COURT CASE UPDATE: FG INSISTS ON SECRET TRIAL
The federal government is making mockery of herself and her judiciary and the world is watching. Recall that the court ruled previously that the trial shall be open trial and it is shameful that they have come again to say we need secret trial.
People are starting to get fed up at the shameful trial of Nnamdi Kanu on the side of the federal government. The judge is listening to the argument as it unfolds, the prosecution council said that the witnesses are afraid and face received unconfirmed threats. Nobody knows the witnesses and it is yet to know how masquerades can be threatened.

ReplyDeleteThis is ridiculous. If DSS is claiming that their masquerade witness are being threatened, it then means that they are already known. so what is the essence of secrete trial.
