WHY WE WILL NOT POLITICISE BIAFRA TO SUIT IKEDIFE AND SYILVESTER

There is a calculated and premeditated attack aimed at the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu simply for his refusal to politicise Biafra restoration. As the tension is mounting, he appears to be stronger in the face of this familiar war because his strategy is paying us positively and he has not shown any sign of succumbing to politicians. One cannot deny the importance of politics in a setting like this; politics is strongly needed to enable ties. Nnamdi Kanu’s refusal to politicise Biafra has stirred up some attacks from people like Ikedife, Debe Ojukwu and his cohorts. The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra- Nnamdi Kanu is not ready to politicise Biafra because he believes firmly that Biafra is a divine call and only God is needed for Biafra restoration and not politics. The national leader of IPOB Chidiebere Onwudiwe buttressed this position when in his address he said “If you like you join and restore your nation, good, but if you do not like you stay. The bottom line is, you will watch Biafra come and you or nobody can do anything about it, whether you agree or not, Biafra will come and you will inactively see it coming because Chukwuokikeabiama ordained it”
Nnamdi Kanu’s refusal to politicise Biafra is already pricking some politicians and insincere men; they have stirred up their attack in recent time. This set of people present themselves as Biafrans but inside them; they are playing the script of The Nigerian Government. They have been assigned a particular newspaper firm for the implementation of the plan. The Sun Newspaper is their platform for playing out this script. Today, Ikedife call them for his interview of how Kanu is not a leader and tomorrow Sylvester calls them on how Kanu does not respect them by not giving them a share in the project. One would wonder what men of such calibre can do in terms of freedom fighting. They are of the opinion that there is much wealth to be made out of the Biafra Project but Kanu has rejected such illegal means of making wealth and that for them is his crime. For rejecting the money making avenues of the Biafran actualisation to sincerely fight for Biafra, the affected men are beginning to fight dirty. Nnamdi Kanu will not politicise Biafra in effort to please a few and displease millions of the Indigenous People of Biafra. The masses make a leader and not some expired politicians that want a share of the National Cake.
Ikedife just concluded his attack and he was washed away and when they felt his arrow was quite defended, they rushed and asked one tagged ‘Ojukwu’s son’ to shoot his own arrow and believe you me IPOB has deconstructed him. I have so much respect for ‘His Excellency, Dim Chukwuemeke Odimegwu Ojukwu and respect for him should be defined as destroying or detesting anything that opposes his legacies’. Biafra is Ojukwu’s legacy and one who is ready to fight and die for the legacy of Ojukwu is the true son of Ojukwu. One thing that cannot be disputed is the fact that anybody that truly wants Biafra to be restored will acknowledge Nnamdi Kanu who is championing Biafra restoration. If one championing Biafra restoration is attacked, every Biafran should see this as attack against Ojukwu. Biafrans and everything we are.
Sylvester, the acclaimed Ojukwu’s son is one of those affected by truth; I remembered when this man was addressing a crowd during the flag off Chris Ngige’s governorship election campaign. He was firm and showed the politician he is. He left APGA, a legacy his ‘father’ left behind for APC the legacy Tinubu built, someone that is not half the status of Ojukwu.
Ojukwu died and all Sylvester could do was to start dragging properties. I doubt if Ojukwu gave birth to the coward that ought to at all cost honour a man that started where Ojukwu stopped and he should hide his face in shame. If the ‘properties’ of Ojukwu is the legacy he can fight for, this man deserves no attention. There is no doubt that politicising Biafra will benefit those men but Nnamdi Kanu will not do such because he is a leader that listens to us. If Nnamdi Kanu can decide to die for us, he won’t hesitate to remain with us. The desperation of politicians will destroy Biafra and this is the reason Nnamdi Kanu will not politicise Biafra. Politicians are needed but they must wait till Biafra is restored.
Finally, it is important I note that this group of people has been in existence since inception, from the early days of Ohaneze till today. Their purpose of the group is for political benefit and such benefits have long ceased because the Indigenous People are now awake. They were unknown nor unheard, they never talked of how Biafra will be restored in three days; they never became magicians till Nnamdi Kanu brought Biafra very close. They are today not fighting for Biafra but fighting for who is who and there is the need to ignore these men because we will not politicise Biafra restoration.
