Following the interview granted to Biafran Family Writers/Journalists by General J.O Achuzie in his hometown Asaba in Delta State, he made clear the controversies surrounding Bilie Human Right Initiative (BHRI) and their scavenging unserious and fake struggle for Biafra restoration. He pin-pointed the failure and absurd activities by BiIlie Human Right Initiative and exempted them from Biafra struggle, hence they sabotaged Biafra through unending adjournment. He further noted of his impending move to personally deprive Bilie Human Right Initiative of anything to do with Biafra. This also proves that the Leader of The Indigenous People Of Biafra and Director of Radiobiafra/Biafra Television Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not far from truth and as always remain whiter than white when he warned of Bilie Human Rights affiliation with Nigerian government. In his statements, "Billie Human Right is not indigenous People of Biafra, not withstanding that they are Biafrans. They are just an organization of Human Right, in equivalent there are so many Human Right organizations in Nigeria, but this is the one closed to us and I agreed to give them the franchise to go to Court on behalf of Biafra.

Billie Human Right was hired by us to execute our case to the Federal Government, but unfortunately along the line there were several misinterpretations, people thought that Bllie Human Right is the same as Indigenous People of Biafra, that’s not true. Billie is like a Lawyer, you go to a Lawyer and hire them, and the Lawyer is free from all the penalties that might take place. If the Judge orders that you go to prison your Lawyer doesn't go to Prison with you. But it is important, that the Lawyer we hire must be answerable to us or else he will be a Lawyer who is Anti-Independent. I don't go to Court whenever they go to court, because I know the outcome. We did not go to Court believing that the Federal Government of Nigeria will not allow a Judge to pronounce that we have the right to secede, no Federal Court Judge can make such a pronouncement, if he does he will not last the next 24hours. But what we want to do is, to pull them to agree that we have a case and want to defend that case.

We have been recording each time we went to Court and the reasons behind the adjournment. We have given Billie Human Right enough time to present our case. First we had an adjournment, several months later we came back to the Court and instead of using the first Lawyer that was handling the case, another Lawyer comes on board and said "Please your Honour give me some time to go and study this case. We came again and instead of the Lawyer who seeks for adjournment, another Lawyer comes on board and says "I have just been sent, please I want adjournment". In other words, they were taking us for fools. I called Barrister Emeka Emekesri and told him that, this adjournment should be the very last one, because we can't take it again. If they adjourn, we will say nothing to them". This is the reason why, they have been carrying cheap propaganda against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in other to paint him black, for speaking out the truth and exposing their evil intentions. This interview will prove to Biafrans and the World at large, that Billie Human Right Initiative, have been politicized and have a Zero interest of the Freedom of Biafra, hence Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was right when he exposed their dark side on Radio Biafra London. We are urging anyone affiliating Billie Human Right Initiative with IPOB, to desist from it and as well erase such mindset and thought, as Billie Human Right are not the Indigenous People of Biafra, thus they are not representing us
