IN THE NAME OF ALLAH: BUHARI I PLEAD THAT YOU TAKE IT EASY AND RELEASE KANU

I write to you as one that is on ground and in close contact with the activities of the freedom fighters you call militants. I have severally communicated their mind and position to you, but you would not listen. You chose to listen to people that cannot come near our freedom fighters or people who neither know the tide of the agitation.
No amount of tactics used to draw sympathy to you will work; you must face reality and solve problems that need attention. You cannot militarily arrest the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra and peacefully plead for pipeline destruction to end. The militants have peacefully pleaded you to release Kanu but you refused, through pipeline destruction, they are still begging you release him.
Take your time and go back to the pages of newspapers and online news, count how many people that have pleaded you to release Nnamdi Kanu, count how many seasoned men that have advised you to release Nnamdi Kanu, is Jerry Gana not from North and begged you to release Kanu and end the pipeline destruction?
Who is happy that Nigeria is in flames and blood flow? Who is happy that you have decided to use the military, killing innocent youths of Biafra and warning that nobody should joke with your military. Did you not promise to drown all of us? I am also pleading in the name of God that you take it easy with me and release Nnamdi Kanu for me.
Is Britain burning or did you see any blood flow? You quickly praised Cameron without shame, the people Cameron lead agitated to leave EU just like Kanu agitates; he simply called for referendum and lost, like a civilized man he resigned as a way of showing his displeasure. Did he kill or incarcerate “leave” campaigners? Did he unleash soldiers and DSS? Let me not digress because in my next column I will discuss that extensively.
If Nnamdi Kanu needed violence, he wouldn’t have built a radio station, he would build an army that would do ten folds than militants are doing. You must be very careful before things get out of control, if you are already pleading in the name of God, what will happen when you force entire agitating Biafrans to focus on the pipelines. I have given you a clue, this civil war you are nursing will be fought on the oil field and I wonder the level ruin it would cause.
The militants bombing the oil pipelines are not ready to stop, are you shedding crocodile tears or mocking militants with the plea in the name of God? They are not militants but freedom fighters and they have told you to release their leader and pipeline destruction will stop. What is the need pleading when a simple action can end everything?
Yes Biafra is not negotiable but we can negotiate how the restoration will be, we can peacefully sit down and reach compromise on how we can help one another as neighbors. You are only giving the freedom fighters you call militants the reason to continue, release Nnamdi Kanu and end the hostility that is yet a tip of ice berg. The youths responsible for pipeline destructions are from Biafra and Biafra today has a leader in the person of Nnamdi Kanu.
The militants as you call them are Biafrans loyal to the prisoner of conscience in your dungeon, you need not to beg God or convince militants in the name of God, just by releasing Nnamdi Kanu, and your prayers will be answered. Your advisers might have misled you, they might have told you one thing or another, and they are already looking for your replacement in 2019 because they will accuse you of arresting Nnamdi Kanu which subsequently caused the destruction of Nigeria.
I beg you in the name of Allah, I wonder how you used God instead of Allah, release Nnamdi Kanu and let us talk, Cameron did not arrest the “leave’ campaigner, he even lost and Britain never bled. You are simply telling us that your ambition is greater than the sacrifice you have to make to sustain humanity.
You need not plead for the pipeline bombing to stop because it would never stop until Kanu is released and he commands it to stop, have they not told you that they would listen to only Nnamdi Kanu? Did you not hear their voice on radio Biafra shouting? Even though this crop stops, another crop will start until you release Nnadi Kanu.
Let me brief you once more, are you aware that some countries have interest in Biafra? They cannot come in with just peaceful agitation, and they needed an armed wing to give everything to implement Kanu’s release. There is still time for you to release Kanu and dialogue for a better Nigeria and better Biafra to save every living thing in this Lugardian establishment. You have simply made Biafra agitation serious with Kanu’s continued incarceration. The earlier you release Kanu, the better for us all.
As you plead to freedom fighters in the name of God, I plead to you in the name of Allah, you have taken away our lives, you have caused more tears to our people, and you have done more harm by incarcerating our leader we are ready to die for. If you think pipeline bombing will stop while Kanu is still incarcerated, I will only advise you to wake up and face the reality. Release Nnamdi Kanu first and establish basis for peaceful agitation of any kind, agitation can continue without pipeline destruction only when Nnamdi Kanu is released.
