OPEN LETTER TO ISRAEL: As you celebrate your independence, Biafra desperately needs Her freedom

My undying love for Israel started even before i learnt of the historical and biological link between Biafra and Israel, and same goes to all Biafrans scattered all over the world. The soft spot Biafrans have for Israel is beyond human imagination. Our happiest moment comes when Israel is happy and our saddest moments come when Israel is sad. I was astonished when my Biafran brother told me that he is ready to die for Israel as much as he is ready to die for Biafra, i didn’t shut him up or scolds him because i know that blood is thicker than water. He actually spoke the mind of millions of Biafrans including mine, we are being driven by the spirit of brotherhood. One thing about Biafrans is that we don't know how to love because we can love to a fault even if it means to die for it, and this is what makes us a special and an immortal race.

The people of Israel should never underestimate the love of Biafrans towards them, this is why millions of Biafrans all over the world despite all the hardships and frustrations imposed on us by the Nigerian government have risen to join Israel-the Holy Nation and an immortal race, in celebration of one of the most memorable days in her history-HER INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION.

As Biafrans celebrate with Israel, the only thing that spoils our mood and makes us to be jealous of the freedom Israel is that we are currently experiencing what our Brothers in Israel passed through prior to their independence. This is why we want Israel to remember that their siblings in Africa seriously need  help because just like them and every other free country, Biafrans desperately needs her own freedom.

Biafrans can never forget the pivotal role played by Israel to ensure that Biafrans were not completely annihilated during the Biafra genocide that lasted from 1966-1970, a genocide synonymous to the Holocaust. The efforts of Israel to ensure that millions of Biafra kids weren't starved to death through their relieve flights flown into Biafra by night despite the territorial war they were facing at that time can never be erased from the memory of Biafrans. Israel was among the few nations that stood in support of Biafra when almost the entire world supported our extermination. Our love for Israel can never die.

I am writing to tell Israel that we need her help and support now more than ever because the war never stopped and the genocide against Biafrans is still ongoing. We expect that even if every other country in the world including America turns away from our plight, Israel can never fail to be in our defence. We want Israel to never look away from our quest for the restoration of our beloved country Biafra.

To say that being in Nigeria has been hell for us is an understatement. Nigeria was created by the British colonialists to subjugate our people and loot our resources dry. We were never consulted before we were forced into this unholy union in Nigeria. Now we want to return to who were before the British colonialists came but we are being silenced at the voice of the gun and in the caves of prisons. The genocidists who killed millions of our people during the war are back in power today, and they have promised to complete the genocide they started should we raise our voice again asking for our freedom. We want Israel to take notice because we are never going to shut up until Biafra is restored.

They have threatened to drown us like slaves in the lagoon if we don't do their wish, those who claim to be one with us have been deporting us from their land and committing arson on our business empires. They exploit both our human and natural resources only to reward us by rendering us economically incompetent. They have now unleashed their boko haram terrorist armies on us whom they have disguised as soldiers and Fulani herdsmen. They kill and slaughter our people in thousands, destroy our farmlands and places of worship and are ever ready to shoot and imprison us if we dare protest.

Now is the time for Israel to rise up and tell the world without fear that Biafra deserves her freedom same way the Jihadist and genocidal President of Nigeria- Muhammadu Buhari has been advocating across the globe for Palestine and Western Sahara independence.

We hold Israel to a very high esteem and we are certain Israel can never disappoint us. Biafrans have reached the elastic limit in tolerating the atrocities of Nigeria towards us. Now is the time for Israel to act or watch one of her tribes exterminated in Nigeria.
