BIAFRA: THE VICTORY OF IPOB IS ASSURED, AS KANU MOVES TO TUMBLE NIGERIA AT ECOWAS COURT

BIAFRA: THE VICTORY OF IPOB IS ASSURED, AS KANU MOVES TO TUMBLE NIGERIA AT ECOWAS COURT

The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB), and director of Radio Biafra / BiafraTV, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is set to storm the ECOWAS court in Abuja come November 8th 2016. Biafrans are very sure that justice shall prevail for the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu who will slug it out with Nigeria at ECOWAS court of justice.

The only worry of Biafrans is concerning the Federal High Court Abuja which will be holding court proceedings on Nnamdi Kanu's trial on the 8th of November, same day the ECOWAS court fixed to rule on Nnamdi Kanu's suit against the Nigerian government.  As a result, the present judge of federal high court Abuja, appointed by Buhari is likely to have been placed under pressure to jail Nnamdi Kanu come 8th of November.

This has become a worrisome issue troubling the heart of Biafrans. The federal high court judge, Mrs. Binta Nyako should know that fixing 8th of November to commence proceedings over Nnamdi Kanu's trial is purely unacceptable in the eyes of GOD and BIAFRANS.

We are aware that this is a game plan; we already know arrangements between Binta and the pedophile, Buhari to jail Nnamdi Kanu. However she must remember the world is watching on to see how things unfold. She must also remember that "it is of elementary knowledge that an order of court is a law, which must be obeyed by all and sundry, including all the institutions of government".

It is a must that orders of the court, no matter how unfavorable it looks, have to be obeyed; but tyrannical forces have continued to treat with disdain and levity, the rule of law, as orders of the courts of competent jurisdiction which ruled in favour of the unconditional release of our leader NNAMDI KANU, have all been flagrantly disobeyed.

Three courts have ordered for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, but tyrant Muhammadu Buhari, the zoo president and his DSS henchmen still moved ahead to disobey the three court orders, Thereby prolonging the incarceration of Nnamdi Kanu.

Buhari should be warned to stay clear from Kanu's case because he is not a judge neither is he a lawyer, rather the president of Nigeria. Nobody in any democratic country is above the rule of law, not even the President. Therefore, Nigeria is not an exception.
