GRAZING BILL A MOVE FOR PURPOSE OF ISLAMIZATION--- EFOBI LEGAL RESEARCHER GREENWICH UNIVERSITY LONDON
A.B.I EFOBI IS ASSOCIATED CHIEF LEGAL RESEARCHER GROUP GREENWICH UNIVERSITY SOUTH EAST LONDON UNITED KINGDOM. In this context, he shared his view with Ifeanyi Chijioke of Family writers on the Grazing Bill being rumored around in the red chamber. His partly detailed story on history is to refresh our mind on what is to be achieved with the purported grazing bill. If the grazing bill is allowed, Emirs will spring from many places lands will be taken for the grazing reserves.
The story is told of how king Yunfa, the Hausa Sarkin in Gobir(now called Sokoto) hosted a Fulani immigrant called Usman Dan Fodiyo and his group in February 1804. As a result of this and since 1808 the whole of the Northern region lost its kingdoms and were replaced by Fulani emirates. King Yunfa is said to have been killed in 1808 and the Fulani warrior (Usman Dan Fodiyo) established Sokoto caliphate, making himself Sultan. Gradually, other Hausa kingdoms were pillaged and taken over by the Fulani Emirs. The ethnic groups in the core north were the victims of the Fulani imperialism, a venture that occurred because the people were given access to grazing land as a result of the hospitality of the hosts.
They however failed to overrun the Bornu kingdom, so the Shehu of Bornu remains paramount till today! The Afonja dynasty compromised by allowing a Fulani warrior known as Janta Alimi to settle in Ilorin, the Fulani guerrillas killed Afonja in 1824 and Ilorin, a Yoruba town under the Oyo Empire fell into Fulani hands, becoming an emirate under Sokoto caliphate up till date! Even the attempts of the O’odua People’s Congress to revert to status quo ante and crown an Onilorin of Ilorin became an exercise in futility.
The Yoruba warriors got wise and defeated the Fulani Jihadists in Osogbo in 1840, if this did not happen, there would most likely be Fulani emirs as rulers in Oyo Alaafin, Ibadan, Owo, Osogbo, Ede, Ado, and Igede Ekiti today! If the Bini kingdom did not fight and repel the Jihadists, they would have penetrated the Edo/Delta region beyond the present day Edo North senatorial district which gave in and allowed the Jihadists to overrun and Islamize them. Along with some ignorant folks, most of them are now angling for grazing areas and a corridor through the entire federation. These grazing areas in future become Fulani settlement, later communities and finally local government areas with elected officials.
If you think I am being an alarmist, look towards the once beautiful and serene middle belt state of plateau. The same thing happening in Jos. Therefore, it will not be farfetched to conclude that the Fulani herdsmen are pawns in an agenda to overrun all towns in Nigeria, so that there can be emirs of Owerri, emirs of Agatu, Enugu and other towns where Buhari created grazing reserves for Fulani herdsmen. If Yunfa did not accommodate Fodio and his war-like immigrants from Futatoro, Hausa sarkins would be ruling today in the North and if Afonja did not conspire with Alimi, a Yoruba kingdom would not have been ruled by Alimi’s offspring till today. It is a subtle continuation of the 1804 Fulani jihad by the fully-armed and protected Fulani herdsmen with age-old agenda to overrun and Islamize Biafra land very quickly.
I will end this with a rightly quote credited to a cute friend of mine “The grazing bill is not an attempt to solve the problem, it is a subterfuge to progress the agenda” it is an age-old political strategy really-.. Create a problem, come up with a ‘solution’ that advances the cause and then give it a legal backing. Make it look like a win-win situation.

Biafra's the worst mistake we can do to our selves and to our future generations, is to allow Hausa-fulani's to be leaving in our land or to allow Muhammadu Buhari to start implementation of operation grazing bill in our Biafra soul, the secret behind the operation grazing bills, is to eliminate all our eminent personalities and then occupied our land and turn it into Islamic land. please all Biafra's (Arise,Arise, Arise). Let us search for a black goat at this day-time, because if night come nobody can able to see the black goat anymore. (Evang; AKUBUE-WILLIAMS.
ReplyDeleteThe Fukanis ambition must be totally rejected by Nigerians of all states. The Yoruba and Igbo have dwelt peacefully in Nigeria despite Yoruba being Muslim they never embarked on such reprobate killings of Nigerians. These stupid fools are oblivious to the political agenda outside the country and do not know they are being analyzed for military assault. They are foolishly captivated by using violence to take easy profit but they will be outcasts in Nigeria. The Fulani are using Yoruba soldiers to thwart the Biafra protestors, but the Fulani BOKO haram has been killing Yoruba and others! This disgraceful crisis cannot be countenances in the country! Buharis grazing bill is cunningly presented as a tool to stop the killings! We are not fools. Those monsters and their cows must be purged from the land! Their killings make them a rejected agenda!
