He has displayed his negative readiness in making sure that he must succeed by every means in order to convict an innocent man whom his only offence is standing against injustice and the continuous subjugation of Biafrans in Nigeria.
The emergence of Hon.justice Binta Nyako{Mrs} as the next judge in the case of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and others, is another plot to re-incarnate another puppet judge like justice John Tsoho via his fellow DAURA judge, Mrs.Binta Nyako.
HON.BINTA NYAKO'S PROFILES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Hon.Justice Binta Nyako{B.F.M}of the federal High Court Abuja is a native of Rimi Local Government Area of Kastina State; she was born at Remawa on the 14th of May, 1959.
SCHOOLS ATTENDED, CERTIFICATE AND DATE:
She attended Maryland covenant school, Ikeja, Lagos State in the year-1968-1970,army children's school, Dantunku road,Kaduna {FSLC}1970/1971
Queen college, Yaba,Lagos State {WAEC}1972-1976
School of basic studies, A.B.U Zaria {JAMB}1976/1977
Institute of administration, A.B.U Zaria {LLB}1977-1980
Finally, Nigeria law school, Victoria Island Lagos-1981/82,and did her national youth corps. {NYSC}at ministry of justice,Kaduna State-1982/83.
HER WORKING EXPERIENCES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
State counsel-Ministry of justice, Kaduna State-1983 and obtained Commonwealth fund for technical corporation certificate of legal drafting in the year 1987
Acting director of legal draftsman 1987, Principal legal draftsman-1989-1992;
Solicitor/director general-1989-1992;
Director general-Ministry of agriculture-November 1993;
Commissioner for justice, December, 1994-1996;
Lastly, she became member, local government council election appeal tribunal, July-August 1997.
There is very reliable evidence coming to the desk of Family Writers that Hon.Binta met with President Muhammadu Buhari secretly few weeks ago before the case file was assigned to her on Saturday, 15th of October 2016.
However, an insider revealed that Buhari accused the former judge, John Tsoho who presided over the case of inaction, after which Hon. Mrs.Binta promised him of immediate actions against the law, in order to ensure that Nnamdi Kanu is jailed.
Note that some weeks back, some national judges were ambushed by Buhari's commandos Gestapo DSS whom the law of the land does not even recognize, not to talk of permitting them to carry out arrest of any form.
Justice Adeniyi Ademola,a learned high respected Federal high court judge, was humiliated and later whisked away simply because he upheld justice on Mr.Kanu and Mr.Dasuki,ordering for their unconditional release, an order which is yet to obeyed since, 17th of December 2015.
An irony of it all is that, Hon.Ademola and co was accused of corruption, while the most corrupt judges such as the most puppet judge, justice John Tsoho and others were allowed to walk freely.
It important to let the whole world to know that, while Buhari claimed to be fighting corrupt judges, justice John Tsoho of federal High Court, a man who obviously collected bribe and changed his judgment in order to nail Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is still moving freely without even query from any authority. Is there any corruption worst than that?
Furthermore, Buhari and his DAURA sister, Mrs.Binta Nyako has perfected their first plan to transform legal justice system into a jungle justice system by fixing her first assignment to clash with 8th November 2016, a date which was already meant for ECOWAS Court final ruling on Nnamdi Kanu's suit, in order to frustrate Nnamdi Kanu's legal team.
With this step alone, it has shown how Nigerian judges are working for wealth instead of justice.
Finally, we the Indigenous People of Biafra, {IPOB} worldwide, are raising alarm to the international community, human rights groups, the lovers of freedom/democracy to note that Justice Binta must uphold justice and desist from any plan that will abort justice.
She must uphold the order that granted Mr.Nnamdi Kanu's unconditional release or better wash off her hands as usual as soon as possible and save herself and Nigerian judiciary from further embarrassment.
