NOTIFICATION OF COURT ADJOURNMENT DATE
This is to notify the public that, there is no date fixed yet, for the ruling of the bail appeal filed by the appellant citizen Nnamdi Kanu. A lot of individuals have been perturbed over the adjournment date, based on the statement made by the presiding Judge Justice Adume Moore of Appeal Court on the 5th of May 2016. Following the argument in Court between the two counsels which the Judge considered a complex one, he adjourned it without fixing a date for the case and stated it will be conveyed to the counsels when fixed.
On that note, FAMILY WRITERS have contacted the appellants Counsel BARRISTER IFEANYI EJIOFOR over the adjournment date and he stated "NO DATE HAS BEEN FIXED YET. THE PRESIDING JUDGE HAVE NOT CONVEYED ANY MESSAGE TO US, AS REGARDS TO THE DATE. ONCE HE DOES, I WILL PASS THE INFORMATION". FAMILY WRITERS urged Biafrans,Friends of Biafra and Lovers of Freedom, to remain calm as the date will be conveyed once we get the information from the appellant's counsel.
