BIAFRA: THE NIGHTMARE OF NIGERIAN MEDIA TODAY

BIAFRA: THE NIGHTMARE OF NIGERIAN MEDIA TODAY

Following the recent creation of TRIPOB and Re-IPOB by the Federal Government of Nigeria, using the Vanguard Newspaper, it is now crystal clear that the media in Nigeria are bribed and bought over. Generally speaking, the practice of brown envelope journalism has been in existence but since the emergence of Biafra agitation, it became more obvious that Nigeria Journalists are bought over by government. They write according to the dictates of the government thereby hiding the truth about Biafra and situation of the suffering masses of Nigerians. No wonder they did not hesitate in propagating the gospel of lies over the emergence of TRIPOB and RE-IPOB.

Any way it did not come as a surprise to the Indigenous people of Biafra led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu over such move by the government working in collaboration with Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Ohanaeze Youths led by Joe Nworgu and Okechukwu Isiguzoro respectively.  In spite of all these campaign of calumny against Biafra using Vanguard Newspaper, the Indigenous people of Biafra and Radio Biafra are winning the war.

All the attempts to ridicule the agitation for Biafra restoration and its Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu have proved abortive. From his hate speech as alleged by Nigerian government to him apologizing to Buhari,  to denouncement of Biafra, to the recent emergence of TRIPOB AND RE-IPOB. These are in a bid to whittle down the struggle but to no avail.

The most recent of their hide and seek game is to drag Emma powerful who is the Indigenous people of Biafra Media and Publicity into it. This is laughable! Meanwhile, Mazi Emma powerful had earlier stated his loyalty to IPOB led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Mazi Uchenna Mefor as its deputy. This is another prove that Biafrans are united in this struggle and no Nigerian media can supercede Radio Biafra and dedicated media structure of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
