IPOB: COURT UPDATE- JUDGE TSOHO HANDS OFF NNAMDI KANU CASE
Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra arrived at the federal high Court Abuja ahead of his proposed trial.
But there was some incident that occurred between the defendants and the preceding Judge, Justice Tsoho over the fact that the Nigeria Judicial system has been compromised and no fair judgment could be given over the trial of Nnamdi Kanu.
The three defendants defending Nnmadi Kanu case including Chuks Muoma, told Justice Tsoho that they no longer want him on the case and that the trial should be moved to another court. Justice Tsoho who was furious and demanded that the defendants showed him some respects and also asked why they wanted the case to be transferred to another court, but Nnamdi Kanu lawyers stated Boldly that Judge Tsoho was working in accordance with the directives of President Muhammadu Buhari, who is so keen on not granting their client bail and possibly sentence him to serve a jail term, therefore they feel he longer has what it takes to pass fair and squared judgment. Judge Tsoho asked to been given some time to review the case file.
The court was silent for a long period of time as Judge Tsoho reviews the case file. After much review from Judge Tsoho, he finally agreed to hands off and backout of Nnamdi Kanu's case. The case would therefore be moved to another court and Judge. This continues to show how incompetent and disorganized the judicial system and process can be in Nigeria.
This News might serve as a great disappointment to some, while to others it shows how much corruption is embedded into the judicial stamp in Nigeria. But to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) this is a welcome development after so much drama has unfolded with Judge Tsoho who was alleged to have collected over N100million in bribe from President Buhari. Don't go away full details coming soon.
