THE HOAX AGAINST IPOB AND NNAMDI KANU

President Muhammadu Buhari and his cohorts, are trying every route to exonerate themselves from the atrocities committed by them, against the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) and the illegal incarceration of their leader,Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. After the hoax of the Nigeria DSS in collaboration with Nigeria "brown envelope" journalists, to tag Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) as terrorist failed woefully. The Department of State Security (DSS), decided to sponsor obscure civil society groups, to assist them in the character assassination of IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu. It is noteworthy, that International Criminal Court (ICC), Amnesty International, HURIWA, INTERSOCIETY, SBCHROs and other relevant human right organizations are currently investigating Buhari and Nigeria armed forces chiefs for their crimes against humanities on Biafrans. Buhari and his cohorts are afraid to end up as prisoners in Hague, this has propelled them to desperately castigate and fabricate lies against IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu.
In their desperation, the DSS claimed it discovered fifty shallow graves in Isuikwuato of Abia state, without an autopsy and a thorough investigation, it claimed that five of the bodies were Fulani Herdsmen (the fourth deadliest terror group "Fulani Herdsmen"). The names of the purported dead bodies were all "Mohammad" and the identity of the remaining bodies is yet unknown till date. To buttress the desperation of the DSS, a government sponsored group named, Conference of Minority Tribes of Nigeria with a Samson Ayodele Babalola,as Secretary General of the group, threatened to drag the leadership of IPOB to ICC,Hague. It should be noted that it is the same mushroom group that came to the defense of the Nigeria army in the massacre of El-Zazakay and his followers by soldiers in Kaduna,it was supposedly led then by Okpokwu Ogenyi. The so-called group is a pawn and in the payroll of the Nigeria government.

The government of Muhammadu Buhari has paid a so-called civil rights activist, Albert Ella, to file a criminal complaint against the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu. Ella through his lawyer, Edward Omaga of the Graylaw Solicitors said records show that the fifty unidentified persons, whose dead bodies the DSS claimed to have exhumed, were murdered by IPOB with the use of chemicals and other dangerous instruments against the Rome statute. Ella’s complaint which was dated April 13, and filed on April 19 at the ICC has also been acknowledged by Leigh Swigart, a senior trial attorney in the office of the prosecutor of the international court. Ella in his claims said the unidentified victims were also suspected to be Hausa-Fulani people who are entitled to right to life as guaranteed under Chapter IV of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, African Charter on Human and Peoples Rights and other international human rights instruments. He said the victims deserve justice from the ICC urgently. Also Omaga said Ella’s complaint seeks to expose the divisive and gruesome activities of IPOB in recent times. It also urged the ICC to open investigation and prosecute Kanu and other members of the IPOB who claimed to be freedom fighters following the unwillingness of Nigerian courts to try them.
It is very clear Albert Ella and his solicitors are demented for claiming that Nigeria courts are unwilling to try Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafran freedom fighters. Nnamdi Kanu was arrested since October 2015, he has been tried and acquitted by two courts of competent jurisdiction but the DSS has failed to obey the court orders to release him. Isn't Nnamdi Kanu currently on trial for a concocted charge of treasonable felony? What about hundreds of Biafrans languishing in jail without trial for protesting peacefully for the release of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu? Doesn't Ella and his solicitor have access to the Internet, so they can watch the video of the Aba massacre on Biafrans praying peacefully, the same video Buhari refused to watch in his Al-Jazeera interview? Do they also need the location of the burrow pit where bodies of murdered Biafrans were dumped by Nigeria army? It is also on record that IPOB organised the most peaceful protest across the world even in the face of brutality by the Islamic armed forces of Nigeria. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), awaits Albert Ella, Edward Omaga of the Graylaw Solicitors and Wolfgang Bendler, at the International Criminal Court (ICC), Hague. IPOB is also looking forward to obtaining justice for the sake of humanity at The Hague where it is settled that the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole must not go unpunished. Biafrans should be aware this is another ploy to demonize Nnamdi Kanu by Buhari, in order to place his stooge like Dozie Ikedife, in the affairs of the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra and it must be resisted.
